Work out 6 days a week and I can tell you I have very much noticed a difference. I spend 3 of my workout days doing 60 minutes of cardio and I have a far greater lung capacity now. There is one drawback though. It is harder to get my pulse up to my target rate now that I am not smoking. This is actually a good thing, but it causes me to have to work out harder to reach my target.

I have heard very good things about the HV juice line, and the rest of their juice for that matter. It has been reviewed by all of the regulars. I don't use it personally because the strength is too low for my needs.

GF's charger went missing so she is pacing around like a lunatic. I'm letting her use my 510 but she doesn't like manual batteries. Go figure I've looked at a number of sites and everyone that has them in stock wants like $14-$16 + shipping for them. If I was gonna pay that I'd order a starter kit and just keep the batts and atty for spare. I'll find somewhere with them for a decent (read reasonable) price. China sells them for $4, so $15 is just robbery in my book.

The exclusivity term has expired and Joye can now sell this directly. Joye made these for Janty originally I believe, just like the Dura. Nothing wrong with wanting to keep your business in the US, but keep in mind that 99% of these items are made in China. They hold the patents and have the ability to crank out the parts much cheaper than we could in the US. Some mods like the VP1, VP2, and others are US made mods that use Chinese made attys. I have ordered from three different companies in China and have never had a single problem. No issues with customs, no overbilling, and always the correct product on shipment. I can not say that my experience with US companies has always been as stellar. Even with the language barrier, the Chinese seem to always be very aware of providing very good customer service. Now, having said that, I think you are probably better off ordering from one of the suppliers that advertise here simply because they will be able to provide after the sale support much easier. The pricing may seem a bit more for a US purchase, but once you figure in shipping it is really a wash and everything comes out about even. I haven't ordered from some of the others but I heard good things about them as well. As Chris said, do your research and make sure you are dealing with a reseller or seller that is honest about their product. If someone is selling something and won't give you the model number, they are probably trying to lock you in to buying overpriced parts and carts from them directly, which is exactly what many of the more shady e-cig vendors do to make their money. You can purchase the BE112 low bridge atty at www.bestecig.com The BE112 is an 801 atty, btw. It is a Chinese manufacturer but I have ordered from them a number of times and they are always quick to deliver and their products are great. From order to doorstep in usually 4-5 business days. Heck, that is faster than some of the US people I have ordered from in the past. The BE112 is a hell of a good atty. A real workhorse. Been using 3 of them for over 7 weeks now with zero issues.

Make sure you let us know how the flavors are. They seem to have good pricing and I'd love to know if their stuff is good quality.

I haven't ordered anything from them yet. Looking at the selection, it looks like they are making juice with LorAnn's flavorings. If that is the case, they are probably all really good. Would be based more on what you like rather than something I'd tell you I like.

Yes. It depends on the flavor of Lorann's. Some are stronger than others. It is usually about 10-20% flavoring and the best your "base".

Love the Exotic Tobacco flavor. If you want a little more vapor just add some VG to the bottle and shake well. There is usually enough headroom in the bottle to add 1mL of VG, which will really kick up the vapor. I use a VG/Everclear mix at 50/50 so I add a little throat hit as well. Only takes the nic level down about 9% in a 10mL bottle, but well worth it!

Here is a good baseline for 0-nic juice. You will find that your taste may differ. Also, there is a certain consistency you need in juice that you should be aware of. Before you make your own, look at a few bottles you have of pre-made juice. Swish the juice around, tilt it, drip a little out onto a finger, note the "thickness" and flow of the juice. That is your target. 0-Nic Cherry Juice 60% PG 25% VG 5% Everclear or Vodka (Adjust this with the VG to add or remove throat hit. More Everclear = More hit) 10% Lorann's Cherry As a rule of thumb, 20 drops is 1mL. So if you are making a total of 15mL of juice, you will use 30 drops of flavoring. If you are looking for 0mg liquid, my suggestion is to make your own. The components are so amazingly cheap that you would be far better off. You can get a gallon, yes a gallon, of PG for about $22 online. Then just buy your flavorings at $1-$3 a bottle and you are done. Paying for 0mg liquid at nic liquid prices, which most people will charge, is highway robbery really. I haven't purchased anything from wordup-ecig.com yet, but people here have had good success with them and free shipping is always a plus. Their prices look good and they have a nice selection. As far as your concern about PG. Unless you have had a negative reaction to it then I wouldn't worry. Some people are allergic to it or have a bad reaction to it. If you have been vaping it without issue, I wouldn't sweat it. Although, VG is natural and hasn't shown to have any allergic issues in vapers.

Lipton Diet Green Tea. Best drink in the world for me, hands down.

This topic is a tough one to answer. There are more answers than there are members of the board probably. Some people like the lipton tea bag mod, others like polyfill, and others like sponge. Then there are steel mesh mods, direct drip, etc. You will need to experiment to find the one that works best for you. I'll try to post some walk through steps on different materials tomorrow.
