  1. Good news! Glad you're liking it.
  2. ROFLMAO - I thought the first post was funny...until this one...ROFLMAO
  3. Good question. Wish I had an answer. My taste buds improved after I quit smoking, but I have never been able to taste most pre-made juices. Really, the only ones I have been able to taste are from Tasty Vapor. It takes quite a bit of flavoring for me to taste it. It's sad because I miss out on so many good juices, but it's okay with me because at least I no longer smoke.
  4. Tasty Vapor has some really great flavors.
  5. Before I had my last cigarette, I counted how many "puffs" I took on it so I'd know how many to take when vaping. I thought I needed to know so I didn't vape too much. It didn't take long before I quit counting. Now I don't think there is such a thing as vaping too much.
  6. Another nice review! I love banana nut bread. If I could taste the pre-made juices, I'd really like to try this one.
  7. I don't like filling cartridges either. For the same reasons. Just never got them to work the best for me. Direct dripping is a whole lot better!! Drip tips just make it perfect. Don't worry about being slow. I had never joined a forum before this one and doubt I'll ever join another one. For the most part it's just not me. But this place has become like a second home to me. The people here have become friends. One year ago, if someone had told me I'd make friends online, I would have thought they had lost their mind. The folks here are special though. They make everyone feel welcome. So just jump right in, don't worry about making mistakes, ask any and all questions, and you might just make some friends, too.
  8. I was talking to a gal who worked at a local gas station (I was buying a pack of cigarettes) when she mentioned she hadn't had a cigarette in over a week because she was using her "electric cigarette". I thought she was nuts! I'd never heard of such a thing. She grabbed her PV and we stepped outside where she showed it to me. I was amazed. She said she got it at a little smoke shack here in town, so I went the next day to buy one. I just knew it would work for me. He was out and I had to wait for four days, but I got it! Not a great PV, but it got me started. Thirty four years of smoking ended with that first unit and 14 months later I'm loving vaping and loving that I don't smoke any more.
  9. I remember doing that a few times. Just one more reason I love the drip tips!!
  10. Yep, the eGo would be perfect for you. It is bigger than the regular 510 battery, but is still small enough to pretty much "hide" in your hand. Batteries last 6 to 8 hours or more. Some people say 12+ hours. It really is a fantastic unit.
  11. It's easy enough to just add some flavoring to pre-made nic liquid. A person wouldn't have to get into DIY all that much if they didn't want to. Just add flavoring to whatever liquid you can get.
  12. Welcome to Vapor Talk. I hope you can get that problem taken care. Good luck.
  13. Well, it is good news and I'll take all the good news I can get. The more battles they lose, the better for us.
  14. As far as I know, they just hold more juice. The overall lifespan is iffy on all attys - no matter what. Some last for a month, some longer. Some last only a couple of weeks. Some last only a couple of days. The average lifespan is one month though.
  15. Trying my bubblegum this morning. I just can't decide that I like it. I let it set for a few weeks to see if things have changed. I'm still not sure.
  16. Good words of advice there, snubber! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I smoked analogs for 34 years and from the first drag on the first PV, I never wanted another analog. That first week, my "kit" only had one battery, so while that battery charged for about 3 hours, I did have an analog during that time. The amazing thing was that I didn't really "want" the analog, but felt like I "needed" it. After two days I started researching ecigs online and three days later had my second PV - which came with TWO batteries!! Never had another analog after that and have never once craved an analog. I have been blessed by ecigs and by the members of VT who have been a HUGE support system to me.
  17. I used to recommend the 510 to everyone when they first starting vaping. Now I recommend the eGo. And yes, it is mainly because of the battery life. When you go from having to charge batteries every hour to charging just two or three times a day, it makes a HUGE difference. Then when you get to use LR attys - WOW!!
  18. I love the vapors. Without big clouds of vapor, I don't get the same effect from vaping. I'm sure a lot of that is "in my head", but I smoked for 34 years and was used to seeing the smoke. Now I want to see the vapor. It's what has kept me away from analogs for 14 months now, so I'm sticking with it. Gotta have my vapors.
  19. I don't know, but I like to be prepared for as much as possible. I want enough supplies and backups that if we are without power for a few days, or get snowed in, I have what I need to make it through that. Be it food or vaping supplies...whatever. I want to have enough backup vaping supplies that I won't be caught without something when I need it. I want to be prepared in case of a ban. If a ban never happens, I just have lots and lots of backups.
  20. I agree, great reply Chris!! My stash is only about two years worth, but I plan to increase that just a little. I already have a couple of China suppliers bookmarked - just in case. If it looks like a ban is coming soon, I'd be looking for more. It's nice to know that Chris has our backs and will help in that area if we need it. And if I had to, I'd go underground, too. I am not giving this up!!!
  21. I don't know if this will help at all, but on the Tasty Vapor site they say this about the Lorann's cinnamon oil that they sell... "This is an essential oil. It is recommended that if you use this product in your e-liquids, that it be accompanied by a few drops of ethyl alcohol to aid in breaking down the oils for easier incorporation. We don't want you clogging your atomizers!" Now whether or not that would stop the separation, I have no idea. Just thought I'd share the info.
  22. I agree about the flavor. I think the flavor got better every day. Haven't had any for quite awhile now. I need to make some, but don't have any tobacco flavors right now.
