  1. the PIF thread is right underneath the thread you just made. ask for some help from the members if your'e in a tight spot, that's what it's there for. but yes, the first rule of vaping is......backups, backups, backups...
  2. I'm going to go ahead and say no more swaps/trades in this thread. I didn't originally care, but we're now on page 5 with only 2 PIF's so far lol Swaps and Trades should just be posted in the classifieds. Maybe we need a full thread for swaps/trades? Or even better a sticky thread for swaps/trades! Someone pm jeffb! there's too much clutter. so please keep it clean from now on guys. only PIF stuff from now on.
  3. i'm not debating that, there's a lot of hardcore Provari fans out there, for good reason, i admit that the Provari is an awesome pv. but saying anything else op spends their money on is junk is a little over the edge no? there's a lot of other REALLY good products out on the market.
  4. not, higher the voltage higher the ohm should be lower the voltage lower the ohm is the general rule of thumb. only if you battery has enough mah to support it though. all eGo's are at least 650mah or more so don't worry about it, you can use your dual coil carto on it. that being said, will, you've been around long enough, please post questions like this either in a thread about carto's or start a new thread, this thread is specifically for PIF.
  5. it was $60 for the kit back when that response was posted.
  6. that's a ridiculous statement. i still haven't even gotten in to variable voltage and i'm completely 100% satisfied with my vape experience from kr808's and my LEO's. the only reason i would ever even buy a vv ecig is out of curiosity. is the best for some? probably, is it the best hands down? impossible to say. op, there is no "best" ecig. the best one is what works for you. that being said, 7sons is on to something with the Provari, it is an awesome ecig, well built, probably last longer than you'll need it for. but there are lots of other choices to consider, if you don't want to press a button all the time to change voltage then the ipro or buzz pro may be better suited for you, again, very well built vv devices. vv may not be for you though, consider that. not all people need it, there are all kinds of people that start out with Blu ecigs and never need to switch for Christ's sake lol i think you should spend some time reading through threads researching the different models available (there are alot) and find out what's best for you. any response you get from any one of us is going to be biased one way or the other.
  7. i read somewhere that eGo chargers will not charge kGo's and vice versa, or at least there won't be good results if you do that. can't remember where though.
  8. either kit is basically the same, they're just changing the delivery systems. pick one, and then i would grab either a tank (if you chose the carto kit) or a 5 pack of carto's (if you chose the tank kit). that way you can experiment with both delivery systems and find out what you like best.
  9. where's it mainly for use at? if you'll be bringing it out and about a lot i'd say the standard carto's. pv's look weird enough to most people as is, no reason to make it look insane lol have you ever used a carto tank before? i haven't but based on numerous reviews they do have their own issues. some leak, some get random dry hits, etc.... if your'e not in to "fiddling" with things to make them work then go with the standard carto's. i personally prefer "fiddle free" vaping which is why i have yet to try a carto tank. i will one day but for right now carto's and dripping with a drip shield are perfect vapes for me. carto tanks are cheap now, you can get one for roughly $10 or less. if it were me i'd stick with the old faithful and just buy one tank at a later date to experiment with. consider a standard Boge carto like ol' faithful, it's the 86' Buick, it may not be the best, but you know it'll always start.
  10. i'd also be willing to trade some 808 batteries (both 2nd and 1st gen) and 808 carto's, for some 2.0ohm (or close to that) 510 carto's. they have to be 1ml size though. please help me out peeps
  11. 3ml bottle of juice one LEO or 808, either one will be more than enough for 1-3 hours of use and one cartomizer with the flavor of whatever juice i'm bringing if i bring a LEO it does not have to be fully charged but can't be in the red, if it's an 808 it has to be fully charged as they only last about 2 hours of continuous use. no i don't vape all that much.
  12. anyone have any 2.0ohm 510 boge cartos (1ml) for some "mini" 1.7ohm cartos?

  15. well, i'm gonna miss my first class of the day......fml on the other hand, this coffee is incredible and so is my current vape
  16. i would wait on mod's for a little while. there's all kinds of different delivery systems you should get familiar with first. and yes the drip shield does "recycle" the juice so that not a drop is wasted. it's by far my favorite way to vape. and that's coming from a guy that was hardcore carto's only for a long time. every since another member here (Dayvape) convinced me to get a drip shield i haven't looked back. i love it.
  17. couldn't tell ya on y it doesn't short stuff out. Just doesn't lol
  18. you are missing something the sealed 510-510 connector that raises the atty up so that the drip shields bottom oring sits underneath the atty. 510 attys need the adapter to make use of the drip shield. Its less than a 1/4" in height though and the drip shield covers it entirely so its basically non existent.
  19. what? No that's not correct at all. I only use my drip shield on lr510 attys and it performs perfectly. EXACTLY as suspected. It keeps the leaked juice from an atty in a sealed unit and recycles the juice back up in to the atty. it may have started out for use on the 901 attys but it performs flawlessly on others, so y not? the drip shield also allows one to not have to drip every 3 minutes.
