Not enough data on this one. If you take a hit and taste burning....not healthy. Personally i adjust to a hit that satisfies without making my lungs or throat hurt. The only safe is....zero, inhaling any chemicals into the lungs is never healthy.....for me personally, significantly safer than smoking!!!!

In the house in Colorado, we have squishy it started with my daughters closet door, which is adamant about closing would open up sometime during the night. In mind you, The door wasn't light. Odd things around the house would disappear, we would search High and low, inevitably a child would get blamed. A month or two would pass in the item would return to its normal spot. supernatural or not, who knows, but we blame a lot of things on squishy

As much as I hate our politics, it can always be worse. At least I don't live in the Middle East, or Russia, or China...... At least we can bash our candidates openly

Clouds of vapor will always be seen as clouds of smoke. for me personally i vape where ever i want.....out in the open when available and permitted....super ninja when not. People standing or sitting next to me have no idea. However, standing in line at Disneyland, the person behind me couldn't figure out why they kept smelling pancakes(maple syrup) .

Hey!!!!! Funny enough I just came back last week, I'm out of the loop too. I still use veteran vaper, VT, ecig express...... They have all been around a while. Not much help with the 808, I'm still. 306 dripper. I still use ego or evod batts. My sweet spot i guess

No exact(or not exact) formula, everybody is so different. Personally I can go anywhere from 0 to 18, my only problem with the zero is the lack of throat hit, even when I doctor it up. I never had any particular reaction to cutting down nicotine, my addiction is totally hand to mouth (and apparently throat.) I would think every couple of weeks or so should be OK, you can always keep a higher nicotine level on hand for any bad patches. Sometimes alternating the lower and higher can soften the symptoms BTW, congrats on six weeks! like earthing said!

yup, no clue. In the beginning i really kept track. Now, I don't care. I just love it !! 6 years later, is all I can say.....I don't smoke tobacco and I feel sooooo much better.

can't help you with tobacco flavors , but I swear by coffee flavors----especially tiramisu/espresso and butterscotch espresso(my own of course), and yes, its all the fun.

When I first started vaping, The only people I knew in the vaping world were in the UK, scattered all over the place. The US vaping scene was non- existant.
