  1. For the past 4 1/2 hours I've been vaping on a LR 901 atty. It just came in the mail today from Create Vapor. I'm using it on the Joye eGo battery I got from Create Vapor a few months ago. Okay, I'm going to give you my initial impression. Keep in mind that I'm a dedicated 510 user here. What can I say? Wow! What else? Just wow!! From the first drag...wow! The vapor is wonderful. And I do love my vapor. I think I'm getting better vapor than I do with my LR 510s. I'll have to do some comparing to be sure, but so far I think so. Remember, I'm the one who doesn't taste juices so very well. It's been that way all along. But, I seem to be getting a lot more flavor coming through with this atty. Not the juices I've made and can taste just fine, but some I haven't been able to taste much at all. This is just amazing!! Not only is the vapor and taste great, but the throat hit has been pretty amazing, too! So far, I'm impressed. And that's saying a lot. I've been a big fan of the 510s and was never too crazy about the 901, but this is a whole new ball game.
  2. I've had one LR atty that only lasted that long. I've had them last a half day, a couple of days, a week and two weeks. I've had the best luck with the TW attys. I've used them on my Silver Bullet and my eGo batts, so I don't think that's a factor. I think they are just "iffy". I've thought about giving up on them completely, but I like them so much that I haven't been able to do it.
  3. We're just stimulating the economy.
  4. That is strange. You'd think they'd had a run on them recently from somewhere. Surely not. LOL
  5. Another great review, Burn!
  6. Fantastic!! I would love to keep seeing this kind of video. It's so encouraging...especially for those new to vaping, but even for those of us who have been at it longer. Great job!!
  7. I might do that, kitsune. Thanks. Let me know what you think, snubber. The more opinions I get the better. LOL I'm still very leery about trying the flavorings because there have been so many already that I can't taste.
  8. No problem. I thought maybe that was what you were thinking.
  9. I'm happy for you, Dave. I know you've been wanting this for a long time.
  10. I didn't find it hard to cut back on the nic at all. Of course everyone is different, but if you cut down a bit at a time, it might make it very easy. It did for me. I went from 36 to 24, then to 18, then to 12, then to 6, then 3, then 0. I did it in a matter of weeks, but even if it took you months (or years) it wouldn't be a big deal.
  11. I saw the sweetener under the expert flavors, but not the chocolate. I saw A chocolate under flavorings, but kitsune said "expert chocolate", so that's the one I want to try. She does say on her site that if you don't see a flavor she carries, it's because she's out. That might explain why I'm not seeing it.
  12. I'd love to try it, but I looked on the site and I don't see any. Is it hiding somewhere? LOL I haven't used any sweeteners yet. Might have to try that one, too.
  13. I know that feeling! I decided to go back to using my 801LB on my VP/PT a couple of weeks ago. I don't have a drip tip for that and it drove me batty not having one, so I quit using it. I have a drip tip on my SB and one on my eGo. I also have 4 others as...you got it...backups!!!
  14. The ideal thing to do might be to quit vaping, but I still don't want to. Even when I use 0 nic, I still want to vape. It keeps me calm and I just plain enjoy it. Then, if I feel the need for nic, I can use it. I was at 0 nic for about 3 months before going through some stress. Instead of going back to smoking, I just used some juice I had with nic in it. That worked. There may come a time when I'll quit vaping, but that time isn't right now.
  15. Early in the morning like this, it's my tiramisu coffee mix (kitsune's recipe).
  16. It's only been in the last couple of months that I haven't liked the smell of cigarettes. Before that, it was still okay and I could have easily smoked one. I didn't crave one or want one, but I still liked the smell. That has changed now. Of course I haven't had a cigarette in almost 10 months either, so maybe that makes a difference. Saying I wouldn't relapse is one thing, not doing it is another. If I lost all my vaping supplies and couldn't get any more, well, who knows. I know I wouldn't want to go back to cigarettes and I would do anything I could to not go back, but put me in that situation and I can't be sure what would happen. I just hope I'm never put into the situation where I have to find out.
  17. Long posts are fine. We all like to share. And yes, we are a support group. I think we've all had days like that. At least in the beginning. I know I did. I started planning ahead, making sure I had charged batteries for anything that might come up...like power outages, suddenly dead batteries, emergencies, etc. I've got lots of backups...batteries, attys, chargers, juices, adapters, DIY supplies, etc. And it was all to avoid going back to analogs.
  18. You're not a bad person at all for wanting a cigarette. I know exactly how that feels. Every time I tried to quit smoking, I felt the same way. I remember hearing from ex-smokers in the past who said they wanted one every single day - even years later. That was something I didn't want to happen to me. I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day for 34+ years, so for me to say I don't even think about wanting one is amazing. I'm not saying everyone should be that way. I've heard others say if they didn't have vaping, they'd go right back to cigarettes, too. Right now, I'd say I wouldn't do that. I could be wrong, but I can't stand the smell of them, so I don't think I would. But...just to be safe...I'm stock piling attys to be sure I have them around for a very long time. Everything else I can get another way.

Very nice, Uma! That's one thing I really like here is that people give credit where credit is due when it comes to good suppliers. Plus it lets others know who can be trusted and that's always a good thing.
  20. That's true. You really do notice how bad other people smell. Just walking past a smoker in a store and you can tell in a second. That's something I never knew, or never thought about, when I was a smoker. I've smelled smoke outside a store as I was walking in and was surprised. I didn't know the odor hung around like that either.
  21. I won't sweat it either. Especially since I now have the "recommended" charger. LOL Have you ever seen what TW has to say about this? I haven't, but I haven't looked either. I'm just curious since they sell the adapters.
  22. LOL - I think I may have said "backups". At least a time or two.
