I am sorry for your loss. It sounds like she put up a good fight, but in the end just couldn't hold on any longer. What a trooper! I'm sure you'll hold the fond memories of her in your heart forever. And perhaps the twin cousins will bring you a bit of comfort in your time of need.

There isn't filler in the atomizer, but should be in the cartridges - or at least there was in the cartridges I got. There isn't any filler in the cartridge that comes on the atomizer. Atomizers always come with a blank cartridge. You can DD with the mega if you want to though.

Out of all the cartos I've tried, I like the boge LR the best, but I'm still not fond of the cartos overall. And I'm with you on this one, they don't last more than a day for me either. At least not when that's all I'm using.

That would explain a lot. I was the only smoker in this house and I spent about $160 a month on cigarettes. I go months now without spending anything on vaping, but I also have a pretty good supply of backups. I broke even a long time ago and I'm still ahead - despite spending like crazy in the last couple of months.

That's how most of my attys have died - vaping one minute, the next...nothing. It's sad really. I've never checked mine though. I don't understand the center pin thing. And a great big CONGRATULATIONS on your second anniversary, Darth! That's a fantastic mile marker!!

I'm reading - very quietly.

Usually the primer that is on the attys when they come has a burnt, nasty, taste to it. I blow through the battery end onto a tissue to remove that primer before I first use a new atty. Then you need to add three drops of liquid to the atty and take a few drags without inhaling, then add some more drops. I find that adding 3 drops at a time is best. How many are you adding? The atty will taste burnt if it gets too dry, so be sure to add enough liquid to keep it from getting dry. Or are you using the cartridges with filler? The filler can get stuck to the bridge in the atty and cause that burning, too. That's one of the reason I don't use the filler anymore.

Gotta love those thin mints, huh? They are great frozen and eaten while drinking coffee, too. Worth a bit of suffering through some heartburn for me. After all, they don't last long and only come around once a year. I guess if heartburn is a symptom of quitting smoking, I wouldn't have noticed since I had it before. I never did get nose bleeds though. Of course I didn't go through the coughing junk up out of my lungs that so many others went through either. I just got all the good stuff - like being able to breathe again...that's nice.

Yes, the regular eGo charger works for the mega batteries, too.

I haven't heard that one, but I don't know. I had it before vaping and still have it, so at least I know vaping didn't cure it for me. Anything with sugar will set off heartburn for me - which is really bad because we have some girl scout cookies in the house and the heartburn is going full blast right now.
