Hello all, I'm brand new to this forum and well vaping in general. I know this question is like beating a dead horse at this point but where do I begin to make my own PV? I've seen hundreds of mods on forums and youtube. I know madvapes sells diy kits. Should i start with one of those and go from there? I know the basic ideas of putting one together but where I get lost is the different ratings for the buttons, resistors, led's, etc. I basically want to build a device that does either 3.7 to 6v (depending on batts) or i want to do a VV box. I need to do all of this as cheap as possible because my wife is pretty unhappy about the amount of $ I've spent on vaping stuff in the last month...if someone could link me up with a walk through and a parts list or at least general guidlines on parts. I do have a local radio shack, i went today and looked and they had so many different buttons and resistors, etc I felt lost. I don't want to rig up something thats going to fry itself or not perform to its potential either. I'm hoping to stay within about $50 USD including all materials and batteries, etc. Thanks in advance.

P.s. Also would be interested in a 5v passthrough guide...had about 20 usb cords just laying around...
