  1. This is hilarious Girls Costumes I couldn't breathe after laughing so hard.
  2. That is great Nana, it's opinions like these that do us all a great amount of good. Keep them coming. I have a Nana, she is 94 years old and still as spry as she was when she was 80.
  3. I generally use the spelling attys if I am talking quantity or atty's if it is a condition with the atomizer. For example: I have 5 spare attys on the shelf. or My atty's taste is not as good as it used to be. The first shows plurality and the second shows possession. Quiz on Wednesday Test on Friday Get that homework turned in on time Class dismissed!
  4. The apostrophe shows possession not plurality. This being a new addition to the language, let Seaspine decide if it should be attys, atties or attees and we can name it the seaspine theorem.
  5. What have I started? Meep, Meep, Meep!
  6. I will often mix flavors, instead of going through the hassle of mixing them in a container I just drip two drops of one in the atty and then two drops of the other and vape. Not into Menthol though, can't help you there. I like lemon but I'm not sure of how it would vape?
  7. When I worked for the Radio Station in Elk City Oklahoma in 90', one of the staff had a Super Bowl Party, she served "Cowboy Koolaide" 50% everclear and 50% Koolaide. I don't remember much of the game just those Budweiser bottles playing football at halftime. They let me drive back to the station and they said I did donuts in the median of I-40 on the way back to the station. Not one of my clearer moments.
  8. It's no rules on topics, but we like to keep most of the stuff on the forum at a certain level of morality. The curse blocker is still activated there, so don't expect to be able to say ****, ****, ****, ****, or **** or even ****** ******, because it will not let you! The area is out of the reach of the search engines and anything that is said in there stays in there it's kind of like Las Vegas in that respect. And yes it is pretty dead there, maybe with some new members we can liven things up in there. The regular Vapor Lounge is a much more interesting place than the private forum. I will generally post there if I want ask a particular question of a certain member and have the optional input of the board staff, but I can do that in other areas also. It's really nothing special but it's something to shoot for I guess.
  9. An atomizer will last me for three weeks tops, it will vape for about 4 but after three weeks its not a good vape anymore. I reorder when I have two left in my stock. I try to order as many as I can because the 801 Low Bridge attys are hard to come by. I direct drip, With the 801 I drip 3 to 4 drops and get about 7 to 9 good drags. The vapor will start to taste Burnt or Nutty or Metallic, that is when I know it's time to drip again. That is an OK way of doing it, just don't over fill it because it will leak. Ask in the Suppliers forum about their juices or just post a topic in the General E-Cig Forum Area We really mean it when we say we want to help, so don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.
  10. Because the secret of sending regulated voltage through the air and harnessing it, died with Alejandro Tesla and no one has figured out how he did it, yet. I use a VP2, it came with a little 2.5X2.5" carrying case for the batteries. I have four slots big enough for a AA battery I keep 2 charged batteries and one spare atomizer and a 3ml bottle of juice. they fit perfectly in the case and get me through an entire day. The VP2 is flat on the end and I just stand it up on my desk or slide it in my shirt pocket. I don't use carts I direct drip to avoid the hassle. Most carts are made of some sort of plastic so if I had to mark them I would etch a number on them with a pocket knife or an awl and keep track of what juice was in each numbered cart. Hope that helps.
  11. Spinal Tap!! Rob Reiner, Meathead, HA HA!! I didn't think that anybody remembered that one but me. There is a music store off of Main Street in Downtown Houston that has a sign that says their amps go to 11! Great, I love it!! No, you can't touch that one!!
  12. I don't know what style of atomizer you bought from Arno at AwesomeVapor.com, but I can give you my experience with the 801 Low Bridge atty he sells. Currently he is the only one I get my attys from, I always buy the 801 Low Bridge attys. When they are new, for the first few vapes they have a slight metallic taste, I just vape past this and it normally vapes fine. The 801 will only give you 8 to 10 great drags off of three drops of juice. They use a lot of juice then when you need to drip again they will start tasting burnt or Nutty or even Metallic. As for the change in the color of vapor, i have not experienced that with any of the numerous attys I have received from AwesomeVapor.com. The break in period for these attys doesn't seem to be as long for me as other people have reported for other attys. Hope this helps. I will however be more aware of the color of the vapor and if I have anything new I'll let you know.
  13. Only in Tennessee!
  14. I'll get right on that this afternoon.
  15. Welcome to the Vapor Talk Forum, I like you am new to posting on forums. This forum is different in attitude to the members and that is why I like it here so much. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions, there are a lot of people here who can give you solid advice concerning your eCigs. The 510 is a great starter eCig, but I can see that you are getting ready to move up to something better. I went from where you are to a VP2 battery mod using an 801 Low Bridge or Short Bridge atomizer. The problem I had with the smaller units before the VP2 was that the battery life was too short and I had to leave the office armed to the teeth with batteries if i was going to be out all day. The VP2 solved that for me because the batteries last between 8 to 9 hours between charges and the batteries charge in about 3 hours. Then I discovered the 801 Low Bridge attys, Chris will be carrying them in the VaporTalk Store and Arno at AwesomeVapor.com carries them also. They are hard to find so when you do locate some buy as many as you can. The Spade unit is threaded for a 510 atomizer, which is a good atomizer and the ones that you get with the spade are the best you can get. If you like the 510 atty, the spade will give you much longer battery life even if you were using the "Mega" batteries with your 510. Again, welcome to the Vapor Talk Forum, were here to help, just ask.
  16. So now the question is vaping or eating, maybe that is how I can get this gut down from the 32" it is now back to the 29" waist that I have always had!
  17. Well if we are going to have a flood of new members gaining access to the Private Forum, then we better put something in there that is worth the while or they are going to be really disappointed.
  18. The Spade will come with two rechargeable batteries that are common batteries that can be bought at Radio Shack or any battery outlet on the internet. They are not specialized batteries like most other e-Cig batteries.
  19. If you really like the 510 atty then, yeah a Spade would give you a lot longer battery life.
  20. An hour and a half is about all I ever got out of any of my 510 batteries, so I would think that was normal. Not at all like the 8 to 9 hours out of the VP2.
  21. I agree with Chris and I have a lot of experience with threads. I would put the adapter on first then thread on the atomizer. With the VT-PT and any e-Cig you want to avoid over tightening the treads. The heat from the atomizer can make them tighter and make it difficult to get off. Chris is the expert on changing atomizers, seems like he does it a 100 times a day. I generally remove my atomizer at least twice a day or maybe as much as five times a day, I tend to over drip sometimes and I always have to compunction to clean the excess juice out of the contact points under the atomizer. Isn't your VT-PT set up to use an 801 atty with out an adapter? I think that the 801 attys are the best producers of vapor over the 510 and the 901.
  22. ME!?! Look at you all up in that wit a color coded system, sheeeit. Jabba don wan no help, Jabba don git no help, jive fool.
  23. Keenan, HUSH!! You took an oath, remember? Not a word!
  24. Hey JJ, welcome to the VaporTalk Forum, were here to help. Sometimes we're too friendly and the original question gets lost in the welcomes and introductions. If you had an atomizer that was new and it got mixed up with some that were used and you want to be able to tell the difference between the new and the used. Well #1 don't mix them in the future and that will avoid the problem, I am very care full not to open any packages from suppliers while I have other components on my desk. I have a shelf where everything is neat and all lined up and categorized, but maybe I'm a little OCD. I always find a way to mark my batteries and atomizers so I can tell which ones they are. I use a sharpie permanent marking pen on the things that will accept the ink. Atomizers are made from stainless steel and are usually painted and the sharpie won't mark on them, so I tale my pocket knife and very carefully and very small etch a roman numeral in the paint in a inconspicuous spot so I can tell them apart. Since you have apparently mixed your atomizers up before you were able to do anything like this you might be able to distinguish the new one from the used by the smell or by sticking a paper towel into the atomizer and seeing which one has the most juice in it and if the juice smells like the juice you normally vape. Other than that, that is all I can think of at the moment. Again, Welcome to the Vapor Talk Forum, We are delighted that you are here and will do our utmost to help you with any questions you may have, so peruse the forum and make some new friends here.
  25. Off topic here but your Avatar is freaky and it's a bit frightening, there is just something unnatural and unsettling about that cat, it reminds me of the cat in Pet Cemetery.
