That was the other one I couldn't remember. I knew somebody else did the 5ml sizes !!!

I didn't mean it like that, the information is always good----I know what you were trying to say. And yes, the best part about this forum is being able to express ourselves . I really and truly did not mean to offend you !!!!

DayVape--we all had to start at the beginning and work our way through the vaping experience( ok, maybe not all of us). In order for the experience to work, the brain has to be on board. the psychological aspect is huge. I know I wouldn't have been happy with a larger Mod when I first started--the 510 was perfect for me at that point (not like I had a lot of choices) and I have worked my way up the chain. We all agree, the ego has better battery life, but it is a bit bigger. I still use my 510's when I want something small and inconspicuous. I needed the light on the end--I just don't anymore. When I was first starting I think I would have stuck with the 510 with the PCC--it worked wonderful for me for the first 6 months. Then I started looking at other options. There isn't a right or wrong way--we just have our own preconceived ideas about how something should be--the only thing that matters is finding a place to jump from and being able to leave cigarettes behind. We really don't want to scare him away..... ThirdFloor--let us know if we made this all too confusing or if the links FT provided were helpful--we really do want you to be able to quite smoking !!!!

In many ways I am glad that when I started I had the choice between the 510 and 901--black, white or silver. Now, the choices are huge--I have a hard time keeping up and I've been at this for awhile. When discussing the best vaping options it alot like asking a group of people what their favorite color is--Lots of different answers. Jolly--whats the voltage on vinja--I like the size of that one....

Many of us have been in the exact same place, trying to make heads and tails out of all this information. For me (significantly less choices) the information was over loading and I just Jumped. I was fortunate and tried the 510 first and have been vaping ever since. Initially set up, do matter what you pick, will cost. Just keep in mind--no matter the unit you decide on, It is still different from smoking. You will discover soon (hopefully) it is much better. Keep looking through the forum, you will find tons of information. Check out the you tube videos by igetch69. http://www.youtube.com/user/igetcha69 . He reviews many different models and gives his opinions. his videos are very helpful. The videos on the forum are also helpful. LOL- as you have found, we can all have different opinions about what works best--Unfortunately, you won't find any absolutes Sometimes, you just have to jump !!!

The 510 is know for it vapor and throat hit. the 901 is known for vapor and flavor, less throat hit. Both are reliable units. personally I think the throat hit from the 510 is a key selling point. The downside to the 510 is that it does kill some of the flavor. The atomizer burns hotter than the 901.

The PCC's all look about the same--just different colored metal boxes about the size of a pack of smokes (maybe a bit smaller)-- The PCC's are fairly standard. Can always personalize it once you get it. Can't give much info on the automatic--gave up on that after my first week (over a year ago now). Not even sure who carries them, but I am sure one of the VT certified suppliers would have what you are looking for.

as much as I would love to try bits of panther--I'll have to pass. I love the smell of all the herbal essence shampoos--they used to carry an amazing grapefuit scent, can't find it anymore. love things with coconut scent--which is funny because coconut doesn't really have a scent.

I would definitely look at the 510 starter kits-they do come in automatic. The PCC(personal charging case), would give you the ability to charge while you are out and about. The length is somewhere between a regular and a 100, but to the best of my knowledge that is the shortest you will get . The 510 will give you great vapor and throat hit, carts can be refilled with own liquid or direct dripping. Most dealers carry 510 starter kits. . Make sure you use a reputable dealer. the supplier list is a great place to start.

My Daughter is the Anime Nerd. Been living with it for the last 6 years or so. When I was in So. Cal., part of the trip was Anime Expo !!! I'm now a really bad mom--can't remember her character, Nila??? Black body suit, blonde hair with blue underneath?? She even has a very intricate fullmetal alchemist tattoo on her right forearm. Don't even get me started on Manga........boxes and boxes.

The 'enter the forum' is front and center--I like that.

If you can't rant to us then who can you rant to !!! I'm going through the same thing with my niece right now--she's tried vaping a bit, but still keeps smoking (it's easier). oh well, maybe it will stick later.... Besides--there is always more stuff to buy !!!!

My utopia is at 5V.

Sometimes people can be very frustrating, especially when you are trying to help them. People can view a loan as a very indefinite thing. I now only loan those items I don't plan on getting back--ordering new parts etc is up to them. I figure it all goes towards a good cause. fixing computers for free on the other hand.....

I LOVE BACKUPS!!! the only thing better than backups, is more backups.

The guy behind DV is really pretty amazing-- He creates very quality product. I can't wait to try it. I have several of his other concentrates and have never been disappointed. I have no doubt I will be ordering more soon.

I know some have had the same resolution issues FT has had. Personally I like it. Grabs attention when surfing sites. Noobies and experienced a like will stop and look and then hopefully keep looking. I like the information on the page--we have lots of new people looking for how to information, it's nice having that information when they first come to the site.

Look at it this way--if you use one of the egos, you will truly appreciate you 6V. Never know--might be able to sell them to your brother--I don't think I have heard about anybody trying an e-cig and not becoming vapaholic !!! or Karma !!

Mixed up a batch and I really like it. The cinnamon really does balance the mellow sunset. I used some of the 100mg/ml VG I took off Storms hands, mixed with wiltons glycerin and VG (50/50) .9ml of 100mg/ml 1ml Wiltons Glycerine 1ml VG 2ml of flavoring mix And just because its something I have to do--I added 2 drops of DV Menthol (cool throat hit) Nice simple mix and tastes good. almost refreshing. I have a tendency to go for fruity or tiramisu/apple pie--This really is a nice change. I wasn't sure about using that much mellow sunset--but made the mix as listed--and it really does work. Thank You Dave

I mostly prefer the milder tobacco--Flavourart Cowboy blend, Marlboro or mellow sunset. http://freedomsmokeusa.com/index.php?cPath=34_39&osCsid=9624826c44f3feb00213c2e8d5b3ef5f When I say milder that is relative--they are still very strong. If you do decide to order Flavourart, Freedom smokes also carries vape wizard--its a citric acid that can be used to soften any sharp flavors. it really does work. http://freedomsmokeusa.com/product_info.php?products_id=251&osCsid=9624826c44f3feb00213c2e8d5b3ef5f I have only used Flavourart for tobacco flavoring so not sure about any other makers. In the beginning of my DIY adventures I would use the Marlboro or tobacco premixed as my base. I would get the 36mg and dilute (flavor and glycerine) to 18mg.

I thought maybe this was going to be THE month......maybe next month. In 14 months I haven't been able to go through the month without buying something, I'm pretty sure the withdrawal symptoms would be worse than when I quit smoking. Oh, no, wait--vaping made that fairly painless--maybe if I were ever able to give up chocolate.
-
I keep telling myself I will not buy anything else for one month--usually lasts about 2 weeks-- until somebody posts something really cool that I can't live without !!

ooooooh, graham cracker sounds really good with the tiramisu--if you try it, let me know what you think. Just ordered some English Toffee from DIY shack, want to try that with the tiramisu. The Loranns is good, just not quite right. might add graham cracker to next months DIY expenditures. soon enough I should have just about every flavor known or be able to create it with what I have. has anybody tried creating smores yet??? Nana--just a drop or 2 of tobacco flavoring(to 5mls) adds a nice back ground flavor--really, really strong stuff. a very little goes a long way. I find if I don't add a little tobacco to most of my flavors they don't taste quite right for some reason.
