  1. http://www.electronicstix.com/BATTERIES/eGo-SERIES-BATTERIES/MEGA-1000mAh-eGo-USB-BATTERY-ie-Pass-Through-p518.html http://www.smokeanywhereforpennys.com/ego-t-1100mah-battery/ http://www.shop.goodprophets.com/product.sc?productId=238&categoryId=46 http://www.smoktek.com/eGo-battery--6501000mAh--with-5-click-OnOff-15sec-cutoff_p_34.html i would go with the last company if it were me. very reputable.
  2. try some vg. not cuz it's better just cuz it's different, you won't know unless you try it whether or not you like it. and it's worth a try. as for the where to find the eGo batt's, you'll have to ask other member where they get their's, i'm not an eGo guy myself, i prefer the Innokin Leo and a variety of KR808's. but they're available all over. give me a sec and i'll see if i can find some higher mah one's from some of the more reputable vendors i know of. the only reason to get a higher mah would just be so that you can go longer without having to charge it. if your'e at home most the time the 650 will be fine like i said, it's just nice knowing you have the extra mah should you need it.
  3. i don't have a go to. sometimes i use my 5v 808 passthru at home, sometimes i stick to my leo's. sometimes when i'm out i use my standard manual or auto 808's sometimes i use my leo's. sometimes i like lr carto's, sometimes i like sr. sometimes i use tank systems, sometimes i drip. have no actual go to set up, i like all of them for one reason or another. what i use the most i suppose, are my leo's with the standard 4ml carto's. that setup never lets me down. always feel satisfied with it.
  4. i'm with bob on this one, thevaporroom.net's 555 is absolutely phenomenal. my go to tobacco flavor at this point. excited to try out ry4, although it's supposed to have several other flavors mixed in so not really a "pure" tobacco flavor.
  5. ce2 is a type of "clearomizer", that's a cartomizer that's clear basically. it uses a wicking "material" instead of polyfill.
  6. you guys aren't using good carto's if your'e not getting good flavor from them. might i recommend boge lr carto's........the ******* bomb.
  7. good deal, i would've gotten a higher mah eGo batt but the 650 will get your foot in the door of fat batt vaping. i also would recommend the boge 2.0ohm lr carto's over the standard ones. your'e off to a good start though. also, what juice are you using? juice is just as important (if not more so) than the hardware you use.
  8. cartomizers, dripping, carto/tanks,atty/tanks, atty/cartridge? I'll list my experience's to kick things off. (most of these are on the Innokin/Boge Leo but a few apply to my 808's as well. Cartomizers: I love carto's, 90% of the time this is what i vape with, i use Boge LR 2.0ohm carto's on my 808's (yes this is a no no, yes i do it anyway cuz the vapor is super warm!) on my Leo the standard 4ml cartomizers work great for me, ton's of v/t/f, the LR 1.5ohm dual coil carto's are nice to, but to me simply not worth the cost. They're just not THAT much better than the standard carto's imho. Carto's are stupid simple to use and i just simply love them. Atty Dripping: Don't care for it to be honest, too much of a pita. That being said, i've never really given dripping enough of a shot and plan on picking up some 306 atty's here soon to really give it a go. Carto Tanks: Never tried one so obviously no real comment. Atty Tanks: Just got my first tank atty and tank cartridge a few days ago and have been vaping it almost exclusively. (for the Leo) I gotta say this turned out much better than i figured it would be. The 1ml tanks are large enough to keep me going for awhile, and they're pretty simple to use. Other than the annoyance of having to "burp" the tank occasionally, this system has enough v/t/f to get me through. Won't replace carto's for me but i do like it overall. Atty Cartridges: Again, didn't give these much of a shot but was not impressed when i did use them (Leo). Too many dry hits/flooding, just overall a pita. So what's your'e fave?
  9. the ego c should b a good kit for you, v2's not bad but halo uses gen2 kr808 batteries and they have much better juice so yeah definately better than v2.
  10. http://www.cloudsofvapor.com/store/66-atomizers/70-low-resistance/445-joye-lr-306.html what's the difference between this 306 atty and the $10 a piece ones linked in this thread previously? is there a difference between the joye 306 atty's and the cisco 306? i'm asking cuz i don't drip at all, but it's something i'd like to try. thanks!
  11. not all unregulated batts are created equal though keep that in mind. there are some that start out at a high voltage then start dropping like a brick within an hour or so. they suck. then there are others that start out at a high voltage and really only drop a few .00's which is no big deal and honestly something most people would never even recognize. my LEO batt's for example start out fresh off the charger at like 3.6v or so, and after about 6hours in they're still roughly at 3.5 or 3.4v which is a change no one would ever even notice. from what i've read the kgo is the best unregulated "eGo type" batt out there. it is unregulated, but comes off the charger at 4+v and only drops slightly from there. the only time you'd ever really notice a good unregulated battery's drop is within the last half hour or so, and i never even run my batts down that far. usually by the time my LEO's hit the red part of their battery life they go on the charger. if i was going to go with an eGo type batt the kgo would be my choice for sure. just my .02 edit- unless they changed the eGo c batt from the other standard eGo batts, it's regulated at roughly 3.2-3.4v, so you may not have even really tried a good 3.7v batt yet.
  12. not really, for an extra 8 bucks you can get an eGo passthru, and for an extra 3 bucks you can get a leo passthru, both can be passthru's and "grab and go" batteries, so since the 510 your link goes to is ONLY a passthru it's basically a waste. the only reason i bought my 808 passthru is cuz it's 5v like Chris said. 12 bucks for a 5v passthru is a good deal but if it's only 3.7v it's basically useless your'e trying to be too cheap bro, save the extra couple dollars and get a much better device. i mean, it's not even like i'm telling you to save an extra 20 bucks or something, it's literally a few more dollars for a good quality device.
  13. that's a pretty standard price for a slim ecig passthru. That's what I paid for my 5v 808 passthru.
  14. i know there's a sticky around here for this, also there was just a thread about this. maybe all the way back on page 2?
  15. well, i've been vaping on it for a bit and i've found that it's not bad, not bad at all, but not great either. the vape quality to me, at least when compared to a 1.5ohm dcc, is not as great. but it's not bad. now we'll see how long this atty actually lasts, that'll determine whether i stick with the carto's or order some more atty's/tanks. my biggest complaint so far is that if i don't take a primer puff occassionally i get a nasty dry hit, and i'm not a fan of that at all.
  16. i read around and it seems "primer puffs" are sometimes needed, tried it and the sweet taste of 555 came through, this might just actually work out
  17. alright, i got my atty's and tanks in, is there like a break in period for atty's or something? i've only taken about 3 or 4 hits but everyone of them has tasted horrible. is my atty not getting juice from the tank or something? it's kickin out tons of vapor just tastes absolutely horrible, i'm using a good 555 juice so i know it's not the juice. after i filled the tank and fit it onto the "spiked atty" i let it sit for 5 or 10 mins to let the juice soak onto the atty's coil. should i have dripped a few drops directly onto the atty first? i'm at a loss, this is kind of y i always just go back to carto's lol
  18. Got a few new pv's and accessories in over the last few days so since i like posting pics here they are! First pic is just a 5 pack of LEO carto's, a new needle, a "Gold Titanium" LEO, and a carrying case that got thrown in for free......sweet! Also a little Vapornine 808 starter pack that i wanted to try out. Next is a pic of some stuff i ordered from whitestagvapor.com, i only ordered a LEO-510 thread adaptor, and a lr 1.5 dcc for the LEO, wound up being order #1,000 and the owner gave me a free Innokin LEO, a tank atomizer, and a tank cartridge! I love free stuff!
