    Overwhelmed

Welcome!! I'm not a menthol person, so can't help you with that. But...I can tell you that you will (probably) eventually not be spending as much money with vaping as you did with smoking. In the beginning I tried several different units and spent a whole lot more than I do now, but it mostly evened out with what I'd been spending on analogs. Now I stock up (read that as having plenty of backups) and can spend a lot in a given month, but then not spend anything for a couple of months. It evens out. Think of the money you are spending as an investment in your health.
  2. Yes!! Oh yes!!! You do need extra atomizers (at least a couple extra) and liquid (several sample bottles would be good) and an extra battery. I'm no help with liquid flavors, but get several to try.
  3. LMAO
  4. I just started trying cartos again and I threw some out, but I know I have a few here. Maybe 10 or so. I'd be happy to send what I have. If you PM your address to me, I'll get them in the mail.
  5. Welcome to Vapor Talk. I think the eGo just about fits what you are wanting right now. Although - just so you know - the eGo battery does not even come close to lasting all day for me. I know everyone is different and it does last some people that long, but I just wanted you to know that it might not last that long for you. As far as the SB goes, other than being considerably larger in size, it would also fit what you are wanting. When I use the 18650 batteries in it, I get at least a day and a half of vaping. I love that. The size isn't uncomfortable for me at all. It's still a nice fit in my hand. It is heavier also, but that's because it's such a powerhouse. It's well made and very durable. Good luck with what ever you choose. You really can't go wrong with either one.
  6. Congrats Jodie! I have no clue what "too much juice" would be. Nope. Not me. And I have no intention of ever finding out. But I'm happy for you.
  7. Ummmmm. "Does the quest end?" Ummmmm. Wellllllll.....no. Just remember, you can NEVER...and I mean NEVER...have ENOUGH backups. Okay? Got that? So, in order to be well stocked...and in order to follow that wonderful advice "backups, backups, and more backups" or "have backups for your backups, backups"...the quest may never end.
  8. Good to see you here! I just placed my first order with you and got it today. I'm very pleased! I ordered the Provape 1 and love it! I'm closely watching the Provari. I keep telling myself I really don't need it, but...
  9. Great info. Thanks.
  10. OHHHHH....now there's a thought!!
  11. Glad it turned out well. I'm still afraid to try that.
  12. I've had several blood tests done since I started vaping and nothing like that showed up on mine. Well, not that they told me about anyway.
  13. Congrats to those of you who got shipping notices!! Can't wait to hear what you think of them. Case...I feel your pain and impatience. I'd be exactly the same way. LOL
  14. I would not run a 5v PT on my computer, but that's just me. I have run 3.7v PTs on my computer, but there are several people here who would tell you to not even do that. To run a 5v PT, I'd get an adapter to plug it into the wall. Madvapes has the adapters. In my opinion...the LR attys are very close to the 5V experience. They are all I use at 3.7v now. I only use the regular attys at 5 or 6v now.
  15. I've been using the Cisco LR 306 attys off and on for quite awhile now and I haven't noticed any problems at all. I think they're great. I do go through quite a bit of juice when I use them, so I don't use them as much as I might otherwise, but that's the only reason I don't use them more often.
  16. I've never used the Tank part, but I've used Tornado/eGo for a year now and will say it's a great unit to have. TW is a good company with good products. You don't have to worry about that at all. I think you'll really like the Tornado.
  17. That's good news mastiffmom. You be sure and get plenty of rest, too. And keep us updated.
  18. We have very few options here. Satellite, Qwest, or dial-up here. We only have one option for cable, which is horrible. We have satellite for tv and used to have it for internet until they finally got DSL through Qwest for us.
  19. I've tried several of Tasty Vapors flavors and I could taste them all. I didn't like most of them as much as I liked the Atomic Fireball, but I could taste them. I've tried a few flavors from Create Vapor and I could taste them, too.
  20. I didn't think my 900mah eGo batteries lasted any longer than my regular ones did. I've had eGo batteries for a year now and I always use them until the light blinks. It's never shortened the life of any of them. I'm averaging over 6 months for each battery.
  21. I've tried the boiling and several other methods and none of them worked for me. Too much work and not enough success, so I don't do it any more. Just blowing them out as I said before is what works best for me. I do - however - use the "PPOC" method now and then.
  22. We've had "experts" come on here and tell us in the past that there is no problem with leaving batteries on the charger after the light turns green. I've left batteries on overnight, too, with no problem. But...to be as safe as possible, I try not to do that.
  23. Agreed. Your very first mod. Congrats! LOL
  24. My story exactly, Brad. Hopefully you'll be able to taste better later. Have you tried any of the other Tasty Vapor flavors?
