Short answer, yes. Long answer: If you are using prefilled carts it will be hard to dilute them simply by dropping some glycerin on them. You will have glycerin on the top and your e-juice below. If this is the case I would get a bottle of juice, rinse your cart filler, and refill them yourself. But, if you are buying juice, you can already lower the strength by buying a lower nic strength. If you have juice and are trying to dilute it, then glycerin will be fine. It is a lot thicker than PG so you will have to mess with it a bit to get the proper consistency.

I don't see the Bucs beating the Fins. Green Bay was a fluke. They just don't have it this year. Freeman will take a few years to develop, but I do think he has a good future in TB. Being a Colts fan I have always had mixed feelings about Tampa Bay. They fired Dungy, which makes them stupid! Indy reaped the benefits, which I like. My prediction for the week: New England 20, Indianapolis 16. I don't like it, but I think we take our first loss Sunday night.

The BE112 in the PT is a killer. I never get big throat hit off most things but this is tearing me up. My only complaint is the 5v really seems to tear up the flavor of Dulcis. Might have to reserve that for 3.7v. But my Peanut butter/Exotic Tobacco mix is amazing at 5v.

Got mine today and this thing is a MONSTER. I'm afraid it is going to spoil me to the point that I never touch another 3.7v device again Plumes of vapor, massive throat hit, steamy warm vapor. I just can not say enough about this thing. Get one. It will be the best $70 you ever spent!

Never had an atty get that hot, but it is possible. The battery "may" be on the fritz and have a short in it. Have you tried using the unit since it cooled down?

I'm an 801 user, but I think the problem you are having is flooding. I'm thinking you should be dripping 1-2 drops on a 510. The atty is much smaller than an 801, which is what was used in that video I think. I use 3-4 drops in an 801, but that much would be way too much juice for a 510. You will also drip a lot more with a 510 because it has a smaller wick and bowl. I think 510s burn through juice a little faster as well when dripping. Some dedicated 510 users should be able to chime in here, but this is from my own experience.

Menthol is pure hell on an atty. I have one I used for menthol for about 2 weeks and after at least four soaks and two boils it still smells like menthol.

Yep, same as the one that comes with the Janty Stick as well. Not bad overall, and it is a low bridge model. Has a very smooth draw, lots of airflow.

All depends on the juice. Have them try Mentha. Arno's menthol is not bad, but Mentha is the real deal. I didn't smoke menthol analogs, but I do like an occasional shot of Mentha

Yep, last update from yesterday had my unit in New York. So unless it is sitting in my mailbox at home, I'm guessing it will be a Thursday delivery. Shame too. As a veteran, I'm taking tomorrow off. Would have loved to break it in while I do my best impression of a shiftless layabout tomorrow.

Seedman's notes are best used as 5-10% of your total mix. But, they are VERY fluid and thin. You will want to add some VG to get them to the right consistency. Of course, people have different tastes, so you might find you need more or less. The "Light Brand" and "Commercial" notes are your actual tobacco flavors. The others add tastes to tobacco, but have a similar taste on their own when used in e-liquid. The honey tastes a lot like a honeysuckle bush smells. The english tobacco actually tastes kind of fruity to me, with some spice to it. Captain black is sweet and rich, like the pipe tobacco. I haven't tried any of the enhancers yet, just the top notes. They are all really cheap though and a bottle goes a LONG way. I've made about 400ml of my "Cherry Juice" that uses 15% of total ML of the Vanilla, and I still have tons and tons left.

You can kill an auto battery and the tip will still light, I can testify to that. I've seen two dead 801 batteries where the tip continued to light but they wouldn't charge or produce enough voltage to activate the atty. Now they are stashed away until I get the desire to try my hand at modding.

It is recommended by the manufacturer that you disconnect your atty and battery when not in use. The reason they give is that when they are assembled, the battery is in "standby mode". They state that this can actually drain the battery over time. The suggestion is to just disconnect them at night before you go to sleep so the battery doesn't discharge in standby mode overnight. I don't know how true this is, but I do know this is what they actually recommend.

I've seen a number of people asking about this, so I'm posting this videos for our Vaportalk users. They were done by rhoneil, who has mastered different variations of the PTB mod. He has probably been the most informative video instructor for it that I have seen.

I've only tried two flavors from Arno. He was the very first vendor I purchased e-juice from. But I was under the assumption that his juice is Dekang or some other import that is just re-bottled and labeled. That isn't meant as a slight or anything, but I thought his liquid was like all the other chinese juices.. Is that incorrect?

I refuse to purchase a product where I am locked in to buying a consumable from the maker. It puts you at their mercy just as if you were paying BT for overpriced tobacco products. That is one of the main reasons I don't like the "cartomizer" style e-cigs. It is a push to get you to require the vendor for all future purchases. These "pods" are a good example of that. I will always be more included to throw my support to a vendor that offers a variety of choices, information about each, and lets the customer decide.
