no pg allergy, i actually prefer MOSTLY pg, but not 100%pg. ever since i tried a mix of pg/vg i can't go back to 100%pg i prefer like a 60/40 or 75/25 pg/vg mix now.

yup, that exact same pcc is sold at Bloog, Smokelessimage, Nexcig (the 808 vendor that posts alot on this site), and at elitevaporworks. they have the cheapest price on it that i've seen, almost all the other vendors are $30. -
lol

i know it's not the revered Volt that everyone loves so much but i've been using 808's for quite some time now and i think you'd be much happier if you saved some money and just went with these guys http://elitevaporworks.com/ they sell the same batteries as smokelessimage but for quite a bit cheaper. $8 for a battery is unbeatable. they're not the sealed type like the newer Volt's, but if your'e just using cartos (which is all you can use on a gen2 808 anyways) the sealed part won't matter. and their carto's are again the same horizontal style carto's but quite a bit cheaper. and you can get a pcc (the same one as smokelessimage for $10 cheaper) and usb charger for about 5 or 6 bucks. i know you don't really want to switch to 808's over 510's due to the threading difference and believe me i understand. however, i think that you will find that if you try a gen2 808 the performance is double that of a 510 stick battery. seriously, there's no comparison. you won't be disappointed, they're perfect for a "going out" style ecig. just a thought anyway. good reviews though, i enjoyed reading it. -
any lr carto/atty will draw more power from a battery. all dual coils will kill a battery quick because they're generally under 2.0ohms they draw more power from the battery. to keep your battery lasting the amount of time it should between charges you'll want to use 2.5ohm and higher stuff. it's kind of a double edged sword, lr stuff on a 3.7v battery provides a warmer, fuller vape with more th, but as stated it draws more power than sr or hr stuff so it will drain the battery faster.

no problems! the liquid you tried is called Cinnamon Danish Swirl from thevaporroom.net it's my favorite bakery blend juice. don't those things vape like champs?! huge cloud of vapor and the flavor out of those is still the best i've had from any carto, it only gets beat by direct dripping on an atty. i'm glad you like it and glad i could help

no problem man. basically it fires at higher voltage than most the other eGo type batteries, and it has the sanitary pen cap that no other eGo type model has available. i like the pen cap. lol
-
lol, awesome! just so you know you don't need a syringe to fill those carto's. i just usually take the cap off, and drip down the sides. those carto's are monsters so it takes about 80 drops or so to fill them. try not to get any down the center tube but if you do no worries just blow the center hole out. let it sit for about ten minutes after filling and your'e ready to vape. i put it on "lock" mode when i sent it out so give it a quick 3 clicks and it should "unlock".

the LEO (with and without the gem) and the LEO Pro are 2 different ecigs. the LEO you can find at the same price you would a standard eGo if not cheaper. it used a proprietary threading which was kind of a fail on Boge's part. after Innokin bought the right's from Boge for the LEO they changed quite a few things. for one Innokin developed the first battery that used a "battery life indicator" on the button. when you pressed it would either flash green (for good charge), orange (for decent charge) or red (needs to be charged soon). they were also the first ones to develop a "lockout" feature on their batterie's. 3 quick clicks and it locks the battery, 3 more clicks and it unlocks it. anyway, now Innokin has the LEO Pro. it uses a much more industry standard 510 threading. it also uses pulse width modulation like the eGo. the difference is the LEO Pro fires at about 4v when it hits, it's 1000mah battery, can act as a passthru, and comes with a sanitary cap. so imo that's what makes it worth $5 more than an eGo. but if you like at the cost of a higher mah, passthru capable eGo model, i think you'll find the Pro is no more expensive at all really. the only $15 eGo's out there are the 650mah, non passthru ones. the Pro was expected to be more expensive than it is in all reality.

not sure who has the best price on the 901 atty's but i've always ordered them from http://www.litecigusa.net/Default.asp cuz their prices are good and they have fast shipping, had lots of real good orders with good customer service through them. http://www.electronicstix.com/THE-SD-KEY-RING-E-CIG-BY-TROG-c133/ there's the SD^^^^^

anyone looking for some 808 batteries? i have 2 manual v4l batteries i have no need for anymore that could go to a good home. they have 10second cutoff timers. these will also fire 901 atty's in case someone is interested in dripping on a small batt. they're 65mm batts. just as a forewarning these batts can NOT be charged on a gen2 808 charger (Volt/Bloog/Smoov) but will work with any gen1 charger (v4l,v2,etc...) anyways just thought i'd throw it out there that they're free to a good home.
-
wanted to bump this thread again for the link i posted above......^^^^^^^their batt's are on sale right now for $8 which is an awesome price. also their PCC's are only $20 and all their stuff is compatible with Volt/Bloog/Smoov. I know a lot of people here like the Volt so if your'e looking for some cheap stuff to go with the kits you already have i'd definately take a look at them.

yeah, i enjoy that type of camping myself, however i have a 5 year old stepson and a fiance so........for now it'll be the pretty basic type of set up a fire and a tent, play some catch and go fishing with the boy then get drunk kind of camping lol
-
well, like i said i apologize. i shouldn't have called it pathetic it was a poor choice of words because it most certainly is not.
-
according to Thom these should b available early-mid April
-
my family and i plan on doing some camping this spring/summer, just local to our area this year but within the next few years i'd like to start camping in different states and what not. what do any of you campers like to do when you go camping? what type of supplies are must haves for you?
-
good lord guys, i apologize. i was not meaning the eGo unit as a whole. i only meant the voltage. and when compared to the other eGo type unit's the voltage is anemic. sorry, not trying to offend anyone but it's true. i should have not said that it was pathetic. and i apologize. the eGo is a good unit, but the voltage is low when compared to it's counterparts. i'm just not quite sure why Joye hasn't changed the voltage yet. it's simply outdated is all.
-
thanks guys! your'e the best!
-
they can. they will have an adapter so that the bottom side is magnetized and the top side will have 510 threads so that you can use your standard hardware if you please. which obviously you'd want to. lol
-
original scheduled release date was late feb early march, so not sure where its set at now. Trying to get a ballpark outta Thom.
-
I need 50 of them. the cheapest i can find them is .75, i found them for .50 a piece on one site but they only had 15 in stock. any ideas or help peeps?
-
yeah i was going to post up a thread on this awhile back just never got around to it. it's an awesome LOOKING device, but i'm just not interested in vv. i'll be interested to see what the prices are when Thom lists them on whitestagvapor.com the REALLY interesting thing about that device is that there are no threads, the delivery system is magnetized to the battery.....
-
you can absolutely drip on the LEO attys, its something I've been meaning to pick up again to try out just haven't gotten around to it. From reviews long time LEO lovers really enjoy the LEO attys over others. I personally have just stuck to the regular carto's and dc lr carto's. Also been meaning to try out the lr clearo's as well. they're monsters though aren't they?! Things are huge when compared to most the standard hardware out there lol
