mine are currently all short wicks, Long wicks are pretty new. I really haven't had trouble with the short wicks. I have run across the burnt taste, was able to rinse and reuse without trouble. I do find some flavors work better than other....but thats the same for all devices IMO.

That really is a scary story, and you are a very, very lucky man !!! I know the FDA is always looking for damaging information, however, nicotine is legal and it wasn't a vaping accident. I am glad you shared your story....Nicotine is a very dangerous drug in high doses, and I think we can forget just how dangerous. I am glad you are still with us !!! I would add a lock to a container in addition to duct tape....

The best part of vaping is the options available. We all get to find what works best for us. I am in the pro vision camp....I find myself using them more and more. I actually went 3 whole days without dripping...I actually forgot..... It does mute the taste some and some flavors work better than others (butterscotch is amazing and so is VT midnight). When I need a flavor kick, I drip. @Dayvape....At least you have a setup you know works !

I love the Colors....helps with keeping my flavors straight. Next will be the long wick...I haven't really had any trouble with the short wick...just need to compare (something new to buy).

The vision clearomizers are the only thing I have used for more than a couple weeks (other than dripping). I had a couple that lost vapor production after about a week-throat hit and flavor were the same...weird, but my other one is going strong after 3 weeks. currently the price is low enough that I don't mind if I go through a couple a month....

ya, I get the occasional odd look. Once, step outside baggage claim at the sacramento airport...non smoking apparently...security saw the 'smoke', took a few steps toward me and then chuckled and wished me a good night.

I have tried it...not one of my favorite flavors, can really explain the flavor. but I did like the doppio espresso. DV has some great flavors and they have been around for quite some time. very reputable. Honestly, as far as the caffeine goes, cup of coffee works better. can't say that the caffeine in e liquid is enough to use as a morning wake up.

Glad you got the problem fixed. Sometimes we just learn the 'don'ts' the hard way. I'm just glad you were able resurrect it. I just rinse and vape....I only rinse it out if it feels a bit clogged.

I have been using my vision clearomizers alot. I rinse them and reuse...don't even really need any dry time. I find some liquids give alot more vapor than others. I also find after rinsing them, it take a few draws to get it going again....but over all I love the ease of use. I have never had much luck with cartomizers.

ya, like mike said. 3ml bottles are very, very useful. PG is always good to have on hand. sounds like you are off to a really good start. I don't use the glass bottles, but that is personal preference.

@ mse....I promise it will get better !!! finding the right device combination can take quite a bit of trial and error. The 306's, especially bridgeless do seem to flood easier....I only use 2 drops at a time. slow easy draw. they also get alot hotter and need to cool down a bit...not good for chain vaping. Hopefully the cartomizer will work better for you. I think one of the things I like best about the vision clearomizer is...I can see how much liquid is in there. Just don't give up !!! you will find the right combo. @MadKat...I just got green and blue. I love the colors.

I've been vaping for almost 3 years and still can't settle on a mainstay......I love variety !!

I have one that the light goes out on and one that doesn't. both seem to work just fine off the cable. you can test it out off the cable and see what kind of battery life you get. should be 8 hours or so.
