  1. I have been a non-smoker as long as an insurance policy was involved with the questions. I think the amount that I pay in unused monthly premiums more than make up any complications I may ever have from vaping. Just my 2c. I've never been tested for nicotine though.
  2. I've stuck to 50/50. I've used 100% vg in limited quantity and 70/30.
  3. I use just standard 35mm boge stainless cartos. No flange. These are punched by either me or the vendor. The grommets I use with my tanks grab the carto and once both top and bottom are on it's not moving. I can pick up the entire mod with just holding the tank and never even think about it slipping. I pull them out of pockets by the tank and never had an issue. It's just the way they are. When I was using regular xl tanks w/ caps I would use just ss smok cartos w/out a flange. They wouldn't slip either. The caps would slip at the beginning but would typically grab on after the first little while and they held well too. I've never had a loose fitting tank...I guess some could be a looser fit than I'm used to?

    Aga-T+ (Aka V2)

Mine shipped out today! Should be here by Friday or Saturday I'm hoping! Will keep you posted with first impressions and of course pics and most likely questions as well! My little RBA collection is finally taking form. Yay! Happy Vaping! NOT my pic...sourced online at www.discountvapers.com
  5. +1 for Boges...I love them! LR 35mm in a tank and its off to the races!
  6. I would order from here and I almost have several times but I have to pay sales tax since I live in TN....that blows. For the amount I pay in tax I could get more elsewhere. Glad you all are having a great experience with them. I wish they had a retail store since I'm only like 1.5 hours from Nashville.
  7. If you order juice and vape it regardless of where it originates you should be ready to take responsibility of any consequences that arise from its use. The companies did not come to you and force you to vape their product. Its your responsibility to be an informed consumer. Just sayin...
  8. Coil ohms is only one part of the equation. Ohms and the voltage combine to heat the coils to a certain wattage. If you push a 1.8ohm coil to 8 watts it will be the same in my experience to pushing a 3.0ohm coil to 8 watts. The amps will change between the two but the end result, atomizing the liquid will be the same. Just my 2c. I don't have the experience to notice any small differences. A good vape is just that, a good vape. Regardless of how it gets there I'm happy.

    Igo-L Dripper

Here are the promised pictures. I apologize about the quality of the vapor production ones. I'm using a long exposure time with a low iso and small aperture. This provides the desired result but the focal area leaves a little to be desired. Enjoy the pics. I welcome any and all comment/questions. Click on the pictures to see the bigger ones. These are taken with it on a puresmoker Legacy standard. The coil is sadly only like 0.8 ohms...not good for me, lol between that and the tiny air hole it's like a throat hit from the Hulk. This one below shows the difference in air hole size between the Igo-L and the AGA-S...while very small difference in appearance there is a HUGE difference in performance.
  10. So on Kitsune's advice I made my first DIY order from www.ecigexpress.com last night. Here is it, did I miss anything essential to start trying? Qty.ProductsTotal 1 ea. Propylene Glycol USP (Select Size) Size - 120ml $5.99 1 ea.Vegetable Glycerin USP (Select Size) Size - 120ml $5.99 1 ea.Menthol Arctic by FlavorArt (Select Size) Size - 10ml $3.99 1 ea.Blueberry By Flavor West Size - 10ml $2.99 1 ea.Pomegranate by Flavor West Size - 10ml $2.99 1 ea.Lemonade by Flavor West Size - 10ml $2.99 1 ea.100mg Unflavored e-Liquid Nicotine (Select Size) Base - PG Size - 30ml $10.99 1 ea.Extreme Ice By Flavor West Size - 10ml $2.99 1 ea.RY4 Asian (Select Size) Size - 10ml $3.49 1 ea.Tobacco Express 555 10ml $3.99 1 ea.Menthol Crystals (Select Size) Size - 20 grams $4.99 If I missed anything obviously please let me know ASAP so I can get another order in. Also I need some recommendations for a good calculator. I bought 100mg/ml nic base hoping it will go farther. I want to bring the mixes down to roughly 10-12mg/ml. I also want to be able to play with different levels of pg/vg ratios. Also how much flavoring do you all typically use I've seen anywhere from 5%-30% where would a good starting point be? I know, full of questions, thank you for your time!
  11. Make sure you post in the vendor reviews....stuff like this is priceless to the community. We all want to know what/who we're dealing with before we give away money for sub-par service. Experiences like this make or break a company IMO.
  12. We can only hope at $6 a piece....
  13. Well I have a puresmoker Legacy standard, which uses either an 18650 or an 18650 +kick or an 18490 +kick. I have a first generation LT which uses just a single 18650. I have a VAMO which uses either an 18650, one 18350, or two 18350s. I have a bombshell stinger en route from hotvapes which uses a 26650 or a 26650 +kick. The kick is a drop in module that turns a standard mod into a variable wattage device upto 10 watts. The lavatube is a variable voltage device up to 6v. The vamo is either variable voltage (up to 6v) or variable wattage (up to 15w). The Puresmoker Legacy is fully mechanical meaning zero wires or anything that could potentially break. The bombshell is almost mechanical but does have a wired button. I hope this helps. I use all of these devices on a very regular basis. I enjoy them all. My LT is probably used the least because I've dropped it several times and the top cap is glued into place and isn't level and I'm kinda OCD about that, drives me up the wall. The most expensive of all of these was the Legacy which was like $89. The bombshell was about $76, the LT was like $56, and them vamo was only like $48. The kick alone is roughly like $45. Batteries cost anywhere from like $8 up to $15 for the ones I've purchased. The first charger I got was a cheap $10 trustfire which worked but who knows how well. I later bought an Xtar SPII for like $30 which works great. There are TOO many options out there. Many swear by the ProVari made by provape. I think you should spend a few days between the forums and youtube to get an idea for what it is you want out of your device. There are tube mods, box mods, bottom feeder mods, etc. Prices can be a cheap or as expensive as you could think. There are also hybrids available but there is no way to use them other than how they start, which for some is the draw to them. Happy hunting and happy vaping!
  14. How are you initially filling your cartos? Are dripping in the top or what? I had HUGE problems with cartos for the longest time. I never could get it right, either the holes I punched would be wonky and not let the caps sit right, or they would flood, or a combination of the two...I essentially gave up completely on cartos. After a couple months I was determined to get them to work. What I use now is standard length cartos made by boge. I fill them with the condom method, there really is minimal mess this way. You will loose a few drops but that's just collateral damage. The cartos are double punched and go inside tanks that I get from valley vapes. These tanks are polypro so they are not going to be damaged by any type of juice. They also use rubber grommets instead of end caps. You are probably thinking you wouldn't want to mess with something that sounds like it'll do nothing but leak. Trust me, they don't. Period, no leaks at all. These tanks use a side-fill hole and so filling becomes as simple as just opening it and inserting juice via syringe or blunt tip bottle. This has worked 100% of the time since I started using them. I hope that helps. The tanks I use are 3ml capacity and cost a whopping $7 from valleyvapes.com the boge cartos run anywhere from $6-$8 for a five pack and I typically change them out once a week just for flavor. I typically push between 30-50ml through them before the flavor substantially falls. This method/gear is solid and has not failed me yet.
  15. The one time I went to a semi-local vendor I paid about $6 for a 10ml I think...that's been almost a year ago. No help...lol
  16. There's truly not a good comparison from cartomizer life vs analog life....I would compare most full cartos to maybe 5+/- analogs. Almost all of the companies lie saying a carto is equal to 1 or even 2 packs...that's a joke. You should expect about an hour or so roughly from a full carto before it's time to top it off. If/when you get a burnt taste it is empty or mostly empty and your filler is burning/burnt. Time to replace that carto. Hope this helps some! Welcome to VT.
  17. Welcome aboard! It only gets better from here! I hope you enjoy VT.
  18. Very cool, you're lucky to have that in your area! Spread the word locally! I would love to send someone to a local shop vs online!
  19. Just bought my wife an MT3 and will post results if I need to try this!
  20. Not cool. I would say get a label or just have them ship you something you actually want in return. If you spend $5 to ship and receive something free that's worth 10-15 still a win. I dunno, small victories.
  21. Come on guy/gals. Our voice needs to be heard and this is a venue for such. The FDA is submitting "their research" to congress and you have the chance to comment. This ends tonight! http://www.regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=FDA-2012-N-1148-0011 Everyone take the 4-5 minutes and send in a comment. Under Organization put Individual, under the last drop down pick individual consumer it's the last option. Thanks.
  22. Comments needed today! This closes tonight! Please everyone, we need a voice to be heard!
  23. This is exactly what I needed to read right now! I've been at work all night so I'm half delirious from being tired so this had me almost in tears laughing! You ppl are awesome! lol
  24. Well look at it this way. You spend $5 to ship it back, but end up with almost $55 in store credit. That's a pretty good deal in my eyes.
