So long as you are not lightheaded, nauseated or headache--you sound like you are doing fine. over time you might find you vape a bit less than when you first start out. some decrease their intake, some do not. all that matters is that it is working for you and it sounds like its working !!!

what were you using for mixing? PG, VG or premixed liquid??

Congrats on getting your ego !!! are you using carts? or cartomizers/ if using carts you can also dry blowing out the atomizer. 1. disconnect from battery 2. over a paper towel (or such)--blow through the battery end of the atomizer. 3. use the corner of the paper towel (or such), twist and push into the open end of the atomizer and let sit for a few minutes. 4. add 4 drops to the atomizer, reattach the cart--may need to top off the cart (add a few drops to the top of the filler) 5. vape !! hope that helps a little.

no official studies have been done on this. Its is known that the lungs metabolize nicotine quickly and wouldn't be leaving much behind. however, it's best if she isn't breathing the vapor directly. it dissipates fairly fast. I have been vaping around my father--whose had a lung transplant--and ex smoker (20+years ago)-he says he doesn't notice anything and usually can't even smell the vapor. I just don't blow it in his face......

All the rain they had here the last few days is moving your way. The biggest difference is it is warmer here. not ready for the snow yet and I know its coming soon.

I love sharing vaping, but I am not big on confrontation. I would love to be independently wealthy and be able to be on perpetual vacations. however--back to reality come tuesday and back to work. In the meantime, I get to enjoy a few more days in cloudy southern california.

Traveling and vaping still absolutely amazes me. When in the Airport or airplane I am always very discreet--have no desire to miss my flight. I used to count the hours until I could rush out to have my next smoke. I hated the fear of being trapped without being able to smoke. vaping has changed everything !!! no worry, calm and relaxing. Spent yesterday at Disneyland--Just me and my son. Its been years since I had a day out with just my son. what an amazing day !!! He loves the fact that I no longer smoke. I was able to vape without any hassel. no scurrying off to some obscure smoking area. I still kept things a little discreet--but certainly wasn't hiding--just avoided heavy plumes of vapor. I love vaping in line and on rides. I love the way Disneyland goes all out for halloween -. The Haunted house was sooooo much fun. All done up with Nightmare before Christmas. I love Jack. The was nice and cool, cloudy and only a little rain. apparently we just missed the days of downpours. My son is currently enjoying the torture and Torment of Blizzcon while sit and relax at my parents house. I really miss mission viejo. I really, really want it to clear a little so I can go to the beach. Sorry, Starting to ramble. Vacation has a way of turning my brain to mush. I think way too much oxygen down here !! I forgot how much I missed California !!

I found some marineland bonded foam sleeve at pets mart that works well--its thinner than the blue foam from strictly ejuice, but it works. The blue foam is already precut and ready to use and isn't really expensive. I think they even carry PG and VG. got my last batch of PG from wordup--I know you can buy it in bulk, but I just order a bit when I am ordering liquids.

ok, I'll add my 2 cents. I don't use carts much anymore, except for driving or during times when its hard to drip. With carts I only use blue foam. I buy it from strictly ejuice. it doesn't burn or stick like the white foam does. you can also buy the blue foam in the aquarium section of most pet stores. but until you know which consistency its hard to judge which one you need. honestly the stuff from strictly e juice isn't that expensive. another option is Fluval water polishing pads (aquarium filter)-- if you look inside the box you will be able to tell which one looks closest the filler. honestly, you will end up trying carts, cartomizers and dripping---then decide which one works best for you. try a couple different nicotine strength to see which one works--the higher the nicotine the more throat hit (or sometimes burn). sounds like over all you are doing pretty well !!!

I don't really use carts much these days either. I find that even using a cart I end up topping off the cart frequently (adding a couple drops to the top of the filler). the problem with carts is the liquid can't wick fast enough to keep up with my vaping. if I let it sit for 10-15 minutes between every couple draws the carts can last me most of the day. Mostly I drip these days..... you will have to experiment with carts, dripping and cartomizers to see what works best for you. no matter what you use, always make sure you have extra liquid near by !!

I always have one in my hand (or very close by). When I am out I either use an altoid tin (perfect for spare parts), or if I am traveling I use a caselogic usb case. love the lanyards !!! I have added a wrist strap to a couple of my egos (stole them from my cameras)--work perfect to keep me from dropping them.

Hey Soupnation--sorry, not much to add to the advice you have already received. It could be the VG clogging things up and burning. hopefully cleaning will work. you can also use compressed air to blow out the atty. just make sure you don't put the straw (nozzel) right up to the end of the atty. leave an inch or so--too much pressure can blow the cover off the bridge. I usually blow or use compressed air from the battery end of the atty. Keep us updated !!!

very nice review on that. I love finding great flavors. I've never been able to make chocolate work well for me except as a background flavor with mixing. Time to order hubby his own stash....

For me, most certainly can breath better !!! I used to get short of breath just going up a flight of stairs--now, I can make it up the stairs without sounding like I had just run up them. Inhaling anything into your lungs isn't going to be healthy--but compared to smoking--vaping wins hands down.

I too prefer DL..... There is a time and place for things--I have no desire to be kicked off a flight or alert airport security. At work--if I stay on the DL--They can't take it away from me--and believe me, they would !!

nicotine strength and flavor can definitely play a role in harshness. Do you have access to any PG or VG, you can try diluting the liquid a bit and see if a lower nic level helps. also--try--using a papertowel or kleenex-twist-push into atty-let sit for a few minutes to absorb any old liquid in the atomizer. drip 3 drops and vape--see if that helps a bit. When the atty gets too dry, it does taste burnt. is the filler in the cart still white or is it discolored? you can take it out and wash it. put enough liquid in the cart to about 3/4, push the filler back in, and pull it back level to the top of the cart. add enough liquid so the top of the filler looks wet.

When you spend 1 week before with PMS, 1 week with cramps, and 1 week recovering---not having a period is wonderful. I certainly wasn't going to have anymore kids and it really wasn't enough to warrant a hysterectomy. It has been really nice not having a cycle these last 6 years. still keep the benefits of having your natural hormones--at least until menopause hits (that me).

My Hot flashes are still frequent. I always have a fan near by and AC in the car on full. Never thought I would look forward to shoveling snow in a tank top and shorts !!!! I actually have 3 whole days off.....

I love Girl talk !!! Worked the last 4 nights and then had a nice date night with my hubby. I have heard of cycle changes with quitting smoking due to the chemicals. Usually corrects itself. sometimes quitting(chemicals) pushes your body to the next level--you guessed it--peri menopause. I had an ablation done when I was 39---best thing I ever did !!!! Best to get that checkup. Have you tried Excedrine for Migraines--The regular excedrine has asprin, tylenol and caffeine--works great if you catch the migraine early. My first Migraine was at 11 years old.

Congrats !!!! It feels so good to hit that month mark. That was the point that I new I could never go back.

Hands down--you need to look at the ego or tornado (totally wicked brand)--great vapor, throat hit and battery life. Really do not recommend the Blu--I haven't heard many good things about it. The Ego is really the best of all worlds !!!! glad adding liquid has helped a little---at least it will buy you some more time.
