Nemesis, I have to say that after a few weeks of vaping, I prefer it, and that is after over 20 years of smoking. I have had to "settle" for analog cigarettes twice since I started vaping because I ran out of E-juice once, and I left my Ecig kit at work once. It was no big deal though because it just wasn't nearly as satisfying as vaping (I still have a half pack of Marlboro lights in my dresser drawer, but no desire to light up). I also don't have that daunting fear of falling off the wagon and going back to analogs because I enjoy vaping way more. Yes, you should want to quit smoking for all of the obvious reasons, and yes there are a lot of things to learn and get used to, but in the end, I think you will find it was well worth it. Chris

I've only been vaping about three or four weeks. Right now I am hitting some VT Dulcis and it tastes amazing. Ten minutes ago it tasted burnt and harsh. What gives??

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has any tips on getting a more flavorful vaping experience. Sometimes the hit is so flavorful and you can really taste a big difference in the various e-liquid flavors. Most of the time though it seems like the flavor is kind of burnt and harsh, and this seems to overwhelm the great flavor of the e-liquid. I have tried the obvious things I can think of. I have cleaned the attys in boiling water and vodka. This seems to increase my vapor but doesn't seem to affect the flavor much. Changing cartridges seemed to help once on my DSE910, but doesn't seem to change anything with my Joye510 (for the record, I usally drip onto the atty and the cartridge). I have tried a couple different liquid suppliers but I haven't noticed much of a difference there either. Sometimes it will taste better right after I drip, other times it doesn't seem to change much. Any ideas?? Thanks, Chris

Same thing happened to me. A girl at work who has tried to quit smoking many times now has a 510 on the way. I hope it works for her the way it did for me!

Chris, That must have been quite a scary experience man, glad to hear that you didn't get hurt any worse than you did. I am wondering if the Ecigs I have could be succeptible to such an episode. I have the DSE901 with an automatic battery and a Joye510 with a manual battery. Are either of this units risky?

36 mg Marlboro and RY4 from Arno right now. I have some 16mg Vapor Talk Dulcis and some VG 555 from Wordup on the way though. It's all good so far, but I can't wait to try some others.

Hi all, I read somewhere that Johnson Creek was the only VG based Ecig juice supplier. Is this true, and has anyone tried thier stuff lately? I want to try some VG juice but I have heard mixed reviews about Johnson Creek. Thanks, Chris

I just got my Joye510 kit from Arno and I wanted to say this thing really rocks!! I know that a lot of you already know this because I bought this kit from hearing so many great things about the 510 on these forums. My DSE910 performs very well, but it doesn't come close to the 510. It was everything I expected and more. Thanks for everyones good advice, This was money wisely invested. Chris

Hello everyone, I just got a spare atty for my 901, and I think it may be a dud. I tried direct dripping a few drops and puffed on it about 20 times to get it warmed up, then I repeated this process. It never produced any vapor and it never seems to heat up at all. What do you think, should I go ahead return this thing or is there something else I should try first?? Thanks, Chris

Hello everyone, Thanks so much for all of your vaping advice so far, it has made my transition from analogs so much easier. My question today is about the cartridges. How do you know when it's time for a new one, and what can I use as a filler rather than buying a new batch of cartridges. I am still using the first five that came with my starter kit and some of them are looking quite a bit different than when they were new. I tried doing direct dripping on to the atomizer, but it did not seem to work real well with my DSE901, and I am a little scared of leakage onto the battery since it's not a manual type. I have a Joye510 on the way, and maybe that will work better for dripping. Let me know what your thoughts are about cartridges though, because I will probably continue to use them on my DSE901. I am wondering if the Vapor Talk E-juice is made with VG or PG? I have heeard that the VG is smoother and doesn't cause that sore throat feeling as much as the PG juice does. I am a singer (part-time) and I have experienced some sore throat from the juice I am using. I sure would like to try some VG based juice and see if that helps any. Thanks, Chris

OK, please give me the bottom line on how to clean the atomizer. I have read to boil it, not to boil it, to soak it in water overnight, to run warm water through it, to use cola, vodka and other things I can't remember. What's the concensus, or is there one?? Thanks, Chris

So, where does it get the power from?? Is it a big battery to charge your Ecig battery?
