  1. sorry to hear buddy. Might I recommend the vision clearos aka stardusts. They come in 808 threading as well and get mostly stellar reviews.
  2. 4.2 should b fine but the higher ur voltage goes the hotter the vape will b and the greater chance ur juice will get too hot and taste like ****. I would stick at or under 3.7v
  3. smokelessimage vapor4life joye innokin boge
  4. I'm waiting on a buncn of stuff for next week as well mike! Let the stalking begin!
  5. if you're going to try sticking with the stick stylebatts can I recommend trying out some v4l batts? Fully usable with ur current chargers/cartos but much better performance. And cheaper to boot.
  6. you will def want a 510-510 sealed adapter
  7. as for the mini sealed 808s just stick with SI, EVW only sells the 78mm standard size batts. Bloog would b good too. I don't know of any multiport chargers for the gen 2. Other than this pcc http://shop.nhaler.com/KR808D-1-Smart-PCC-KRsmartpcc.htm
  8. yes it has the "lockout" feature, and the color changing button to let me know what battery life is like.
  9. i should have it by maybe monday or tuesday more realistically next week. then i can finally try one of those damn vision clearo's. more excited about that than the eGo honestly. the reason i didn't get a 510-ego adapter is just cuz i needed another fat batt (well didn't need one but this gave me an excuse lol!) so then it just came down to eGo, eGo vv, Riva, or kGo. i'm glad i went eGo honestly. hopefully it won't disappoint. eventually i probably will pick up one of those eGo twist's. either that or the Innokin I-Taste.
  10. i opted against the kGo simply because i'd like to run the lr vision clearo's, and one of the members here was having issues running the lr clearo's on her kGo. so, now i'm eating my own words and picking the lower voltage of the eGo so that i can run the lr vision's. i didn't get the variable voltage one, for some reason i'm still not wanting to get in to vv. i do then i don't lol. baby steps, it took me the better part of a year to finally break down and become part of the eGo club....lol btw, it's just a basic 900mah passthru version. didn't have to pick up a specific eGo charger. it utilizes a mini usb port right on the end of the battery which is the same way my LEO's charge.
  11. so i ordered one of the vision clearo's with longer wicks last week (btw did anyone see they have one now where you can rebuild the entire thing? they sell the innards and everything) to try because apparently they're all the rage. got it today, was super excited. up until now i've been using my LEO with a LEO-510 adaptor to get in to dripping with lr 510 atty's. well silly me i forgot that even though the threading between an ego and a 510 are the same the eGo has a longer connection or some nonsense. so long story short, it's cost me $25 to try out a $5 clearo. thing better be worth it......grrr
  12. no problems, glad you like it i love TVR, best juices i've ever had period
  13. i (personally) think that any fat batt or mod type ecig (pv) will not be marketed much at all.....at first. what i mean when i say i think Lorillard will upgrade Blu is i mean to something more like the Volt. a good gen2 808. it's got 300-400mah, (much better than Blu's 90mah[lol]) i don't think the tobacco companies have any interest in fat batts right now. the stick style batts are what they will want the most. certainly not mods. but, obviously that's all just speculation at this point. let's not all forget that the FDA is now considering introducing MUCH tougher regulations on ecigs, so if that goes through the market may be changing MUCH sooner than we all think....
  14. i respectfully disagree on a few things. 1.) although i agree Blu is not a great ecig, that doesn't mean it doesn't work for some people. my aunt has gotten off of smokes due to Blu and is completely content with them. i'll go out on a limb and assume she's not the only one. they make plenty off their carto's. second, now that Lorillard is involved you can expect some improvement to Blu's "kit". batteries with better life, better pcc, etc... their main source of income will be their carto's. although i agree that right now their main source of income is the starter kits, i think that will change. 2.) not near enough people are giving ecigs credit where credit is due. this is not just a way to quit smoking. this is a total REPLACEMENT. Lorillard knows that. they may not be losing many customers yet, but they know it's coming, every year the ecig user population grows.....ALOT. they know it's only a matter of time, they want to buy in while they still can. on the talk show it was said it would still be MANY, MANY years before ecigs REALLY cut a large profit into traditional analogs. i see that time coming much, much sooner. prices of smokes only get worse, and lots and lots of people are starting to look for a way to continue their habit simply based on price, not health concerns. just a few things i believe will happen. Lorillard will have to improve Blu as a product, because the other BT companies won't be far behind in buying out a "mini" company. if i was a gambling man i would bank on smokelessimage, v4l, v2 or any other well known mini. Blu can't compete with those, so Lorillard will have to make it better. 5 years from now the ecig industry will be COMPLETELY different, and we will as a community be MUCH larger than we are now. BT will have to get into the game to save their lost profits from lost customers.
  15. what voltage are you running on them? and what's the resistance of the carto?
  16. of course their motives are not pure, they bought Blu to make money. period. and they will. i've said it before and i'll say it again, this is (imo) one of the best things that could have happened to ecigs. BT has the capital to back ecigs against regulation that could drive us out of business. i'm assuming, that bt will focus their efforts in to making a good long lasting battery, and prefilled cartomizers. that does not mean that people won't still be able to make their own juice, but expect to see the cost of nicotine skyrocket. the FDA will do everything in their power to make it difficult to diy. BT will try and make the bulk of their money in pre filled carto's.
  17. nicotine is 5x as poisonous as Cyanide. ya know, the stuff spies used to take to kill themselves if they were captured. all they took was one tiny little pill. now imagine something 5x the strength. nicotine is a natural pesticide (and was actually used to a very large extent as an industrial pesticide for a long time, still is to a lesser degree) EVERYONE vaping should be aware of stuff like this. and take the necessary precautions to make sure this kind of stuff doesn't happen.
  18. 555 is probably the best tobacco juice I've ever had.
  19. the supremes are the "new" version. i've heard good and bad things about the fluxomizers. some people love em, some people hate em.
  20. if you like the cooler vapor get the 2.8-3.0ohm version. Lower the resistance the warmer the vape will be, and higher the resistance the less chance your v2's will burn the juice will be.
  21. the 2.4-2.6ohm SHOULD be fine on either battery. Is that a horizontal or vertical coil? btw, love ur avatar double btw, welcome to the forum! Any other questions feel free to ask!
