I really do think letting the atty's cool is a huge key to making them last. they really do get very, very hot when I vape alot. I now make sure I use more than one device when I am vaping heavily. my attys are lasing longer these days.....

The trick is find a reliable company that guarantees their products (at least for a 14-30 days). I rely on the forum for advice on models and companies. VT really does have a nice list of suppliers. I finally bought an Ego and love it !!! The battery life is great (compared to the 510). someday I will actually cut down on my spending !!! Happy vaping

Many people have run across the mall kiosks. you can try them there and then spend a fortune to buy their products or for those of those lucky enough--decide to do a bit of research. I have tried a couple from the mall kiosks just for kicks and laughed when they gave me the 'start up' price......

keeping all the models straight can be confusing, but like Chris said--Most are based on the big 3. Over time they all begin to make some sort of sense.

There was way too much controversy over the vaccine this time around--negative publicity kept a lot of people from getting the vaccine. We always seem to have too much or not enough--it the american way.....

Started with the 510 (was all we had back in the day..), currently loving my Ego--when out and about, it's all I use. still love my VP/PT for at home and my Cig City PT for my car. The Ego battery life is great. Lasts me all day (currently). Vaping has kept me away from cigarettes for the last year--there is no other way for me. I love Vaping !!!

I am usually one of those people that doesn't like to attract too much attention. This time however, I was pretty open about it. Nobody said a thing..... Once my daughter returns from LA (Anime convention), I will post some pics--she took several of me vaping in the park. Today is a nice relaxing day at home with the pool !!! My feet still hurt......

Been to Laguna Beach recently by chance.....????? Survived day 2 of disneyland/ california adventure. Next week we are going to do the night shows for both. My Mom and Sister can shop like nothing I have ever seen before. I am very certain that the ability to vape at the parks saved the lives of many an idiot !!!

Ya All are perverts and seriously twisted---Bratwurst..... Just spent the Day at Disneyland. Vaping and Disneyland go very well together !!!! Passed a couple of the smoking areas and thought --SUCKERS !!!! Got a 3 day pass--its off to California Adventure tomorrow, I have actually never been to that part. (been going to disneyland since I was 5 -- yes, a very long time) My feet are killing me....

Like Storm said...... When the vapor and/or flavor starts to run low--time to add a drop or two-- I use carts for running errands or at work-- even when I drip, i have a cart with filler and liquid attached. I tend to flip back and forth. Happy vaping

By the second month I was able to briefly put my ecig down, into the 3rd month I was able to put it down for a bit longer and that was about as good as it got. I have figured out my over all cigarette nicotine intake vs my e cig nicotine intake and I actually use less nicotine now, despite the fact that my ecig is very rarely far from reach. I love vaping !!!

put in a swamp cooler????? Getting ready for my road trip to california--17 hours of nothing. Currently we have hail, thunder (window shaking loud), rain, wind.......maybe even a tornado (small ones).

Very good point on drops--work very well for small amounts and testing flavors. When looking at supplies the syringe I use the most is 1cc for accurate drop/ml. using a 1ml syringe--remove the plunger, place cap or finger over other end of syringe. add 1 drop at a time until you reach the .1 ml mark. # drops x10= drops/ml. it really not too hard, I promise. When I first started I only mixed in small amount and as my confidence grew, I began mixing in larger quantities. I think mixing is easy to make too complicated (in the beginning). Honestly, when I first started mixing I tried to keep things as simple as possible. I would put 1ml of PG (easiest to mix with in the beginning due to consitency)-- and add just a couple drops of flavoring at a time until the right flavor. I started with the premixed flavors--fruit flavors or coffee flavors and would use flavoring to enhance the premixed and then moved to making my own creations. now that we have scared you away from mixing...... It really isn't too hard, alot of trial and error. if I can do it, anybody can !!!!

I think there are a limited number of 'safe ingredients' that are used in varying degrees. Even when I make my own mixes, I can use the same ingredients with different porportions and get different tastes.... getting tobacco flavors I think is even more limiting... however, that is just my opinion.

I mostly use the USA blend and the perique black. but I only use them as a very subtle back ground flavor--maybe 1-2 drops/5ml of flavored liquid. don't really like them on their own. very strong. can't comment on similarity in flavors--don't vape them as the primary flavor. I am certain they are all based on the same ingredients, in different concentrations. I will check to see if I can get a bit more info about them.

I never thought about it much until my Dad received 'Lester' -- his left lung (yes, my dad is a very twisted person). The donor was from a Motorcycle accident without a helmet--30 something--smashed his brain, but left his lungs intact. still not sure how I feel about a lab lung either.....
