  1. I found this today and just decided to share it. http://www.csdecisions.com/2012/04/12/lawmakers-targeting-electronic-cigarettes/
  2. I use Boge LR with 100% VG and get a week or more from it with good results.
  3. I'm not an authority on eliquid, I just shared my experience. They work for me.
  4. I found that ecblendflavors.com has some good stuff. VixenVapor also has some good flavoring concentrates. https://www.ecblendflavors.com
  5. I bought a Smok brand eGo 900mAh passthrough battery and have been using it for a few days. Is there something I don't know here? The red light at the usb port never goes out. I have been charging it for several hours but no change. Is this normal? Got it from MadVapes. Maybe I should send it back.
  6. I tried that last night and it seems to smell a bit different. I wish I had words to describe the taste of it but I just don't. At least its not as bad as it was in the begining.
  7. It still tastes like a scientific experiment went terribly wrong.
  8. Well now that the first 2 from the VaporRoom have set a while they are different and I can tolerate them now.
  9. Yah I think I'll leave it set with the lid off for this bottle and see what happens. I've had a couple others that have changed over time.
  10. I sure hope this one changes cause its a 60ml bottle. I got it at a great price but its too nasty to use as is.
  11. I just got my bottle of VG base Virginia Flue Cured from Americaneliquidstore.com and I have to say it has a strong chemical tase that is a big turn off. Looks like another one that will have to set a while before I try it again and see how much it changes.
  12. I've been doing this for about 6 or 8 weeks now. I haven't had a real smoke in 1&1/2 weeks I think.
  13. I've had them for about 5 days or a week setting near my computer on the table shaded from the light but not really in the dark. I don't mind the Dekang Flu Cured tasting like honey or maple, but the 3 bottles of other stuff tasting like citrus fruit juice is not acceptable to me. I can even taste the acidic nature of it and they give me heartburn. I'll give it more time and see what happens. Maybe I'll try a Desert type cam*l flavor next.
  14. I don't have alot of descriptive words to use for the 3 liquids I'll name. I recently bought and tried 2 flavors from The Vapor Room. They are "TVR Tobacco" and "Gingers Tobacco". These both taste like a citrus friut. I would say Pineapple is what they remind me of. There is hardly any detectable flavor difference between the two. I am dissapointed with them as I preffer tobacco type flavors and not fruity ones. The other flavor is "Top Vapor Hangsen USA" from MadVapes. I had no idea that this one would be almost exactly like the other two I mentioned except that the Pineapple taste is more mild. Guess I'll stick with Flu Cured from Dekang and be safe. All this liquid and don't think I'll use it. Why do these companies advertise as selling tobacco flavors when its clear they have a fruity citrusy flavor?
  15. Oh I'm not gonna go getting too concerned. After all, I've been riding bikes for years and have put myself at risk with several other past activities as well. I'm fortunate to be alive as it is. I just like to gain a better understanding of things that may effect me as I tend to be a bit more cautious now. Besides, I just ordered one for my lil brother the other day.
  16. I don't know what to think now. I like my 2 eGo Passthrough's/batteries and my 5 volt Passthrough. I have the USB cords plugged into my laptop and only charge till the lights go off. I wonder if I'm at risk with this setup too? I don't think hers were passthrough's.
  17. So far I've had 5 flavors of Crystal eliquid which is good, Dekang Flu Cured from Litecigusa which is really good, and now a total of 3 different ones from The Vapor Room which are decent. I'd have to say Flu Cured is my fav at this point. I'm not interested in trying dozens of them and waisting money though.
  18. Yah we'll see. Not a big scare though. It seems maybe I'm not the only one higher VG content affects. I'll use it some more and see if it changes for me. Maybe I just hit it too hard yesterday.
  19. I have wondered if its mislabled and is 30mg nic. Maybe the liquids I've had before are not really 24mg nic. O well, I'll live. Everything else is the same as before.
  20. The first eliquid I used was 100% PG but I mixed some 100% VG in with it so that it was about PG60-VG40. I also have been using as a regular vape Dekang flue Cured 100% PG though. I like the extra vapor from the new stuff but have trouble handling it.
  21. I bought some pretty good liquids recently, TVR Tobacco and Gingers Tobacco from The Vapor Room. They are a kinda sweet citrus type flavor. Kinda hard to describe. I decided on trying a 50%-50% VG PG mix and I like the amount of vapor. I always order 24mg nic and thats what these are supposed to be. The trouble is I'm getting headaches and sort of a buzz from them. Is this a common thing with a mix like that?
  22. Keep in mind you can get an eGo Passthrough for about $16.00 that charges on your computer and can take with you. Thats mostly what I use.
  23. VaporKings has decent prices on cartomizers. $6.95 for a 5 pack of Boge 2.0 ohm. "VKBC" for a discount at checkout.
  24. Theres a good chance that once he gets some decent throat hit and vapor he'll begin to pursue it and experiment. He may even decide he likes non-menthol type flavors. I think some people want this to be exactly like smoking and when they find its different they loose interest. Kinda depends on how ready the person is to get rid of tobacco. I smoked for 37 years and I'm doing well with vaping. 2 smokes in 3 weeks right now.
  25. Dekang flue cured from Litecigusa is one of my favs so far. Its mild and has a slightly sweet taste of maple or maybe more like honey. Crystal American Tobacco isn't bad either but tastes a bit like chocolate.
