I wouldn't use liquid saccharin, personally. If you're looking to sweeten up a juice, you need to get this or this from EC Blend, depending on if you prefer PG or VG. Unless you're allergic to PG, either should do fine since you'll only be adding a tiny bit to your e-liquid. I add one drop per ml. (they recommend starting with one drop per 5 ml.) of the PG version to my Chocolate Malt and it sweetens things up nicely.

Welcome to Vapor Talk Forum. For some new vapers, it takes a little time to get used to. Your lungs take a pretty good beating inhaling burning vegetable matter, and it's going to take a little bit for them to heal. I know that most cigar smokers don't consciously inhale the smoke like cigarette smokers do, but if you puff on 'em regularly, it's getting inhaled regardless. I used to smoke cigarettes (2 packs a day for about 30 years), but within three days of making the switch to vaping, my non-stop smoker's cough was completely gone, and after around a week, I felt as if I'd never smoked a day in my life. One thing to watch out for is dehydration. Vaping takes a lot of water out of your system, so it's important to stay hydrated. Congrats on making the decision to put down the cigars...I think you'll find that with the hundreds of available flavors out there and multitude of various devices on the market, you're sure to find something that suits you. BTW - what kind of e-cig/e-liquid are you using?

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New

Just bought a 15ml. bottle of Mint Choco Fusion from Indigo Vapor. $10.78 shipped using coupon code "TYREDDIT" From Vapor Rater: Indigo Vapor Mint Choco Fusion, US, 50/50 PG/VG posted 03.15.2013 Indigo has an immaculate record on the website, and a sterling reputation for quality juice. To date, I've reviewed two of their tobacco flavors, Captain Ron and The Duke (both of which received perfect scores), and a handful of their other more fruit forward flavors, but this was the first juice of theirs that I've reviewed that fell so squarely in the dessert category. When I first received the Mint Choco Fusion, as a firm believer that no single vendor can do everything well, I thought that possibly, this juice could reveal a small ***** in their armor. Instead, what I found was another example of a skillfully blended, perfectly balanced blend of rich, creamy chocolate that is stunningly realistic in it's complexity and composition, without so much as a hint of the commonly utilized artificial chocolate flavor I associate with things like chocolate flavored lollipops and hard candies. With the addition of a crisp, cold, sweet mint flavor slicing through the soft, milky chocolate, the overall profile of the juice is full bodied and extraordinarily well-balanced, with a good ratio of creamy chocolate to sweet mint, redolent of an Andes chocolate mint but exponentially more potent and flavorful. I could continue to wax poetically about this juice, but really there's no reason to do so. If you like the creamy and vibrant combination of chocolate and mint, do yourself a favor and try Indigo's take on the classic. One word of caution, this juice is not quite as impervious to heat as some of their other flavors are. I preferred it at 4.9v on a 2.5Ω atomizer, which produces just over 9.5 watts to bring out the best balance of chocolate to mint, while yielding a spectacular throat hit, and Indigo's trademark plumes of thick, dense vapor. accuracy of flavor flavor density throat hit vapor production -

In case you missed this one: A still from the video 'Nuff said.

Never cleaned or dry burned (dry burning is a no-no with these). It had roughly 5 ml. of juice run through it when the pic was taken.

Yeah, probably oughta steer clear if this one (Looked good in theory, though).

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New

"Custom"! You go, girl! By the way, just so everybody knows...I wasn't HIGH when I recommended it to you! -
In light of my recent raves about my new HH.357 atomizer, I thought this might be a good time to find out who else here at Vapor Talk has had any experience with one, and what your thoughts are on them. Personally, I feel that the HH.357 is the benchmark that all other drip atties should be measured by. It provides V/T/F unsurpassed (not even close) by any others I've tried, and has been touted as the best you can get. I haven't had mine long enough to speak about longevity, but I've read many reviews that claim months (some say 6 or more) of usage without a drop in performance. I'll always be in search of something better of course, but so far, the HH.357 gets a perfect 10 out of 10 by me...what say you? My HH.357's coil after a week of regular use.
-
You WON'T be sorry! In fact, once you try one, you'll never be able to use any other dripper without feeling like you're missing something.

I found this article about e-solids.
-
I can't really say since the long barrel is the only one I've tried from them. Phil Busardo uses it in his review of the HH.357, so that's what I got. I'd guess, however, that their standard size would be comparable to what you've been getting (in length) in other brands. Worse comes to worse, I'm sure you've got a 510-510 adapter laying around somewhere, right?
-
Well, the main reason is that, since the long barrel is about the same length as a standard cartomizer, you won't have to use an adapter on your atty to extend beyond your drip shield. I've always had to use 510-510 adapters on my shorter atties for this reason. By the way, if you don't like it based on my recommendation, I'll buy it from you (but you will).

If you don't mind a 10-14 day wait time, you can get the Custom HH.357 Cisco Spec Hybrid 510 Atomizer for $3 more. With the "Custom" HH.357, you can choose: 510 standard 510 Long Barrel 901 Standard 901 Long Barrel * Custom 357 Color: Matte Black Stainless Steel Cobalt Blue Deep Red Dark Green * Custom 357 Resistance: 1.5 ohm 2.0 ohm 2.5 ohm 3.0 ohm * Juice Blend: PG/VG Blend VG 100% PG 100% For you, I'd recommend choosing the 510 Long Barrel in a 2Ω.

I've seen some stuff about e-solids somewhere, but I think it was just a vague description at some vendor's site. I'll start doing a little research on it and see what I can found out. On the surface, it does seem like a pretty good idea, though.
-
Agreed. I shouldn't have used the word "eliminates"... "reduces its conductivity" would have been a better choice.

I understand completely...it's definitely not for everyone. The vaping community has come a long way from the days of dripping, and some of the new delivery devices out there are nothing short of amazing, so dripping has sort of gone the way of the Dodo with most vapers these days. The biggest pro to drip atties is that you're not tied down to any one flavor for long. They're great for testing new juices, and for people who like to switch flavors a lot. Short of a properly set up RBA, there's no better taste you can get than from dripping. I've never tried the atties that you got, but I have tried some that I just didn't like at all. My recommendation still stands on the HH.357. It's the best atty I've ever used by far, and that's no exaggeration. If you ever want to find out what dripping should be like (pure unadulterated flavor & hassle-free), get one. Side note - It seems strange to me, but one of the atties that I really like (HH.357 - $21.99) is about the most expensive one available, and another (Boge 2Ω - $3.50) is about the cheapest one available. Go figure. I give the HH.357 a 10, the Boge 2Ω a 6, the Empire Mods Premium LR 901 a 7, and everything else I've tried a 3 or less.

I think what's happening here is that you're making this too complicated. Dripping is the absolute easiest method possible to vaporize e-liquid with. Drip 3 drops of juice in your atty. Vape 'til it's gone. There's nothing mystical about it. If your drip shield is making your draw impossible, it's just because you got the wrong shield to use on an eGo-threaded battery without using a 510-510 extension, so the bottom o-ring of the shield is blocking your airflow. (Click here to see how a drip shield works) If you really want to use your drip shield, you can pick up a 510-510 extension for a couple of bucks which will make your shield usable, but Empire Mods sell drip shields designed to use on eGos that fits over the outer threads of your battery's connection so the bottom o-ring doesn't block your airflow. Just keep in mind that using a shield is optional. BTW - You can get Boge 510 2Ω atties at VapeLite for $3.50 each.

Here's a handy little chart from Vapor Rater that has some interesting items on the menu, and includes links to a review for each item. The reviews even tell you what wattage to vape each juice at for best results. I'm definitely going to be trying out some of the juices with a perfect score of 20...starting with Indigo Vapor's Mint Choco Fusion.

Now that sounds interesting. I'm searching for it now. Thanks Bebop!

I think I can help diagnose your problem with the drip shield, but first I need to know what PV you're using and which drip shield you have. A picture of your setup would be helpful if you could post it. BTW, the drip shield is optional...it basically acts as a reservoir for extra juice and prevents leaking from the bottom of the atty from running down the side of your battery and all over you. As long as you're just adding 3-4 drops at a time and vaping that down before adding more, you shouldn't have much of a leaking problem.

Howdy from North Miss'ippi. Glad to see someone from these parts on Vapor Talk. You've come to the right place to find all sorts of info on gear, juice, technique ...you name it. Welcome and have fun.
