I am so sorry Lori--I can't imagine what you are having to go through. Tons of prayers and hugs for you and your family !! you will be fine traveling. liquid in your quart baggie, I usually but my electronic parts in with my chargers and misc electronic stuff I always take with me when traveling. I have travel once with a box mod and it really wasn't any trouble. I just had it unassembled in my bag-no questions. stealth vaping on the plane is pretty easy, can use the restroom also--just don't blow the vapor into the detector. I have flown many time times with all my stuff in my carry on and been ok--when I have stuff for an extended trip, I just break things up and place them in various parts of my luggage.

Congrats !!! it feels so amazing to be a non-smoker

Does Anyone Use The 0 Nicotine Liquid?
kitsune replied to johns's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I have found that I can vape 0 nic if I had too. you do lose some throat hit due to the lack of nicotine. One way to add a bit of throat hit to 0 nic is to add a bit of menthol flavoring--a little adds a cool throat hit without tasting like menthol. I have found my body does fine without the nicotine, but in the end, I prefer the throat hit I get from the nicotine. I usually stick to 12mg - 18mg--I mix much of my own so the nicotine level often varies. -
I Need To Work This Out Before My Next Purchase....
kitsune replied to easilyamused's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I'm not much help with cartos as I gave up on them, just didn't seem to work for me. My personal preference is dripping. I only add 2 drops at a time (good for 6-8 draws)--most of the time it doesn't bother me to drip more often as I really prefer the flavor and vapor from dripping. I have recently been using the Ego-T tank system, and must say it is by far the easiest to use and very, very convenient. The Tank/cart holds about a ml, with is good for about half a day for me and its easy to carry a couple filled tank carts with me (usually different flavors). The only draw back has been a bit of less flavor for me (then again, I am flavor challenged). Currently I alternate between the ego tanks and dripping. so far the ego tank is really by far the easiest to use (only been using for a couple of weeks) -
So Much Happing These Days
kitsune replied to Tagsanstuff's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
I am glad you were able to spend some time with the kids and have a nice day. Hopefully you will find more nice days along the way. I am really glad you were able to stop smoking, that at least is a positive thing for you and your kids. Vent all you want !!! we are here to support each other with vaping and all the other things we feel a need to share. I am glad you shared your story !!! Prayers and hugs to you and your family. -
Now comes the extra shifts.........

I do find I need to change flavors several times a day. I usually keep on hand apple pie (diy), tiramisu (diy) and some fruit flavor. I find the flavors seem to vary day to day as to what and how much I can taste. I do like watermelon--its a nice refreshing flavor. as I am mostly flavor challeged--I really like strong flavors. I have had runs of flavors I love not working for me. thats when I start playing with new flavors--when I go back to the old ones they taste good again....

I am soooooo sorry to hear about your loss such a true tragedy !!! Unfortunately the twinkies didn't make it to the mailbox--my 19 year old ran off with them (probably looking to sell them well above market value). Juice.....well.....ummm...you see....

Welcome !!! Sorry no help with truesmoker. The 510 has been around for a couple years and is a fairly tried and true product and most(if not all) vendors sell 510 parts. Now, that being said....The biggest draw back to the 510 is the battery life. for heavy to moderate use, the battery life is only a couple hours before needing to be recharged. Need to have more batteries no hand or a charging case. The standard ego is the same length as the 510--just a bit fatter. The battery life is 6-8 hours. the 900mah and the 1000mah are each a bit longer, with longer battery life. You can even check out the ego tank--the cartridge holds the liquid without filler or refilling.

That why I still love my Jeep--It loves the snow !!!! The challenger is strictly for fun--working has to have some benefit.

Looks like the vapor talk store has the egos in stock. the best customer service you can find. I hear great things about VT's Mentha liquid too. You can always check out the ego Tank system-- It is still a new system, but uses the ego batteries. can also get batteries in 900mah and 1000mah. the higher the mah the longer the battery and longer the battery life between charges. unfortunately many places are out of stock. My 3 main shops are VT store My link Liberty-Flights My link Wordup My link The Ego really is your best place to start. I guarantee it will not be the last model you will own. most of us own many different types Backups are very, very helpful. Batteries, atomizers and/or cartomizers, liquid, charger.

That really is very impressive !!!
-
You really do need to try these Brian--Great for out and about. much better (for me anyway) than cartomizers. dripping an LR or standard atty still gives the best flavor, but the Tanks are so incredibly easy to use. No wick, no filler. just fill the cart, attach to tank and vape. Planning on playing with flavor when I get a few days off. I hate change once I get a routine set--but I really love these. they will be great for road trips. The carts are made of plastic, so I would think can be used for quite some time. I have found I can use a paper clip or tweezers to easily pop the top off the cart to add more liquid. I do find I go through much less liquid with the tank. and its easy to carry a couple extra filled cartridges as backups.
-
oh yea, and I forgot the part about converting (hopefully) 2 of the guys that work at the dealership. both seemed very interested. Naturally, I gave them this site for their research. Even recommended the Tank. I love vaping and hot cars !!!
-
I know---backups, backups, backups. This one was actually my experimental tank. I will now begin the process of buying my backups (many, many backups). I think I will still drip when I am at home or work. but the tank is perfect for when I am driving or running errands or what not. This thing is sooo easy to use--would be great for those new to vaping. Now, I just need to figure out the flavor thing.....

smoking is the politically correct blame for everything.....used to irritate me to no end what they could blame on smoking. Same problems when applied to a non smoker would just get a nice shoulder shrug......... Still...I will take vaping any day of the week, month, year.

My Hubby is in town this week so he has custody of the new baby until next monday-----then Its mine...... I love midlife crisis

Hey Jeff---I didn't even know I wanted one until I laid eyes on it.....I am so in love with that car. rides beautiful and really has some serious power. v8 and a hemi--look out world. I will be working a few more extra shifts to put away some 'ticket' money Sharon-- The vape wizard and the magic mask help any bitter or over powering flavors. using a little (a drop or 2) will help balance any overpowering flavor, using more of the vape wizard/magic mask will neutralize much of the flavor. I usually use these when I have too much tobacco flavor in my mix. helps a bit with harsh mixes too. hope that helps a bit. BTW--no smoke smell in the new car. This will be the first new vehicle I have ever owned (or my husband has ever owned) that will not be smoke in..

I really do love my purple ego-t batts--eventually I will be able to get the matching atty and do like the clear atty's--can see when the liquid gets low...

Yesterday, I got my Ego Tank (Which I love) and My husband and I made a nice midlife crisis purchase of an Dodge Challenger (Which I really, really, really Love) serious power and I really love the Hemi engine . Mind you, This is technically My husbands car, but he is in Hawaii 3 weeks out of each month.... We even went for the retro orange color. This beast is really amazing. I am completely a truck/4x4 type of girl and have never had a use for cars (until now). I'm thinking my next purchase needs to be a radar detector....

Just received my Ego-T Battery, Ego-T atomizer and the Tank cartridges. Honestly, I only had a vague idea of what to expect. I ended up ordering from liberty-flights-got the titanium battery and and matching tank atomizer. Unfortunately, they were all out of purple atomizers, so I had to order a new battery to match the atomizer . So far, my only challenge was actually finding the tank atomizers in stock. Liberty Flights only had a couple styles left in stock--most places are actually sold out. Growing pains are such a challenge.... 1. getting the cap off the end of the blank cartridge was a bit of a challenge--again, no idea what I am doing and just winging it. 2. Filled the blank cartridge with some mixed fruit liquid I had on hand, put the cap back on. 3. attached the cart to the atomizer and battery..... first few draws were a bit weak and not much flavor. once it finally warmed up a bit--excellent vapor production and throat hit clouds of vapor. Flavor was a bit weak...have tried a few flavors now and still the flavor is a bit weak. I am absolutely amazed at how easy it is to use. I can keep with me several flavors in the 1ml cartridges, cover with the rubber cap and they are good to travel. For driving or running around this is the ideal solution. no fuss, no muss, no leaking, no dripping, no filler.....Just fill the cartridge, attach and vape. (works on any ego battery--need the tank atomizer though). The flavor issue is still the only issue I have had. I do get some flavor, just not much. However, the vapor production and throat hit make up the difference. This will be great for driving from colorado to arizona this summer. This really is a whole new generation of vaping.

Please Pray For Our Dog And Our Family
kitsune replied to Erika's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
I am so sorry Erika-- The only disadvantage to loving animals is we never seem to get to keep them long enough. I really, really hope the antibiotics will buy you some time. It really is horrible to have to be the grown up and make such a hard decision. Tons of Hugs and Prayers for you, your family and of course your dog !!! -
should be getting the tank part of my ego-t tomorrow. can't wait to see if its all its cracked up to be. was never a cartomizer fan, been dripping for quite a while now, looking forward to having an alternative to dripping. I hate waiting !!!!
-
Just like sharon said. They nice thing about the 510's and the egos--parts are interchangeable and all 510 stuff, fits all 510's.
-
Welcome !!! Usually the next step is the ego. much longer battery time with vaping. works with the 510 atomizers and/or cartomizers. Currently the newest thing is the Ego-T/Tank system. has a reservoir for the liquid that holds about a ml of liquid. Mine is currently in the mail, so I can't give personal testimony. You can check out Liberty-Flights My link. They do have a UK based site. I have always had great service and products from them. They were one of the first companies I used when I started vaping and still order from them is the US. Without all the other harmful chemicals provided by cigarettes--nicotine is not as harmful to the heart by itself. That being said--it is still constricts the vessels and does affect the circulatory system--especially after a hear attack. but the medical professionals would rather you use nicotine replacement instead of smoking. you may want to look at weaning the nicotine down or even alternate with the 26mg. I really find anywhere between 12 and 18mg works good for me. I smoked pack and 1/2 per day for 30 years.
