  1. Welcome Back !!! I still love my ego's, not outdated yet. I have discovered a love of the 306 atomizers for dripping, but still use the 510 LRs too. Check out the vision clearomizers...work great with the egos. some love, some not so much. I personally, really like them. so easy to use and great for out and about. I also really like the dual coil tanks My battery of choice is still the ego.
  2. I usually get about 2-3 weeks of fairly heavy vaping. They do last longer with the PG liquids that are light color. The darker liquids gunk up too fast. VG seems to gunk up pretty quick too. I have had a couple that developed small cracks that caused leaking after just a few days. When the draw gets too stiff (even after cleaning) its time for it to go.
  3. Welcome !!! ya, I too just rinse, give it a bit of shake to get out the excess water and refill....does take a few drags to get them going. If I have extras, i let it dry and start a new one. vaping is really amazing !!!
  4. Welcome !!! Great place to hang out, glad to have you with us.
  5. Welcome !!! Glad you joined us. Tons of info and great people. Vaping is truly amazing.
  6. All I can say is 'WOW'....there are plenty of suckers out there !!
  7. Welcome !!! looks like you have jumped in with both feet with Mods. Vaping toys are too much fun. glad to have you with us.
  8. If the cartomizers are 510 threading, you can buy unfilled cartomizers and fill them with your own flavors. Most cartomizers (like the ones that come with the ecigar) can be refilled with your own liquid. They can be refilled several times before they need replacing. your best bet is to email totally wicked and find out if the cartomizers they use are compatible with 510 products....that will tell us a lot about the product and your options.
  9. There are actually quite a few people that don't do well with PG liquids...coughing, tightness. Those people seem to do much better with VG based liquids. Most sites sell both PG and VG or a combination of the 2. Add to that the fact that your body is going through tobacco withdrawal. your sleep patterns are more from withdrawal. Your body will be going through a ton of changes as you make the switch to electronic cigarettes. It really is pretty normal. If the chest pressure continues, you may want to go in for a checkup......
  10. http://www.liberty-flights.com/product.asp?id=123 http://www.ecigexpress.com/cartridges-lt-cartomizers-c-36/smoktech-pre-punched-cartomizer-for-510-dct-dual-coil-tank-p-1266 I have used these 2 places, great service and reliable. The tank cartomizers can be a bit unpredictable. They usually last me about 1-2 weeks. But they are fairly inexpensive, so I can live with that. I did manage to flood one and wasn't able to get it to work right. I usually take my time with filling them. Using a needle bottle cap or a needle and syringe speeds up the process.
  11. Welcome !!! I am not certain of the cigar cartomizers. If they use 510 cartomizers you will have a wide variety of choices for flavors. Most cartomizers can be refilled with any liquid of your choice. best bet with this product is email totally wicked and ask them which cartomizers work with the cigar. If they are specific to the cigar or if they are '510' cartomizers Sorry, Not much help
  12. dripping really does offer the best flavor. When I am priming a new atty I use 4 drops and add another drop or 2 if needed. once the atty is working and primed, I add 2 drops at a time....helps keep the leaking down. dripping is a bit more work, but for me, I love the flavor. I usually drip at home when I'm just hanging out. takes a bit of practice, but worth it.
  13. Welcome Back !!! Tons of changes. I'm like Nana....can't keep up anymore. However, I like my Tank system and the vision clearomizers. Lots of new toys and gadgets to review....should keep you busy for awhile.
  14. Welcome !!! Glad you made it to full time vaping...It really does make a difference.
  15. Welcome !!! glad to have you with us.
  16. Like you I have been in and out....work keeps getting in the way. Not much new that I can tell. I really need to quit buying new stuff !!!
  17. Its really good to see a positive study !!! Considering my husbands(non smoker) cough has improved since I quit smoking and began vaping....I'm a believer
  18. LOL. Just thought it was funny.... Our family is known for bringing home strays....and my daughter is a batman fan girl.... Just random !!! I can't believe you read all the posts....you really must have been bored
  19. Took me a long time to come around to the DCT's. I always shied away because of the carto....carto's and I never got along well. Found a shop and was able to give them a try....ya, Love!!! They are a pain to fill without a syringe, but manageable without. Not had any flooding trouble. They really are part of my all day vaping collection. I have also learned how to punch an additional hole in the carto to help with wicking. The cartos usually only last me a couple weeks before the draw becomes stiff...their cheap so not a problem. Use mine with my ego type batteries with a tube sock....give it a finished look. no gap between the battery and the tank. Still love the clearomizers too...easy to fill, no hassel. been lucky, not had much trouble with them. once the threads get singed, burnt taste sticks around. have found that VG and darker liquids, seems to clog them up quickly. I rotate regularly between the DCT's and the clearomizers....have to rotate to keep them from getting too hot...tend to vape ALOT!! Then there is still my all time personal favorite....dripping...all around best throat hit, best vapor and best flavor. Mostlly drip while I'm at home...love dripping with the 306's. I have been dripping for 3 years and I think it will always be my favorite.
  20. Welcome !!! You will find the right mix....learning curve is a pain. getting away from tobacco is always a good thing !! backups are always a good thing.
  21. Breal gave you some good advice. flavors are very, very subjective. you will probably need to try a few flavors to find the flavor you are looking for. the smaller bottles (5ml or less) are you best option. So many flavors, so little time.....
  22. Welcome !!! We are a pretty easy going forum. Glad to have you with us.
