Yeah, I've watched that second one. It just occurred to me to feel the carto for heat. Since I'm not getting any heat can I assume it's doa?

I just popped my first carto on my ego after filling it with 10 drops of juice and I can't get any vapor out of it. I'm not even getting burnt filler taste. It all looks in working order, but not working. I'm using my carts till I can figure this out, but I don't really wanna waste juice on non functioning cartos. Suggestions?
