  1. i honestly love my LEO's, I get a phenomenal amount of v/t/f from them and I honestly have no interest in mods or vv or anything.
  2. i'm not saying it's bad, i enjoy using my leo tank system it's just a bit lacking. all that i can say is it's good for some juices and not for others. once this tank atty that i have for my leo dies i won't be buying another lol. but who knows the ego c may be worlds better. i have heard a lot of users reporting good success with the lower res atty's on it so maybe that's the way to go.
  3. http://www.americane...dge-5-pack.html simple google search shows that a lot of places that list ego c tanks list them as ego t/c tanks. so i'm assuming that yes they utilize the same tank. as for working well with 100%vg juice i've heard exactly the opposite. but, there may be a nifty trick that helps with the wicking process i'm unaware of. and just so you know most people that review these go on to say that the flavor ends up becoming muted in some way. it seems like all atty/tank systems have that problem although it's strange since really it shouldn't be much different than the flavor from direct dripping. also the draw on an atty/tank system will always be a little bit lacking in the throat hit department when compare with a good lr carto. at least that's been my experience. i've personally never tried the ego c or t for that matter. i can only compare with the leo tank system, and the draw on that lacks throat hit quite a bit when compared with a good carto. pbusardo did a review on the ego c on youtube and he goes on to say that it's "not bad" but it does lack a certain "hit" when compared with his favorite delivery method of a boge 2.0ohm carto. all of this is only my opinion of course.
  4. i wouldn't say that you ordered the "wrong brand", just an overpriced one. don't sweat it, it happens to almost all of us, it's how we all generally found ecigs. the good thing about those overpriced ones is they get your foot in the door. the hardware itself doesn't look half bad, they're just overpriced. and like most overpriced ecig vendors it looks like they're trying to tell you that their prefilled cartomizers are the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes (which first off isn't true), and second they'll probly try to get you to just buy the prefilled ones only and throw them out when they start to taste bad. cartomizers are made to be refilled. you can buy your own ecig juice and refill them and that way your'e not going through 1 or 2 or 3 prefilled carto's a day which can get just as expensive as smoking, if not more so. just some things to think about, like i said read around you'll learn a lot and don't be afraid to ask questions along the way. the 12mg may be fine, but if you have to bump up to the 18mg don't be surprised. alot of us have to start high not only to avoid certain withdrawals but to get satisfaction from vaping. the amount of nicotine in your nic juice directly affects what type of throat hit you get. more nicotine=more throat hit less nicotine=less throat hit
  5. it's all good. gonna post some ecig pron yet?
  6. lol, low blow man, low blow....
  7. welcome to the forum! i checked out the eversmoke website, to me they simply look like a rebranded kr808d1 battery style ecig. they look fine but they do look pretty overpriced at $30 a battery. i would highly recommend looking in to something else. i only say this as a good well known vendor will provide you with the same or better product for less. unfortunately there's a lot of rip off vendors out there that mark their products up A LOT. that being said anything that gets you off analogs is good with me, but you can save a lot of money if you look in to something else. i'm going to put out a few links to some very reputable vendors that i think sell quality products that are user friendly. you can browse through them and see what ya think. i'm not saying you should run out and buy another kit, i just think that you can save a lot of money by at some point switching vendors. http://www.ecigarsenal.com/ ^^that vendor sells the boge leo exclusively. one of my favorite pv's to use, very simple, user friendly and cheap as hell. lol http://www.smoktek.com/ ^^those guys sell a variety of ecigs, they carry the eGo which is probly one of the most popular ecigs out there. again, very user friendly and cheaper than what your'e currently using. http://www.vapor4life.com/home.php ^^those guys sell "cigstyle" pv's which i know (from first hand experience) that a lot of people want their pv's to look like real cigs. in my personal opinion, v4l sells the most quality cigstyle pv's. they're a bit overpriced but if you sign up for their mailing list they're constantly running sales, in fact today they're running a 40% off sale so it brings everything down to a much more reasonable price. anyway, enough of all that, welcome to the forum. i suggest doing a lot of reading on here as there's a lot of good information here. but don't be afraid to ask questions!
  8. good lord, i honestly don't know how i manage without cable....
  9. sorry to drag this thread back up but i meant to ask you what you meant about the adapter not working the way you wanted it to and just spaced asking......lol
  10. sucks man, sorry to hear your experience with dripping didn't go that well. i still plan on picking up a 510lr atty next week sometime but i think overall i'll come to the same conclusion as you. carto's are just where it's at for me. i love em.
  11. i find myself using my LEO's more and more though....
  12. purely a sunday morning boredom pic
  13. damn, that's really ****ty. maybe you can work it out with wherever you ordered it from? i know alot of places have doa warranties.
  14. lolz, the time has come!
  15. well hopefully they last for ya, interested to see updates.
  16. Ha! Welcome to the dark side where dripping is a thing of the past!
  17. boo to ecf!
  18. http://elitevaporworks.com/ss.html just wanted to throw this vendor in here real quick, pretty solid pricing. haven't personally tried them out but they look like they're getting ok reviews. anyone looking for some cheap gen2 stuff here ya go.
  19. you'll like the 5 volt trust me, it creates clouds of vapor, you just have to pair it to the right hardware that's all.
  20. they ruin the taste because that voltage is too high for that ohm carto. higher voltage=higher ohm lower voltage=lower ohm you want something close to 3.0ohm, 2.8 would be fine but i wouldn't go much lower, you have to remember that their are variances in carto's, so even though the one's your'e using might be rated for 2.5ohm, they may actually measure out as low as 2.2ohm or as high as 2.8ohm on my 5volt passthru i never use anything lower than 2.8ohm, anything lower and the 5v just fries the juice.
  21. lol, i love all the cash thrown in there
  22. did you ever get a replacement battery? figure out the issues you were having with it?
  23. for the most part what he said. Just chainvape like crazy. I started at 24 and when I jumped down to 16-18 I didn't think I'd ever get satisfaction from it so I just chainvaped like crazy. Eventually 18 was more than enough, same thing happened again when I dropped down to 11-12
  24. I fail at quoting/editing lol
  25. exactly, certain batteries have built in timers to stop the battery from frying an atomizer.
