How Much Do Analogs Cost Where You Live?
NeRo9k replied to SmokinHammer's topic in Polls and Questionnaires
Cost wasn't a factor for me either, but looking back on it now without ever really thinking about it. It's amazing how some people can afford to smoke. Keenan you were spending $500 a month on analogs, that is some people's rent.. Crazy! -
It's a really nice unit, the cord isn't restrictive and it's long enough that you don't have to sit right next to the outlet for it to reach. At 5 volts the flavor is decreased but the vapor is increased to an extreme level.

Ya, sometimes I get it on my face and it burns for a while.

I'll have to check it out. I currently have a DC to USB adapter but it doesn't power my passthroughs.

I don't doubt that it would work; but, that item is usually used for different 'illegal' purposes.

Yes, this sounds like a great idea!

I have the same problem with my Stick. I was told by Jantyusa support to twisted a little then press the button, repeating over and over with a little twisted until the LED is blue and I hear the 'crackling' sound by the atty. It's a pain. When taking the atty out of the stick it's always covered in tons of Juice, I'm guessing that's why the vapor production has been terrible lately.

I'll have to check out the Juice mentioned in that article. It's an interesting comment.

I agree, regardless if it becomes banned here in the states, I'll still order from China! -
Thanks for the info, I guess it could be all of the change in my life that happened so suddenly. I'll wait it out and see, either way it's not that bad so I'll live.

500,000 Current E-Cig Vapers. 60-80 Million American adults smoke. That is a huge market!

Best Offense Is A Good Defense

Bugger off : ) I agree, but I also think that the fight and storm from our side has already begun. Every day someone posts an article about another 'big' company or health organization that send letters to the FDA, posts valid reasons why our rights are/would be violated, and statistics about why E-Cigs truly are the healthier alternative. If we could think of something that we could do on a grass roots level that would be great. -
My vp2 sometimes doesn't turn on. I will flick with my finger around the lights then it will work. 95% of the time it works, sometimes it bugs out but it's not an issue.

A common comment I hear is that I vape way more than I would of smoked. When I was home I was smoking every hour or so; but, I read that a typical drag of an e-cig is 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of nicotine you would intake compared to an analog. So by that math, it's going going to take me twice or triple the amount of time vaping as it would take me smoking an analog. Furthermore, since I can't take 10 drags in a row of an e-cig like I could an analog, I have to space it out longer...So it just seems like I'm vaping more time wise, but actually I'm getting the same amount of nicotine.
-
That's good. I've heard similar stories from people that wanted to try and have an analog or there battery died. Over the weekend I was drinking with some friends and wanted to smoke an analog. I knew I wouldn't like it and didn't want to waste of my "sobriety".

I had to have many conversations and answer a ton of questions from my mom. I got frustrated that she wasn't understanding. She eventually got it after the long conversations and the overload of articles I sent her.
