  1. I agree with tam, look into just using a drip tip. Easier to work with and a little more comfy on the lips.
  2. YMMV I know many ppl claim they get more nice hits by dripping but for me, and it may just be my style of vaping, I get around 3-4 good before it falls off quick. I would also recommend getting an IGO-L rebuildable dripper. It cost $14 and is literally one of the easiest rebuildables out there. I'd say for $25 or so you will have the unit, plus enough wire and silica to last months. I get AWESOME performance out of mine. I can also drip up to like 20ish drops of juice in it without "flooding" to the point that it doesn't perform. I don't know if you are ready to try your hand at rebuilding but it really is super easy and takes about 3-4 minutes to set one up...worth looking into. Happy vaping!
  3. Welcome to VT. You can't go wrong with the bombshell stinger. I love mine. Biggest battery currently used in pv's and also uses the kick to become variable wattage. Trade-off is that it's huge and will probably take some getting used to coming from blu's. You might be better served with a spinner or ego twist to start with. I love my carto tanks and I did like the first vivi nova's that I had back in the summer. I got a couple new ones in December that sucked but I guess you can't win every time.
  4. This is the 100% real boba's bounty. Anything else is a knock off and I can't imagine would be as good. I hope you like it. I know that I do but I hate the hassle of getting it. It's never in stock when I'm ready to buy. When I want to buy it seems like half of the time the store isn't open for business. If you can get it when you want it, it is great.
  5. I have not. I'm letting time test it before I buy anything. The hard ceramic is supposed to be ultra brittle but that's just what I've heard. I will be picking up some XC-116 braided ceramic wick (think of silica style) tomorrow. I've seen users report awesome performance with that. I know that some of the ppl over at (insert huge forum name here) were using the ceramic filters that go inside fish aquariums for wicking materials. Really? You want to cut up something that goes in a fish tank and vape it? Not this guy. I mean I have no doubt vaping is not healthy but that just seems a little crazy for me. I am happy at this point with SS mesh so I don't feel the need to jump into the new styles quite yet. There's a lot of rba users calling these "fantasy" wicks. I will wait it out for now and see what really proves itself and stays around. If you do try it you have to let us know the results! I'm obviously interested in ceramic but not ready to dive in yet.
  6. They are huge but it still kind of irks me. I can run a 4000mah battery with the kick for roughly 24ish give or take hours before it starts to stutter. That's a MAJOR deal compared to 6-8 hours on an 18650. I just wish they would work similar to the vv/vw mods that'll run an 18650 all day long. I could run my lavatube or vamo probably 24ish hours on a single 18650. I guess it is really just a give and take for what style of mod you want to run. I'm honestly happy I guess I have the "gotta have more" syndrome. lol
  7. That's pretty standard for juice strengths. Glad you are liking the redds. I'd imagine they are very similar to any 510/808 stick style.
  8. I would probably feel ill if I tried to vape 36mg right now. I'm so used to my 12mg and lately have been mixing my own around 6-8mg. The flavor will suffer but I don't know to what extent. The throat hit should be killer. Worst case scenario is you get some 36mg and try it, if you don't like it just dilute it down with 18mg until you're happy! Good luck and happy vaping.
  9. Are you wanting to clean them to be able to switch flavors or are you just cleaning to clean? I'm just wondering. I've not run into many who want to clean cartos. For me it is easiest just to open a carto, run one juice in it until the performance drops and just trash it. I'm not bashing by any means I'm just confused why you're trying to clean them. Cartos never have a long life span to begin with. After about 30ish mls the flavor really diminishes to the point that I just want a fresh one. I'd have a hard time thinking any type of cleaning would really help the polyfil out after that. I could be wrong but I'd hate to see you buy something like that and be disappointed.
  10. Welcome to VT. I think you'll enjoy the crowd here.
  11. You may try it out, it has turned into many all day vapes for a lot of us.
  12. I just made some blueberry 555 that is kinda awesome...but that's diy...lol no help sorry!
  13. You may have flooded it. Not sure though. I usually drop around 4ish drops and the first hit may be weak but then it's golden for about 3-4 hits and then it's time to start over. That's the lifestyle of a dripper, great taste but at the cost of dripping every 3-4 hits in my experience. It's definitely not for everyone. I hope you pull it out again sometime and it works good for you.
  14. I have no idea about amount vs analogs but I know I go through 20-40 mls a week seems like. It varies quite a bit depending on my schedule and everything. I would expect a 10ml bottle to last a couple days if it were my all day vape. Sorry I'm not more help than that.
  15. No worries Uma. I'm sure the bam is awesome. I know my stinger is great. I really wish the kick didn't drain it so much. that's the only issue. I knew it would be that way though. I wish the makers of the kick would do something about that. Maybe if they introduce a new kick it'll be easier on the battery life.
  16. I love my stinger! With the kick I get roughly 24ish hours without the kick it could last days...
  17. If you do the condom method right you only lose the juice that gets on your fingers. By all means get the kit if you like but I think you would be better off just having a couple of different cartos for different flavors. If it works for you I say go for it. Cartos are so cheap as they are. I hope you find what you are looking for.
  18. Welcome to VT. First off the cartomizers that screw into the battery are disposable but can often be refilled many times before there is significant flavor loss. There are so many options to screw into the battery. You have atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, etc. They are all basically disposable after some use. Now, to your second question I'm not sure about shipping. As far as most people here we will recommend an ego "style" setup this will be a larger battery than you are used to but it has many benefits. The biggest benefit is the life cycle of the battery. You can get some that will last several hours to ones that last all day long. It's a trade-off though for battery life vs looks. I would recommend something like an ego and tank of some sorts either carto or vivi nova for "long journeys" as they typically last me most of the day before needing to be topped off. I know this is very generic advice but I hope it helps somewhat. Happy vaping.
  19. Bombshell! Woot! ....ok I'll stop sorry...>_> lol I love mine.
  20. Hm, how are you filling your cartos to begin with? What ratio of juice are you running? I fill with the condom method and it hasn't failed yet. If you have a good carto it should easily last a week or more and for me that's about 30-45mls....Hmm, I'd think the benefits of that cleaner would be slim to nil.
  21. Yeah leaking through the battery end...sometimes it would run down the side of the device...enough to never want another one.
