I'm a vaping, book loving, philatalist who crochets (erm, badly)!  I worked for Borders Bookstore for almost 8 years (98-2006) and my store was officially the last Borders to close its doors - that made me sad.  I've been back in Ohio now for 4 years, I spent the previous 11 in the DC area - and man do I miss the museums!  It was great to be able to hop a train and just go get lost in one of them!

I'm also very big into photography.  I'll try to put some pics in the gallery here (I think I saw that option?) so people can see some of my work if they want to!  I deal mostly with macro work, but I love playing with natural lighting too - I'm sure there are some others here who are photography nuts too!  I use a nikon D50 DSLR (it was a gift a few years ago) and a cheap little sanyo is always with me because you never know when there will be a photo op!

I quit smoking on 2/5/12 after my drs said my allergies were causing too many bouts of the ickies (I even had sinus surgery - on all cavities - ask me about that and the dremel and chisel they used if you're ever feeling brave!) No more upper respiratory infections they said. I'm allergic to smoke (and smoked for 23 years) and with all the other environmental allergies, the smoke had to go.  I have not had a single cig since the day I stopped!  I started with the singles (blu, infiniti) but they were very expensive. Then I found Mistic - cheaper, still not in my range.  So we saved up a bit and I got a 510 manual kit (and then an extra battery) and some cheap 5ml juices from a vendor so I could see what I liked - licorice - YUM!  It's March and we had a few extra dollars so my fiance said I could order one thing from Backwoods Brew because I kept hearing how amazing they were.  I have 2 words - Malty toffee - faint!
