  1. My 14500 only lasts about 8 hours. I've never used the high drain batteries.
  2. That's bad. I know how it feels. I went through something similar in the beginning and that's why I started stocking up. It took awhile, but I have enough backups now that I should never have to worry about it. And I keep buying.
  3. You are so very welcome. I'm glad you're loving it. It's been awhile since I counted drags per drops, but I think it's about 10 to 12 drags per 3 drops. I just drip, then vape until the vapor goes down or it tastes odd, then drip again. Wait a sec and I'll count....yep, that's about right. Could be a bit different each time, but right around that many.
  4. Create Vapor has them, too. He's a member here and a stand up guy. I've ordered from him and I'm going to be placing a new order very soon. He's got good juices and other supplies, so you could do a lot of your stocking up there.
  5. Just take it slow and easy. You'll get it and be glad you did.
  6. I like the Tasty Vapor juices the best, but that' mainly because I've had trouble being able to taste any juice and I can taste the Tasty Vapor juices. They are strong enough for me and the ones I've tried are very good.
  7. I have no doubt you will like them and they will work out just great for you. I prefer the delrin tips now myself.
  8. They are saying two years is all. That's what I'm going by.
  9. It looks like your questions have been answered, so I won't add to that. I'll just say welcome to Vapor Talk and good luck with your new adventure into vaping. Be sure to let us know what you think.
  10. I have several drip tips. I did pay the $20 for my first one because I wanted to try it and it was all there was at the time, but I have several others now and they are just as good. I have both short and long ones and I prefer the longer ones. Doesn't mean they are necessarily better, I just like them better.
  11. That's adorable!!
  12. Yes, having only one batt sucks. That's why I say...well, you know...backups, backups, backups. The batts just don't last forever and things go wrong and you just need backups. Order more. Quick!!
  13. I think I knew the minute I saw my first ecig. A lady I know was telling about hers and showed it to me. I tried hers and then went right to the smoke shack to buy one. He was out so I had to wait a few days, but once I got that, I was hooked. It was a little knock off m401 and only had one battery. I had a couple of cigarettes while that battery charged, but I didn't want them. Since I wanted an extra battery and the cartridges didn't last me long enough (not like the 2 packs worth I was told they would last), I started looking online. I ordered the DSE901 first and once that got here, I was done with cigarettes. Forever.
  14. I got my LR 901 from Create Vapor and I'm still loving it. I used it on my eGo at first, but it's been on my Silver Bullet (at 3.7v) the last few days. It will be a week tomorrow since I started using it and I think I still like it better than my LR 510s. And that's saying a lot because I have really loved those. It helps that I get a lot more flavor with the LR 901s. Especially since I haven't had the best of luck tasting much.
  15. Me too. I have a Silver Bullet and use those same batteries with it. When I vape at 6 volt, which isn't often. It gets too hot to be comfortable for me.
  16. I started out with automatic batteries, but since going manual, I'll never go back to automatic. I don't think I'd want to try the tape though. That's just me.
  17. I don't think it tastes "like the real thing" either, but that's a good thing in my opinion. I think they taste a whole better!
  18. That method works the best for me. I've also added a couple of drops of plain VG afterward and vaped that for a couple of minutes to clear the rest of the taste out of the atty. Then go back to flavored juices.
  19. Or microwaves or HDTV. We didn't even have VCRs then. We had albums, 45s, cassette tapes, and about 20 channels on cable though.
  20. You are right kitsune. Unless someone has been lying to us all along. Naw, no one here would lie to us. Right?
  21. Ain't that the truth, kitsune? LOL Or at the very least, work gets in the way of life and fun.
  22. Good question. I never did align anything when I was using carts. I did get a bit of melting now and then, but nothing to worry about.
  23. As excited as you are right now about starting to vape, I can't wait to here what you think when you do start.
  24. I have several drip tips from several different places and don't really have a preference for any of them. As long as I don't have to remove a cart to drip, I'm a happy camper.
