  1. Ummmmm....welllllllll..... How do people think these things up? Makes me realize I have no imagination whatsoever.
  2. I could probably list more than a dozen things I can smell now that I couldn't smell for years - including coffee in the morning, the flowers on our lilac bushes, freshly shampooed hair, puppy breath, the clean smell of the air right after a gentle rain, and laundry dried on a clothesline. So many, nice, subtle smells that I didn't even realize I couldn't smell before. On the other hand, some bad smells that I could smell before are stronger now - most noticeably (lately) the smell of a skunk. And I completely agree with the smokers. They smell awful now! It used to be that the smell would make me want a cigarette. So would the smell of the smoke from a cigarette burning. Not any more!
  3. Avoid the temptation? Ummmm...you don't. Simple. So that only leaves choosing one of the PVs you mentioned. You already have the best VV unit around, so you don't need to even think about something different. That eliminates the Diamante. Since you've been wanting the VVPV for so long you might as well count those other two out and just go with the VVPV. There ya go. Problem solved. Vape on.
  4. I absolutely love this!! It looks so...classy. And it's very easy on my eyes, too.
  5. One more vote for the eGo here. I've been using one for a year and a half now and I'm still loving it.
  6. Wow Chris!! That is fantastic. I'm impressed. Happy Anniversary to you both! p.s. Can I get one of those "Start Kits"? We're way beyond 4 years, but maybe "better late than never"?
  7. I second BirdDog! It's great to see you again TSM!

    Nicotine

I use 0mg liquid and it might be because I'm used to it, but I think I still get some TH. That has never been a big factor for me, so it doesn't bother me if I don't, but I do think there is some there. A couple drops of menthol does help a lot without being too much menthol taste - if any.
  9. I have some LR901 attys that I use (with an adapter) on my Provape. I like them okay. They do last about the same as the LR510 attys for me - about two weeks. I might get a bit less flavor from them, but since I don't get much flavor from anything, I can't say for sure. The vapor production is about the same as the LR510s.
  10. It's LR attys for me. I've used the cartomizers and they are okay, but they just don't last long enough for me. To be honest, the LR attys don't last long enough either, but I like them much better than the regular attys. Oh wait...I still use the regular attys at 5v. Or did until my Silver Bullet decided it only wants to work part time.
  11. Although my post count is high, it was never my intention to add to the post count. My intention has always been to help the new people when I could (even if it wasn't much), to welcome all the new people as I was welcomed when I joined, to give encouragement when it's needed, or to just acknowledge someone or something someone said. There have been times when things got a little "playful" or "chatty", but I always thought that went along with the "family" environment that has been created here. That "family" quality is one of the reasons why I like Vapor Talk so much. Another reason is that people can come here and get all of the information they might need in a friendly and non-threatening way. The people who give so freely of their time and knowledge are what make Vapor Talk what it is. In my opinion, the staff do a wonderful job of keeping everything in line. I truly appreciate each and every one of them.
  12. You picked a good team to join. Madvapes is great!
  13. Yeah Beans!!!
  14. Great pictures, nice looking fish, Richard! Thanks for the best laugh of the day!
  15. Congrats on the 18 hours, Richard. It feels great, doesn't it? I'm glad to hear you're liking the flavors, too.
  16. You can get an eGo kit here - http://www.liberty-flights.com/product.asp?id=40 They are $50., but if you click in the upper left hand corner, you get the 20% discount on your whole order, which makes the kit only $40. Or you can get the Riva kit (very near the same thing as an eGo, just a different name) for $35. with the discount.
  17. I love my Silver Bullet. It's exactly what Jeff said, but I don't think it is available as 5V any more. When I got mine, you could get the extra base part with cord for 5V vaping, but they don't have that listed any more.
  18. I agree...drip tips are really a lot better. I love them!!
  19. Congrats!! I'm glad you're happy with it. I'm still extremely happy with mine. Have fun figuring out which atty you like best on it.
  20. I would agree with the recommendation of the Silver Bullet. I have the black version and absolutely love it!! However, I can not agree with the Indulgence. I had one before I got my Silver Bullet and didn't care for it at all. The Provape is a lot better than the Indulgence. I'm sure hearing a lot of good things about the Provari, but I don't have one of those...yet.
  21. The "average" lifespan of an atty is one month, but it can be anywhere from one day to a few months, too. I've personally never had an atty last more than two months, but I am a heavy vaper. Also, with the LR attys, it's more like two weeks lifespan. Never feel so secure that you only have two attys on hand. Once the first one goes, you start with the second and feel like you have a month or so to reorder, but if that second atty goes in just a couple of weeks, you are without a way to vape until a new order comes in. I have a huge stock of attys - plus a few batteries, an extra charger (or two) and lots and lots of juice. It's better to have too much of any vaping supply than to end up not having enough.
  22. We feel your loss and you have our condolences. RIP loyal little atty.
  23. Welcome! It could be the nic level, but like Jon said, it could be the change...the withdrawal from the analogs. Lots of people have gone through a lot of "crap" from quitting and it could be that. You're removing a lot of those chemicals from your system. It might take a little bit of time, but you'll be feeling a whole lot better in no time.
  24. I've been using LR attys on my eGo for well over a year now and have never had an issue with it. My batteries have last at least 4 months each (with heavy use).
