  1. Actually, I don't know that I've really timed it. I just know it's over 6 hours. I only charge one battery, once per day. But part of the day I use my PT, too. So it's really hard to tell for sure. Glad you agree with me that it doesn't ever need to leave our lips though.
  2. If you're talking about the length of the unit itself...the 510 passthrough from Wordup is a much smaller unit. The cord isn't as long either. I have both of them and each has it's own good points. I use both all the time when I'm at my computer. I use my eGo when I'm not. But for a small unit, that 510 pt is a really great vaper.
  3. I'll have to remember to wish you a happy birthday tomorrow. It shouldn't be too hard to remember that as it's my parents 50th anniversary tomorrow, too.
  4. @ FTJoe - @ Dave - Hermit! Ha! Who do you think you're fooling?
  5. That even makes the SB tempting for me! I just worry about the size. Although...I do have my eGo that I love and could use that when I needed to lug it around in a pocket. Hmmm... Uma, why did you start this?
  6. seaspine, you'll need to be sure and let us all know how to get in touch with you then...cause you'd have a lot of business for a lot of people here. And I want to be at the top of your list.
  7. Uma, be careful! You go handing out free beer and Dave will be drinking it all for you.
  8. Hi Larry. I'm not expert by any means, but the empty cartridges I've purchased have had dry filler in them. I'd say if it's wet, it has e-liquid in it. All you have to do is take the filler out and you can direct drip on the atty. If you don't want to direct drip, you can take the filler out, rinse it out well, dry the filler with a paper towel, but it back in the cartridge and add your juice to the filler. You don't have to vape the liquid on the filler. Good luck.
  9. Welcome to Vapor Talk. I agree with snubber. Don't go with the 901 adapter as most people aren't that thrilled with the 901 atty. I am a big fan of the 510 atty, but on the VP/PT, I like the 801 (or 302, which is the same thing) atty on it a lot better. Since the adapter comes with the unit, get the 510 and try that atty. You'll probably want a portable unit to take places with you and the 510 is great for that, so you'll have a start on that, too. Good luck and keep us updated. Ask any questions you think of. Someone will answer.
  10. I'm more of a hermit than most people, but not quite as much as you, Uma. I have electricity.
  11. That's exactly what people call me, TeriJo. Except on this forum. LOL
  12. It's underground for me. That's part of the reason I started stocking up the way I did. I admit that I also didn't want to run low on supplies, but I had the thought of a ban in mind, too. A ban was also part of the reason I started going down on my nic levels, too. I can vape pretty much full time at 0 nic, but let the stress levels start going up and I'm back on nic for awhile. At this point, I really don't think I'd have a hard time staying at 0 all the time, but I still have a lot of nic liquid left, so it's easy to go back to it right now. But like was said by others, I just love vaping. It is enjoyable and relaxing and I don't want to give it up. But for me, if I ran out of attys and couldn't get any more - even underground - (which would be the only big thing left if they ban these and I'm at 0 nic), then I would have to give it up. There is no way I could go back to analogs now. I am now one of those annoying ex-smokers who can't even stand the smell of analogs anymore. Literally. Seriously. And I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day for 34 years and LOVED it. I agree...time to start stocking up some more. My stock it down to 8 510 attys (not counting the ones I'm currently using) and only 3 of the 302 attys (not counting the ones I'm using).
  13. I sure don't want to think that Brian is...wrong...but... Keep me updated because I sure would like to try these atty's - once they are back in stock apparently. I just don't want to lose that much battery time.
  14. It sure is a...unique...look, Ofortuna. But I wonder why the 302 atty won't work the adapter. That seems odd to me.
  15. Congratulations Brandon! I feel pretty good about this forum, too. I think it's great a place with great people, lots of great info and even some fun thrown in. If it wasn't such a great place, I won't have stuck around either. Although, the fact that Chris uses that pixie dust might have something to do with it, too...
  16. Glad to hear it's all going to be fine, elbell. That is great news. And it's great news that you also got the thumbs up on the vaping.
  17. Good job, Joe!! Way to spread the word. I've done my fair share of looking through old census records doing the family tree search thing, too, so I really appreciate them.
  18. I really thought about trying these attys, but 30% less battery time does not appeal to me at all. I've looked at the pics of the tips, but I'm not so sure those would look good on my eGo. I like the looks of the silver t-tips on the eGo though, so I am considering them. I like the idea that these tips are plastic, but I just can't picture them on something as sleek looking as the eGo.
  19. I've been married 25 years, too, and it reminds me of what my husband would say...that's why I say you're good. ;-) Except I'm not so sure about who trains who...cause I'm thinking it's the guys who actually do the training...you know, a little bit of sweet talk, a little bit of agreeing...hmmmmmm
  20. Awww, Jeff. Moment of silence observed. You have my deepest sympathies.
  21. I quit reading newspapers for that very reason.
  22. Like I said before FTJoe, you are good. Very good!
  23. I really wondered how long it would be before the Grateful Dead lover would reply to this statement. But ? Really Dave, wouldn't it be more like ? LOL
