@Monkey Personally, I would like to say I am pretty ballsy. BUT, I would not mess with pure nic. You might be able to save some more cash that way...but when Nic isn't bound to a carrier, like PG/VG, it is extremely quick to be absorbed into your skin, and possibly deadly. 60mg of nicotine is considered a deadly dose, but when you get even 100mg/ml premixed liquid on your skin, you have a FEW seconds. With pure it is almost instant, and very very scary to me. With lower nics, like 24 and below, you have even longer, and less potential for hazard. If you have ever had slight nicotine overdose, from vaping too much, too quickly, to high of a nic strenght, you know what I mean. REALLY SCARY. I would go with the premixed, every time. Pure nic is just TOO much of a risk. Most people say anything over 50mg/ml is too much of a risk, and I would agree. If you don't have gloves/apron/plenty of protective equipment, don't mess with anything over 50mg/ml. DON'T EVER VAPE ANYTHING OVER 36mg/ml, and that is ONLY for super high users. I was a 2PAD smoker, and with 24mg/ml I am more than satisfied. @twelveday The BEST way to start DIY, pick up a few flavorings you think you could add to your current liquids, and play with them a bit. I like my blueberry liquids to have some pomegrante in them, but that isn't really possible from many vendors at a cheap price. So I buy cheap blueberry liquid at my 24ml/mg strength, and add some extra blueberry and some pomegrante. I would recommend: 2-3 flavors you think you will like in 6ml or lower sizes, a 3-6ml syringe, some empty 5ml bottles, unless you have extra from stuff you have previously vaped. This way you can doctor up whatever flavors you currently have and see if you enjoy it. For under 15 bucks you can pick all this up at just about any DIY site.

I am now MUCH MORE experienced in DIY. I love it so much. So much money saved vs buying juice from vendors. Not to say I don't buy juice from vendors...but if you WANTED to save money...you could...in theory...but I haven't...because I love wasting my money on something I can easily jusify in my head. Like NOT smoking When I initially got started into Ecigs, I picked up an Ego-C, and then a LT, and cartos, and 510 attys for dripping, and then I dropped about 350-400 bucks on Ejuice and DIY supplies. I have metric butt tons of juice, and 100ml/mg unflavored, and lots of pg, and all sorts of fun to poke around with. But really, you don't need to do that. I went balls deep because it was something I thought would be fun. Since I have 200 ml of my unflavored frozen, along with 300 ml of pg, and 200 ml of VG. All frozen in my freezer, so it stays potent and lasts FOREVER! I now just carry a 5ml bottle of base juice, and mix directly into my Ego-C tank I just open the tank, pour in some of my flavor, currently a fixed up blueberry (I added about 20 more drops of blueberry to my 4.5 ml's of blueberry, to super juice the flavor, and then about 5 drops of my 50 mg/ml liquid, so it stayed about the same strenght. Now I carry that, with my 5ml SUPER MENTHOL PG base (about 5-10 methol crystals dissolved in PG.) and my pomegrante flavoring. So I have 3 small bottles and can do DIY on the road/at work/wherever I start running low, and I can customize the menthol/pomegrante/base levels to my current desire. Makes vaping a lot more fun for me. I enjoy the tinkering. Some don't. I will be throwing up some more recipes asap, I have a long list of them, but haven't yet had them at work...and I never have time at home, so hell. Pralines and cream, and creme de menthe with whipped cream are EXCELLENT.

2 650 egos, 2 prefilled boge 2.0 or ressurector cartos, one menthol, one fruity, LT mini, 2 Ego-C's setup with fruity juice and menthol juice. I carry the egos and LT mini in my front shirt pocket, and the extras that are not in use in my brief case, this is everywhere with me. Chargers are in the briefcase, which is in my car or with me.

I use a 510-Ego adapter on my VVLT and it works fine, the 510 connection isn't recessed any more than most standard connections right? That is how the pictures look to me. Maybe someone will have one at Vapebash this friday

Very good video. There are more people who smoke in China than there are people in the United States...that is obscene, 320 million. Also, a city in Poland has a smoking rate of almost 50%. The highest in the world. Astounding that 35% of men, 25% of women, still smoke in the U.S. with no state in the U.S with less than a 10% smoking rate.

It SHOULDN'T happen if you fill them enough then... Possibly just low quality cartos? Does this happen every time right after you fill and start using it, or does it creep up on you after awhile? Does it happen with all of the cartos? Even if you move to a new carto? If you can safely rule out the cartos, then it might be a good idea to make sure your batteries are firing at the right voltage. If you have a multimeter you can check it pretty easily, but the chances that this happened to multiple batteries is REALLY REALLY REALLY slim. If you use the cartos on multiple batteries and get the same problem it has to be the cartos then...

lol. I used to use a Blu 3 piece setup back in the day, and they shipped their atty's the same way. It looked like a carto, but it was really just an atty. These were 808 I THINK, but I experienced the same noob momentitis you mention when I tried to fill that carto and just dripped everywhere due to there being no polyfill in the "carto".

It sounds like your carto is done for, switch it out, or just make sure there is enough liquid in your carto. That should fix it for you. If you are looking for an upgrade there are many options depending on your price point and what you like astheticly. From typical Stick type batteries/the 808 type that I believe you have, e cig users go to a fatt batt type of cig. Ego or other brand depending on your finances. An Ego (650) can last most people about 8-12 hours, hit that with a Boge 2.0 carto can last a week or more of fairly heavy vaping, and you have some of the most reliable gear out there.

I may ask some stupid questions, but please note I don't mean to be mean/rude, I just want to help The first cartos were not prefilled, you did fill them with liquid first right? The 2nd ones should work fine, BUT I personally have never used a prefilled atty with an Ego battery. I always make sure to fill mine myself, to be sure I am not getting a dry burn, which tastes like what you have described, hot, disgusting, and like hell. Make sure they are filled completely with ejuice would be my first suggestion. 2nd I would make sure to purchase quality cartos from a quality vendor. After reviewing my case again, after I called him at home and awoke him at 3am, he said he could fit me in this morning. I showed him your doctors prescriptions and he said that he liked some of the reccomendations that were made by your doctors. He said he had never heard of Innokin, but that the Innokin Pro seems like a very solid option instead of his previous Riva SE requirement. He quickly scratched that off the list and added the Innokin Pro, with the sanitary cap. (Thanks blucavvy!) He also removed my Bolt PV, and suggested a silver bullet instead...I told him that it was too expensive! and he slapped me and screamed, "Do you want this to go on forever!" I guess I will be getting a silver bullet... He then noticed kitsunes 306 LR attys, and said that he had only ever used the 510 attys, but that if they weren't quite cutting the cheese for me, that I might try those instead, and to call him in 1 week with my results. He told me to double my nic strength for the next day to calm my nerves...and to add 10% more flavor to my blueberry pomegranate every day vape, because clearly it simply isn't working well enough. I will get this horrible disease under control...even if I have to take a loan, or pawn all of my possesions.

Decided on Silver bullet. Will be picking that up pretty quickly then. Seems to be a good starting place for a solid MOD. I will keep my eyes peeled for more info on the Z-atty-U. That seems to be intriguing Uma.

I guess the important question here has become, is there a NOTICABLE difference between a regular JoyeTech Battery and a Kgo?
