Hey Knight! I think you made a great choice with the ego. I've never had the screwdriver, so can't compare them, but I do have the ego and I just love it! Let us know when you do get the screwdriver and compare them for us.

I still find it amazing how many of our stories are so similar. And yet I never get tired of hearing them. Thanks for sharing.

Cool stuff, Brian. I have two grandsons that are just going to love looking at these places, too. Thanks for sharing those links.

Coming To My Forum Peeps For A Little Help.
nana replied to DAYVAPE's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Thanks for the update on your father. I'm really glad to hear that you're seeing an improvement. That's such good news. We'll continue to keep you all in our prayers. -
Sorry about that. I thought I was giving credit to the right person.

2 Months And Not Even A Draw Off An Analog
nana replied to Lordvapor's topic in General Vaping Discussion
It was really good to hear from you again. Glad the job and the vaping are going well. I got an ego about a week ago and I'm loving it. Stay in touch as much as you can. We've missed you. -
If you ordered some flavorings, you might be able to add a few drops to the cheap liquid and kick up the flavor a little bit. Just a thought.

I usually direct drip, so don't have anything to say about the filler stuff. Two weeks does seem like a very short time for an atty. I've been vaping for 4 months and just had my first 2 attys die on me. I do rotate through 4 of them though, so they might seem like they are lasting longer than they really would if I used just one at a time. I've heard that 4 to 6 weeks is about normal though. You might want to try blowing through the battery end of the atty and see if that works. If it's got a little too much juice in there, it might not work right. I've had that happen to me and the blowing out seems to work. If that doesn't work, you can try cleaning it. There are a lot of suggestions here on the forum for cleaning. Something like that may work, too. I tried several different methods on the 2 attys I have that quit, but none of them worked. I think their time was just up. I hope you can get yours working again though, cause that is a very short time. Good luck.

Welcome to the forum, starri. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're having. What a bad way to get started with vaping. Hopefully the new batteries will be fine and you'll be good to go. Keep us updated on it, but until then ask any questions you might come up with. We'll do what we can to help.

Awwww, poor Jeff. You don't have to crawl under a rock. We still love you. Well, Mark might have something different to say, but...

Oh, I just love it!!! Our own Dr. J against Dr.? Whatshisname. Yes!! I'd love to sit in on that one. Could I? Hmmm? Please? I promise to be quiet. I'll just sit there cheering you on.

Well, Mark, here's what I think....I think you did a fantastic job!! Seriously, I was impressed. And it was really nice to put a face to the name. Here's to you!!

Welcome to Vapor Talk, Scarlette. I use 2 drops at a time and get about 5 drags off of that. Before I quit smoking, I counted the drags I got off one cigarette and it was about 10 to 12. I used that to know how much I was vaping in the beginning. So, it would be about 4 to 5 drops of eliquid, at about 10 to 12 drags, to equal one cigarette. Or that was my thinking on the matter anyway. I'm sure that isn't exact, but probably a fairly close estimate. Hope that helps. Good luck with the vaping. And don't hesitate to ask any questions. That's what we're here for.

Awesome Vapor is great place to buy from. You can also buy sample sizes of juice there. That way you can try several different ones until you decide exactly which ones are your favorite. Believe me, you are going to want the juice. Yes, they do make the PCC charger for the 510. There are several suppliers that have them. You can also purchase a car charger in case that would work for you. The 510 is about the same size a 100 cigarette. It does not look like a pen...more like a black cigarette.

Welcome to Vapor Talk, Ethan. I have never used the Blu, but from what I've read from a lot of other people who have used it, you won't be happy with it. The reports are that it just isn't that good. Although, it has helped people quit smoking and get more into vaping, they haven't been happy with it and have quickly switched to another unit. I would suggest that you get a 510. As far as I'm concerned it's just about the best. I have other mods now, but still use the 510 atty. From what you have mentioned, I think it would work just great for you, too. It's what I recommend to everyone for several reasons: the size, the ease of use, the vapor production, etc. As was already mentioned, you can get a PCC for charging on the go. Or you can get a car charger. There are a lot of options with it. It won't be long and some of the others who have used the Blu will be answering you. Good luck in whatever you decide.

I'm a yes vote on that one.

I've found the same thing. More juice on the eGo, but even more juice on the VP/PT. I try to limit my use of the VP/PT because of the amount of juice I go through on it. But I love the vapor from it so much I can't just not use it. I tend to switch back and forth between the two units. I do mix some of my own flavors with VG and flavoring from places like Dave mentioned and will even vape them at 0 nic for the extra vaping time. When I need the nic, I just go back to the juice with nic in it. It works for me and I don't have to worry so much about the cost. Or, if you don't want to do make your own, you can buy "doublers" from Tasty Vapor. They have no nic and can be used to lower the nic level of juices or can be vaped alone. They are very reasonable on their prices.

Great tip, snubber! Thanks for sharing it. It seems like we're always looking for good ideas for cases on this forum.

This is where I got my last adapters. They have fairly fast shipping and good prices. http://www.madvapes.com/Details.aspx?itemId=MV801TO510ADP

This find was Brian's, not mine, so he gets the credit. This link is to the page of what you are looking for. http://shop.goodprophets.com/product.sc?productId=89&categoryId=5

I love it when I read of positive comments about vaping. I've had these same thoughts as far as the "children" arguement goes. Glad to see someone putting this line of thought out there.

This sounds like a really good idea. I figured I might as well try it, so went looking for stuff. I'd thrown away all of the caps that came with my 510 carts. I thought I had some new carts, but I didn't. And since I just melted my last (good) 810 cart, I realized I was way too low on carts and ordered some. I'll give this a try as soon as my order comes in. Thanks for sharing your find with us, Brian. That was right nice of you.

Very funny, Dave. I have often felt like they were behaving like 8 year olds. LOL Off topic, but....Congrats on hitting 1,000 posts!!!

I don't know, but sure would be willing to try something so I can go back to using it. I am afraid to mess with it though.
