You need to buy juice for your Ego. I don't know if you have any stores in your area that sell liquid, but if you are ordering your kit, just get it online would be my advice.

The VT stores sells cartos for the 808 as do smokelessimage if you want to stick with what you have. Lots of places sell the Ego, take a look on the forum under vendors and don't forget to look for coupon codes to save some money

Try not to feel bad about spending 40 on your first pv. A lot of us spent a lot more on something we couldn't even keep as a backup. The important thing is it gets you going in the right direction. I personally don't clean out cartos, but I am sure someone will be along to answer your question, I toss them when they start to not taste so good or look burned on the inside.

If it is a kr808, you have a lot of options on where to get cartos, just pick up some juice and fill them yourself. if you email the place you bought it, they should be able to tell you what model it is.

Wow, that is awful

Smokeless image has a volt, which is an 808 that is very good, not the 808's from before. Cartos and a few batteries plus a charger isn't that much of an investment for the starters and very easy to get started with. Just a thought.

I have heard people say that, I have used LR's on my ego without problems, I think it applies mostly to the 650 shorties.

Welcome, Ken, a fellow Floridian. Most of us recommend the Ego, it uses a 510 connection, isn't too large and you will have many options for it. The battery life is really good. Check out the vendors section on the forum and read other post, but I think you would end up being happy with it. You might also want to grab an extra atomizer and some cartomizers so you can figure out which you like best. Grab yourself a few juice flavors and you will be good to go. Good luck
