  1. That's the only way I clean my atomizers. If that doesn't work, I throw them out and get a new one. Sorry, I can't recommend any flavors, but good luck finding ones you like. It may take some time, but I'm sure you'll find some.
  2. I never did find a tobacco flavor I really liked. Atomic Fireball was the first one I found I could taste and it has stayed my favorite ever since. Where did you get your Atomic Fireball from?
  3. Nice review...again. Blueberry muffin...yummy!!! Excuse me, I have to go whip up some Blueberry muffins now...
  4. I feel for you, too. Hope it helps to know that there are people out there who understand and care. Good luck.
  5. I was actually paying Brian a compliment (just in case it didn't come across that way). And Ducky is so very right...not every order number is for a provari. I place an order with them and it was not for a provari, so that makes you at least one number closer Case.
  6. When I first started vaping, the only flavor I could taste at all was menthol. I wasn't a menthol smoker, so I looked for something else. Except I couldn't taste any other flavors. Still can't for the most part. There are only a couple of vendors who have liquid I can taste. I've added Lorann's flavorings to my liquid and I can taste those. Maybe you can try that. Some people have trouble tasting liquid until their taste buds come back to life (which doesn't seem to be my problem), but since you say you were smoke free for a long time, I doubt that's your problem either.
  7. Glad to hear she's feeling better, Chris. It can be rough having sick little one.
  8. Excellent job! Loved the out takes! LOL
  9. Now I know why I couldn't post my response on the other topic. So I'll post it here now. Try to hang in there, Prouddad. It can be rough in the beginning to find what it is that makes the perfect vape for you. It can cost a lot of money up front. But then smoking costs a lot of money, too. I didn't have the problem of hating all the different flavors I tried, but only because I could not taste any of them. There was just no flavor there for me at all. That didn't bother me too much. I still enjoyed vaping and it just felt so much better than smoking. And then I felt so much better myself. I, too, went through a lot of different liquids. I wanted to be able to taste some of the wonderful flavors everyone was commenting on. It just didn't happen for me. I still can't most liquids from most vendors. I can taste the ones I tried from Tasty Vapor and I can taste the ones I tried from Create Vapor, but that's about it. I've even tried making my own and I can't taste the flavorings from some of the companies that sell them. I have no idea why it's this way for me...my nose seems to work just fine...I can taste food...I just can't taste much flavor in vapor. But I didn't give up. I knew I wanted to do this. I knew I wanted it to work for me. I was just so in love with vaping that I couldn't give up. And 15 months later, I'm still here...still smoke free...still vaping...still occasionally try a new liquid in the hopes of being able to taste it. The journey has been fun. I've met a lot of new, interesting, funny, really good people. I'm healthier. I'm happier. And I look at it all as an adventure. If you just hang in there, it might end up being the same for you. And you will probably find the perfect liquid for you, too. Just look at it like a hobby. One that you will have to spend a little bit of money on in order to perfect it, but one that will eventually not cost much at all because you'll know exactly what you want and you'll know exactly what works for you. Keep hanging around here, too. Lots of people will be willing to encourage you and give you a helping hand.
  10. I purchased eGo batteries from several different places including Janty, TW, Create Vapor, and PureSmoker and I've never had a problem like you describe with any of my batteries. Sorry to hear about your troubles. If you've only had it for a week, I'd write to the place where you purchased it and explain to them what is happening. Hopefully they'd replace it for you.
  11. Good! Maybe we'll start seeing some video reviews of this thing.
  12. Beautiful Mark's Mod! Congrats on that. Now you're one of the "blessed" who owns one.
  13. Be forewarned that Uma and I both want one of those and if you get one before we do...well...let's just say there might be a whole lot of tears going on...LOL
  14. Very, very funny. Something seems so familiar about that...hmmmm....
  15. If you're looking to try something different to help with costs, Tasty Vapor sells 30ml bottles for $15. If you order it in a stronger strength than what you use, you can buy their "doublers" which have no nic, in the same flavor you got in the nic and mix them together. The doublers are $15. for 120ml. So, if you vape 24, you can buy the nic liquid at 48 and mix it half and half with the doubler for a 24mg. bottle. You end up with 150 ml of liquid for $30. Not too bad.
  16. I have backups for everything, so I guess the madness never ends. I like to be prepared. I have backups of food in case we get snowed in. And then I make sure to have backups of food that doesn't need power to be prepared in case we don't have power. Plus I keep a backup of propane for the grill so we can use that, too. I keep emergency supplies in the car in case we get caught in a snowstorm or the car breaks down on the highway. And yes, I did the same with analogs. If we were in any winter weather advisories, I made sure to have at least a carton on hand. And plenty of lighters. So many it wasn't as much stuff as I have now, but it wasn't as healthy as this and it sure wasn't this much fun either. @Brian. Thanks for that link. I have it bookmarked. Cause, well, you know, I might need a backup.
  17. We might need help, but I agree...after we get our Ali'i...yep...gotta wait.
  18. I'll be looking forward to hearing more about them, too.
  19. I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day and they cost about $4 per pack. I bought a lot of different devices when I first started vaping, so I spent at least as much on vaping as I did on smoking. Sometimes more. I know that by the 6 month mark of being smoke free, that I broke even. BUT....I also had my favorite devices and knew I wouldn't be buying any more (except replacements when needed) and I had several months worth of liquid, too. Now I can go through a couple of months and not spend anything at all. Incredible!!! A couple of months ago I did have to get the eGo PT, and a lanyard for the eGo, and an eGo case, and a couple of XL eGo batts and XL carts, but I still didn't spend as much as I would have in a month of smoking. And really, I needed some backup batteries anyway. Right? Somehow - and I have no idea how this might have happened - this week I ended up with a receipt for the purchase of ProVape 1 in my inbox. Oh well...I'll just have to keep it when it gets here I guess...I was getting low on backups anyway. After all, I haven't bought a new unit since I got my BSB last May. And thanks to the good people here who kept mentioning the Ali'i - until I had to go see what it was they were talking about - now I'll find myself in a scramble trying to get my hands on one of those. And one way or another, I WILL get my hands on one of those. What was it Uma said? You'll never recover? Yeah, that could be right. Just when you think you're doing so good, stuff starts appearing in shopping carts and those pesky "order" buttons get pushed, and all of sudden you have new stuff coming in the mail. Then - I would imagine - you get so excited about getting packages in the mail that you just have to order some more...is that how it works?
  20. Yes! Backups, backups, and more backups. It took me longer to realize I needed a backup for my charger, but I finally got that done. Another thing is that once you have enough backups, get more. It's not long before you don't have so many backups any more. I was looking through my stuff lately and I really don't have much for backups any more. Which means...oh never mind... And Brian, I'm glad you had a backup. But - and this is just something to consider - does this mean you no longer have a backup? Might be time to get one.
  21. That is disappointing, Brian. It's nice of Drew to send you some new wires though. And hey, maybe you'll figure something out one of these days.
