  1. Now see, that's why I hated to say anything, FTJoe. I didn't want to make you feel bad. And if GDub's post would have come up before I started writing, I probably wouldn't have said anything anyway. His post made mine look...well...not so great. I'm waiting on the low res attys, too. I was going to get the 510 HV attys and somehow didn't get them ordered. I do have a couple of 302's to use at HV though. I will order the 510 HV when I can also get the low res attys. And a few other attys, too. My stock pile is getting too low.
  2. Because FTJoe was talking about how he wasn't going to get his until after he left on his trip, I hated to say anything. But since he brought it up, yes I have the Indulgence, too. It arrived last week. Mine came from ecigsupply, too, so I can't help you with service from eastmall, Dr. J. Sorry. As far as the unit itself, I think it's pretty much the way you described it. It's an amazingly light-weight unit. Keep in mind that I've only had it a few days so I may just need to get used to it, but I don't find it easy to get it screwed together when putting in a new batt. I have a tiny bit of trouble getting it started, but after it gets going, it goes together very well. A very minor detail. As far as how it works...wonderful. I have no problem there. I like the size of the button. It's large enough to not leave a dent in my finger or thumb and is easy enough to use. Very comfortable. I have only used the 510 atty and the 302/801 LB atty on it. I've never really cared for the 901, so haven't tried that one. Maybe because I am such a big fan of the 510, I prefer that atty on the Indulgence, too. I have used the 302, but am not impressed at all. Not that it's bad at all, but just not quite "there" for me. However, I have not used it at 6 volt yet. Because I really like the 302/801 LB on my VP/PT, I'm thinking I may be a little more impressed with it when I use the 6v batts. We'll see. Of course that's just my opinion of the atty and has nothing to do with the unit itself. When my Indulgence was ordered, they didn't have the extender cups in yet, so I've only used it with the pt and the batts it came with. Both of which work very well. I've been alternating between batts and pt since it arrived and I'd have to say it seems to work about the same with each. I'm anxious to try it with the other batts when they get here. I ordered the batts and the extender cup and they have been shipped. Should be here tomorrow or Friday. I really debated with myself about even getting the extender cup, but I really wanted the 18650 batts because of how long they last. That's a big deal with me. My only concern with the extender cup is how long it makes the unit overall. With the original battery cup, it's the perfect length to fit comfortably in and be hidden by my hand. I do like that. I'm sure I'll be fine with the extended length of the unit...especially because of how light-weight it is. I've never tried any 6v unit before, so I have no idea what I will think of that. I do like 5v though, so I might just like the 6v. I think replacement parts are a very good idea. The adapter parts are very small and could be easily lost. For now, I'm leaving the adapters on an atty even when not in use so as to maybe help with keeping track of them. I can't think of any other replacement parts right now. Other than the piece with the button on it. If something went wrong with that, it would be a lot better to replace just that part instead having to buy a complete new unit.
  3. I just ordered the stainless t-tip today, so I'd like to know what dremel tip, too. Thanks for the info.
  4. Pretty much the same for me. I get anywhere from 6 to 8 hits.
  5. Mark!!! It was you? Well thanks a lot. As soon as they are back in stock, I'm stocking up.
  6. Amazing, Mark...just amazing. Great work there.
  7. The only reason I haven't tried them yet is that I can't get my hands on any. Just when I thought I could pre-order some from TW, it said sold out. I'll keep watching and checking though and will jump on them as soon as they are available again.
  8. I am truly jealous, Brandon. And about that feeling you got...knowing Mark, you are absolutely, positively correct in thinking it was a teaser.
  9. Notice how quickly you caught Brian's attention with the mention of coffee. Please let us know how the mixing goes for you. Several of us on here have begun mixing our own liquid, too.
  10. Here's another vote for the tornado. I have the eGo, which is the same thing, and just love it! I need some spare batteries and will be getting the tornados because they are out of black eGo's at janty. I was going to order some of the low resistance attys along with batteries from TW this morning, but before I could get the order done, they were out of them. It looks like they had a certain number of them that could be pre-ordered because when I started my shopping cart there were only 2 available and by the time I got back to it, it said sold out. I'll just have to keep watching for more to become available. I'm anxious to try them because everyone seems so impressed with them. And besides my backup supplies are getting low and that makes me very, very, very nerous.
  11. I think an awful lot of us didn't have the patience to wait either. Me included. Glad you got your new "toy" and glad it's doing well for you.
  12. @FTJoe - You most certainly can speak for me. I really and truly appreciate all the help. As for your first question, when the indulgence was first ordered, the cup was not available. It is now, but I thought I could wait. Because it only comes with the CRC123's, but not the ones I want (not LiFePO4), I didn't want to get those. And yes, that was Brian's suggestion. I trust and value his opinion on this stuff. That's why I didn't order it the way it comes right now and get the 18650's from somewhere else. And I'm not in a huge hurry right now. I don't know that I need the 18650's, but I really, really want them. That's for sure. I'm a little bit leery of the length of the whole unit with the 18650's, but really like the idea of the length of the charge. It could be a toss up for me. I'll just have to wait until I get it all to know for sure. I'm also curious enough that I will try it at 6 volt, too. I have no idea what I'll think of it, but I sure do have to give it a try.
  13. I understand about wanting huge amounts of vapor. That's what I want, too. I've gone through a few different models and in my opinion the 510 atty gives the best vapor all around. The problem with the 510 kits is that the battery life is horrible. I now own the eGo and it's got fantastic vapor and fantastic battery life. So that has to be my recommendation for the 510 now. I also own the VP/PT. It's a 5 volt device and even though I am a huge fan of the 510 atty, once I tried the low bridge 801 (or the 302 which is basically the same thing, but maybe a tad bit better) I liked it better. But I only like it on the VP/PT. With the 302/801 low bridge, you get huge, massive, clouds of vapor. It's vapor heaven. Really. I don't use my VP/PT that much because of the amount of juice I go through with it, but I do use it daily. A little bit in the mornings and a little bit in the evenings. Oh, and the best vapor comes when the VP/PT is plugged into an outlet, not plugged into the computer. As far as juice goes, the more VG you have, the better the vapor production. Straight VG is very thick, but doable. I usually use about 50/50 VG&PG when I mix my own. Sometimes a little more VG than PG. Of course these are just my opinions. I'm sure you'll get some more before too long.
  14. LOL @ FTJoe - The other site. Silver. No. They do have the extended battery cup in now and I will be ordering one, but not right away. It doesn't look like they have the 18650 yet and that's what I want to get with it. I'll try it at 6v later.
  15. I feel for you, TeriJo. I know what you're talking about, but I've only had one in the almost six months I've been vaping. So, for me anyway, I'd say vaping isn't causing any for me. I also got some of the blue foam to try and have been using that for a couple of weeks now, so I don't think it's a problem for me either. But to be honest, I've never figured out what my triggers are for migraines. Okay, except for bright light or flashing lights. I know they can both do it, but bright light doesn't always do it. Flashing lights do most of the time. And I do have migraines other times that I have no clue what brought it on. As far as the ocular migraines, I don't get them very often at all any more, but I've never really known what brought them on either. And I've never had them like you are this week. I don't know that this is any help to you, but I sure do hope you find out it had nothing to do with vaping at all. And most of all, I hope you get well really soon.
  16. Welcome to Vapor Talk where all of your questions will be answered. I'm still considering using the cartomizers, so can't answer your question about them, but there are a few people who are using them and I'm sure they will be along any minute to help you out. Good luck with your research.
  17. That is great news, mcquinn! Glad to hear it. And good luck with that knee replacement surgery. My mom has now had both of her knees replaced and says it was well worth it. Just be sure to do your therapy. It's important.
  18. That sounds like a great solution for both of you. I hope you two can work something out between you. jmhester - It sounds like you're still liking your indulgence. How's it working for you by now? I have one of my own on the way, so I'm curious about it.
  19. I watched the video. Good job. I'm curious enough that I'm thinking about trying it. I have heard a few not so great things about those attys though. Like they don't last very long and end up with a bad taste in them. What's your opinion about that?
  20. Something you can try Variven...when I first tried to do a banner, I couldn't get an amount to come up either. I finally figured out the problem was that I was adding the $ sign into the box with the amount per pack. When I took the $ sign out of the box and only put the amount (say 5.00), then it worked. I don't know if that is the problem for you or not, but I thought I'd let you know so you can check it out. Good luck.

    Redneck 5V

LOL - I think that's exactly why I've never tried myself. But I sure do admire everyone who does it.
  22. LOL - Vacker, I have both...a man with a hairy back and I even have more than one dog. That's why the dog pose is so funny to me.
  23. The doggie pose stuff is hilarious!! Until you two mentioned your fingernails here, I had never even given it a thought. I have noticed that my nails are stronger and growing faster and longer than ever before, but never even thought of why. My hair has changed, but I'd heard about that before so knew why that was. Cool. So many positive things come with vaping.
  24. Good to know, Ofortuna. Thanks. I just watched all about the vapor's vid on these with the tornado/eGo along with the drip tips. I could swear someone said you can't use those tips with the eGo, but he did on the vid. I've got a shopping cart ready to go with both...then had to come back here to do some checking. I think I'll give them both a try. Thanks again for the recommendation.
  25. Awww. Poor jeffb. I feel your pain. I really do. I've had my eGo since early February and haven't had a problem with a batt at all. Yet. I dread the day I lose my first one. Now...Nana does not mean to preach, but only seeks to give good advice. It sounds like you did have backups for your backups, just that they all had a problem at once. Yikes!!! Nightmare!! And FTJoe....
