So, kitsune, how's the eGo elegance coming along?

Had a store credit and a 15% off card from them from when I ordered my kit back in December (my second goto kit, Oiy). They are very nice people over there at V2. Because my order was delayed in shipping, they just gave me a shipping credit. They really didn't have to do that. I like their cartos better than the LR cartridges that I got from Provape. The foamy thingy is softer and it's easier to fill. Been using them for 2 months already, and they're still going strong.

I got 4 packs of V2 cartridges, today. They were free, so I thought you couldn't have enough cartos! I also got an adapter from them that doesn't thread right, but that was free, too, so I didn't mind. Ordered a bunch of juices from Highbrow (pretty nice sale, $12.50 for 30 ml (15% off coupon code)) and Ave (Bobas, can't wait). Then I ordered a few attys and varying cartos to see what I'll like. We'll see. I found out that Highbrow has to steep for a few days before you Vape them. Their Cappuccino Diablo is to Die for. Oh.. my.. goodness, can you hear the angels sing! Very exciting.

Used to have a paypal account years ago. Yeah that possible inconsistency in nicotine in juice is a bit concerning. Quality, quality, quality and accuracy. Very important. Still can't believe nicotine is so Cheap!

I think this is such a funny thread. I'm here sitting at the edge of my seat as if I'm looking at an old cowboy gunfight. My attys are coming in this week, very scary and very exciting, and I'm wondering which side I'm going to land on. Knowing me, I'll probably have uses for both, and not land on any side. But, it will be interesting!

It sounds like a lot of fun, actually. If I could just find that one go to recipe like you did, it would be worth it. I hate to think that taste is that subjective, but it is... I'm at that in between point now where I'm not really craving that menthol taste, and not necessarily craving that tobacco taste... Also, I'm at a point right now where I'm not climbing the walls for nicotine, either. I still need nicotine, obviously, but it's not the same. Everything seems to be changing, and, in my mind, I can't quite catch up to what, in particular, is actually changing. Curious.

lol! Yes, I'm ready to look into it, gather the information... But, it's intimidating and I only have a limited budget for this stuff. It feels like I didn't spend nearly this much on analogs with all of the noob mistakes and finding the right juice. So, I'm ready to give it a serious glance. Have you found something you could Vape all day? One of your own creations?

I completely agree. When you quit, you want to be able to rely on your e-cigarette. You never want to constantly wait for your battery to charge or wish it lasted longer. Stressful times. I used my first setup. found it lacking for a pack a day smoker, ordered something better, and sent it back! I had to go back on analogs until it came in. And, then I had to order e-liquid and there's so much of that out there, I didn't know how to choose. I literally spent hundreds of dollars flying blind. No fun. Vaping should be a fun and exciting experience. You're getting off of analogs and you're starting a new adventure. It's good to have a map.

Don't feel bad, I believed it too when I ordered my first setup. And, yes, you can most definitely refill those cartridges. I still fill the original ones that I received from my kit, and they still work great. I encourage you to plan ahead, because e-liquid needs time to steep when you get them (a few days). Start high (around 24 mg for a pack a day). The people here will steer you in the right direction as to which e-juice most closely would fill your needs according to which brand you smoked. It's not going to be the same (in a very short time, it may well be better if you listen to the people here). Remember, nicotine in and of itself is not necessarily bad for you (it has great medicinal qualities), it's the other 4000 carcinogens and other addictives in cigarettes that are bad.

Yes, the provari is a 510, thank goodness. I ordered the 306 attys just to try it out. Very exciting!

kitsune: A pack of smokes would not have survived. lol! I'm just loving that. I ordered the eGo elegance clearomizer and the adapter for my provari. Just in case. I went ahead and ordered a 1000mah eGo battery to replace my initial V2 batteries which are starting to weaken. So, I'll have just two batteries, and I hope that lasts me for a while.

Welcome to the forum, Fish! Just want to say that the people here on the forum are just amazing. They will really steer you the right way. I also wanted to say that lite cigarettes doesn't mean light nicotine, it means light tar. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I've only been doing this for a couple of months and I did the same as you, ordered light nicotine. So, you may experience some withdrawals or feel like you are using too many cartridges/filters. Don't give up! Since then, I have bought e-liquid with a higher nicotine content. You may want to look into that, as well as the longer lasting batteries. I was a pack a day smoker, too, and should probably have started out at 24 mg, but ordered the 6 mg, instead. Let us know how you're doing.
