Vape and relax !!! The more you worry about quitting the harder it is to quit. You will find there are times when you really want a cigarette--if its something you really need, go for it--I promise in the end vaping will win out. Its hard to break the smoking habits and routines. many times you can just vape through the craving, sometimes you can't. vape, relax and repeat !!! And absolutely no shivering and freezing for me ( at least not for a cigarette)

For me 1-2 months--usually they just start to taste a bit burned and I trade them out for a new one. Since I have been careful to not let the atty's get too hot between hits--has helped the life of the atty for me.

I am loving the VT midnight-nice sweetish blend, light fruit flavor--no tobacco taste--not much of a tobacco person anymore. for me--menthol is great for adding to my other flavors for a bit of a cool throat hit--usually only add a few drops to my liquids (I usually add to taste). I also really love the champagne flavor from wordup....... you will have plenty of trial and error ahead of you. 17 months later and I still love trying new flavors.

I never seem to get tired of new flavors. I can't believe I hadn't tried midnight or machiatto. I was stuck on the grape and dulcis. I think I now own the whole VT collection.

I'm at 17 months and my ego is in my hand or very close by. I have figured out my nicotine intake now vs when I smoked--even though my PV rarely leaves my hand, my overall nicotine intake is the same. instead of stopping to smoke a whole cigarette--I take a draw off my PV every few minutes(or so)--draw for draw--its about the same in the end.

Yup--Ego. granted it is the same voltage as the 510, but the battery life is longer and more consistant. Great with the LR 510 atts.

I have to go with supplier.... I still use mostly liberty-flights(dekang), wordup and the vt store and haven't had a problem. my daughter is really sensitive to odors and she says she occasionally smells a bit sweet or some of the coffee flavors, but its not an unpleasant smell.... some of the flavors do smell a bit stronger, but I have never noticed musty.
