LOL!

Yes, yes.. it's true. I'm one of the few here who don't really like it. It wasn't always the case. When I first received it (had to see what all the hype was about), I wasn't crazy about it, but I let it steep and then took a liking to it, even ordered it once more. I still have that 'once more' bottle. I was never a fan of molasses, although I do enjoy the odd graham cracker. Now, the very smell of it makes me gag. Sorry to all you Boba's lovers out there!

Yeah, I'm with sovereign on this one. Sometimes I'm just brazen vaping in public, at other times I'm self-conscious about the matter.. just wanting a vape without the questions. Anyone notice how vaping using an atomizer is so much louder than vaping with a cartomizer and cone?

Do You Keep Your E-Cig Next To The Bed When You Sleep?
Breal replied to DarthVaper's topic in Polls and Questionnaires
Absolutely Not! What are you thinking??? Your e-cigarette on the nightstand?? What?? I keep mine right next to the remote by my pillow. -

but there are still no bones in ice cream -
Wow. After 10 years of smoking, my tastebuds must be dead. Definitely no chocolate in mine. Unsweetened graham cracker and a 'no thank you' serving of tobacco is what I get. To me, Bobas is the Gingerbread Man taking revenge. :P

Wish I knew how to DIY, knew good recipes. It would be nice to just spend on accessories.

I thought it was fascinating, especially about the nicotine absorption of e-liquid as opposed to cigarettes and the amount of time it takes for nicotine to enter the bloodstream when vaping vs, smoking. I also thought it was interesting that the cardiologist and his world colleagues toted nicotine replacement products, such as the patch, as completely ineffectual--a veritable failure--and how the United States seems to be the few, if not the only, holdout as far as that is concerned. I'm glad I never went down that road. He also debunked the theory that e-cigarettes contain carcinogens. He was quite dismissive on that score. Goodness, there was so much information. I truly recommend you sit through every last minute.

I can't believe I did this, but I've just ordered 500 ml of Dunhill from myfreedomsmokes. I've been ordering Dunhill every 2 weeks for the past month and a half, and I just thought.. if that's what I'm vaping, why don't I just save time and money and just order their 500 ml with 15% off at $110 and be done with it. Feels like a noob mistake, changing tastebuds over time and all that. Ah, well..

I have to say, that looks very interesting. I wonder about the flavor you would get, however. The regular atomizers, those that come with the kgo or ego are just ok. The lr306, being more narrow and compact, give a great deal more flavor. Does it stand to reason that the more compact the more flavor? Just wondering..

I have no clue how he/she spent $100 on just 100 ml. I spend about $105 on 500 ml. If I made my own, it would be considerably cheaper, not even half that.

I take my e-cigarettes in my carry-on and purse.. different parts in different compartments. If they see it all together, they may ask questions. Someone here said he packed an e-cig kit in his baggage and found it missing at baggage claim. Not cool.

Like molasses and tobacco. Ha.

Ha. I've been that road before, as well. I started with Stog, a little $88 kit that just simply did not meet my needs--at all. Then I went to the Ultimate V2 kit, which was slightly better ($160). It was replete with carto problems, and I really messed up on the nic choices (6 and 12 mg). As a pack a day smoker, nothing like that was going to cut it for me. So, I did some serious research and bought myself a provari for Christmas and joined the e-liquid search for my 'all-day vape'. I didn't feel comfortable taking out my provari in public, so I joined the ego and kgo club. Three months into my vaping experience, I found an e-liquid I could vape all-day; four months in, I found something else... Now, 5 months in, I'm thinking about it again. In the end, I'm glad you found something that works for you. It's an amazing accomplishment to quit smoking! Remember to have a lot of backups just in case something fails.. extra chargers, extra batteries.

Welcome to the forum, kgoalltheway! Four months! That's just awesome. I love the XL dc cartos. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like. Lately, my favorite has been the lr306 atomizers, but I still use cartos for convenience (no dripping and driving here). What are you vaping?
-
Yeah, I did contact the supplier and they want me to send the bad ones back. I tend to use my kgos and ego more than my mod. So, my mod has become my backup, in essence. Still, my next purchase is going to be an ego kit of some sort, at least until they get this kgo thing sorted. @kgoalltheway.. gotta love the name.

The gold-rimmed ones seem to last. All in all, it's a good product for the price. They sell them for about $42 online. How much did they charge at the flea market. http://www.nwvapors.com and http://www.hoosierecigsupply.com and quite a few others sell them. I'm hoping I just got a bad batch.. or a bad few batches. Ha.
-
You know, I'm sure you can find them cheaper. I order them from here http://www.myfreedomsmokes.com because that's where I get my current all-day vape. Their cartos are a bit pricey.
-
Hey, blu.. The black emdccs seem to work a little better. The clear ones are a bit airy. Have you tried the Triple Coil cartos? I've been using them this last month. If you fill it, let it sit for a while, they work really good, and the flavor is a bit better than the regular boge 2.0, imo. As for the clearos, I haven't had any real luck with them, but some people really love them. Can't beat them for convenience if that's what you're looking for. They do burn through a lot of juice, though.

Myfreedomsmokes.com Super Affordable Diy Stuff
Breal replied to twelveday's topic in Vape Store Reviews
Their Dunhill, especially after it steeps for a few weeks, is to die for. Sorry, I know this is a DIY post, but I couldn't resist. -
Yes. My ego is still doing great. That will be my next purchase.. an ego kit from here... what I should have done in the first place. Ha.
-
Welcome, Sissy! Looks like you have a fantastic setup there!
-
for home: lr306 atty on a provari, kgo, or ego (I just love the flavor on these) for out and about: triple coil cartos on a kgo or ego (I just love the flavor on these)

@ Mike.. If I worked outside I wouldn't have any trouble vaping in public. Vaping in the ER, though.. that was one intrepid and informed doctor.. and the one nurse. Amazing, actually.

Discretion. I try to not impose upon people--it's just one of my things. If I truly must, I try to be as discrete as possible. After all, it's not their fault I'm addicted to nicotine, and I do realize that there is a minuscule amount of nicotine in the air after an exhale. I know it's not dangerous, but I try to be polite. Plus, I know that Vaping is on sensitive ground. I hope that, in time, people will become less ignorant to the life-saving aspect of vaping as compared to cigarettes. Do I wish I could vape openly at my desk? Of course I do. But, it's probably something that should never happen.
