Funky *** charger is trying to scare me or something. The buzzing subdued and is now silent after a bit of charging

from experience id suggest starting off just making single flavored eliquid, the part with that is just getting the ratios right of the flavoring/pg/nic etc, but there are calculators out there. Its not as difficult to mess up single flavors, when you start mixing flavors is where it gets tricky from what I've found out. I have come up with strange flavors that tastes like someone dropped a banana on ashy charcoal, a strange flavor that tastes like your licking raspberry jam off a dead carcass, and some weird perfumy hairspray thing. 500ml is a lot! lol. that is going to last you a long long long time. Ive only ordered 2x 125ml bottles and im not even halfway through the first.

its kind of annoying and unsettling a bit. Im going to be using it for now to charge when im awake, but anyone have any ideas for a better charger to charge my 18650s?

i have the model TR-001 trustfire andthe trustfire Li ion 3.7 18650's, when I charge them they make a strange buzzing/whistling noise. i think they are the batteries or the charger, each battery has a different tone to it, is this normal? It makes me kind of scared to charge them now

I was doing some math before I ordered some DIY supplies, it just seemed odd to me at some places, I dont think the DIY supplies should be costing as much as premade eliquid

the ego vision is nice, but i still think the traditional style tanks (Like the JTank or other variances) are better, regarding flavor because you can just chose what cartomizers you like to put in it, in those kind of tanks the flavor comes from the cartomizer not the tank itself, if you dont like that cartomizer in the tank, you just buy a different cartomizer next time, but you still keep the actual 'tank' that you ordered, you just replace the cartomizer within.

yeah i started with the regular joye 510 batteries and the life on those werent doing it for me either. There are some 808 batteries that last a tad bit longer but keeping the slim cigarette feel, next step up would be the ego style batteries which would last longer and are a bit bigger, after that would be mods. I would reccomend an ego style battery, probably the joye ego-c you are talking about. going on what you posted though, I would recommend the following to mend any problems you had with your previous ecigs. ego style battery (650mah+) boge low resistance cartomizers and a couple of different e-liquid samples (6ml or more) you'll have the compact size still with an ego battery but longer lifespan between charges. the cartomizers are less fiddling with components, you just fill it and vape it (they are disposable too and diminish in performance after so many refills, but they hold much more liquid and are more consistent, you can get a couple days out of 1x $1.50 cartomizer) ordering different liquids in smaller sizes also gives you variety, once i got into vaping more i noticed there are stuff i like to vape over smoking cigarettes, and stuff id rather smoke a cigarette over than vape. you can also chose higher VG content to still give you the whole 'smoking' experience still, and higher nicotine levels to try for that throat hit which might help you not go back to cigarettes as you start off again. also after a year of not smoking, i noticed alot of the cigarette smell smoking gives off isnt actually the tobacco, its the burning paper and chemicals mixed with the smoke. After I got my taste and smell senses back I started to pick out weird chemical smells in cigarette smoke that I never noticed when I actually smoked.

i been vaping for half a year now and i just got into DIY and am mixing strange flavors constantly, i duno how people think anything tastes bad and some juices are unvapable maybe i just like everything lol, then again i have just been mixing fruits and sweets. I do have some odd flavorings coming in soon this week though and then im going to experiment with menthol

Ive browsed a couple vendors and ordered from some. I was just wondering if any DIY vets out there have any more info on this. I've noticed there are many vendors that carry unflavored nicotine eliquid, pg/vg, 18mg all the way to 100mg. Personally Ive ordered 24mg and 36mg only, but the prices are so hugely ranged it makes me wonder whats the difference, other than the markup. I haven't tested the nicotine volume in any of the juices i receive (i think ill probably start soon just to be safe), but ive seen them range so much these are a few prices 120ml, 36mg, 70/30 mix - 35$ at one place 125ml, 36mg, 70/30 mix - 11$ at another place 120ml, 36mg, 70/30 mix - 25$ at yet another place the price range varies so much, is there any real different other than markup? ive ordered twice from the 11$ place because it seems like such a deal, and ive ordered from the 25$ place once, i plan on getting a nic testing kit or something soon just to test my stock out, because with the price range varying so much i cant help but think im getting screwed one way or another. Or is it normal that these prices are this way? I've checked many sites and none are really consistent in price other than the DIY flavorings.

U.S. needs to start producing more electronic cigerretes and parts =x, i just notice all my ecig stuff (cartomizers/ accessories etc) is all china except my silver bullet

i would buy a ton of different stuff, cartos, tanks, clearomizers, etc. maybe one order of each just to try em all out

id spend the 50$ buying tons of cartomizers. event hough i have about 50+ various cartomizers sitting in my stash drawer, i always feel like impending doom is coming and i can never have enough. dont ask me why

there definately is something different between single and dual coils

yeah, a tank is just that tubing you put around the cartomizer, which can last indefinately depending on materials and care. The cartomizer itself that goes into the tank still has to be replaced regularly just like normal.

they say there is more coil surface area in dual coil cartomizers which means more vapor production and less stress on the coils. Ive used dual coils and single coils and the vapor production is slightly noticeable in difference to me at least. I also read that the dual coils are supposed to last somewhat longer since theres less concentrated stress on the coils but im not sure.

yeah ive added some drops to some stuff i got form vendors. Also one thing I wondered about is how do you know if something needs to steep. I never understood that. I noticed some of the bottles ive made changed to a more deeper yellowish/orange color after a few days, and even though none of them are brownish in color, they leak out of my carto sometimes brown in color out the bottom

ive only been mixing 15-20% flavoring though i will try some different types of flavorings, all the ones i have are the TPA

what are some good sweet flavors that dont taste too perfumy? other than fruit ones or are they all like that, i got some i think its sucralose sweetener which cut down the perfumy taste a bit, btw wheres a good place to get sweetener at a cheap cost i been using a bunch of it and im out already
