Mark reacted to Christopher in How do I find my e-liquid now that you're closed??!!
Boy I wish we could 😞 Unfortunately, due to regulations in California we are simply unable to ship or sell our product lines.

Mark reacted to Christopher in New Member Posting / Feature Limitations
Hey Vapor Talkers,
In an effort to keep spammers in check and to ensure new members take a few moments to get acquainted with Vapor Talk's features, all new members will be required to have 3 posts before being placed into the unrestricted 'VT Member" group.
How does it work? What limitations will I have when I first join the forum?
When first joining the forum you be limited to posting in these sub forums:
Introduce Yourself New Vapers Forum Site Features, Requests and Help Vapor Talk Store Support Forum After 3 posts, you will automatically be moved into the standard user or "VT Member" group. From there you can post on the forum normally.
But how do I get three posts? What if I don't have a question? What if I want to reply on another topic!
The easiest method is to simply introduce yourself (see the Introduction Forum). Say hello! At the very least, a staff member will reply. You're also free to ask a question about your new device in the New Vapers Forum.
I can't find the forums you mentioned
This is partly why we have this minimal restriction. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the forum. This ensures you post in the correct area (ensuring your questions or topic is answers faster) whilst easing the workload on our awesome forum admins and moderators.
I feel... feel so chained. I just want to ask my question.
We know, we get it. But unfortunately, when dealing with a forum of this size, spam can be a real hassle. We're quite good at spotting it and removing it quickly. But this makes it much easier for us to keep spam limited to a single area. It makes clean up easy. We appreciate it.
Feel free to start a new topic and jump in. Vapor Talk is well known for it's friendly members, help us keep that vibe going. If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to contact a staff member. You may also want to take a moment to view the forum rules.

e Liquid does not contain THC. I'm not sure how it showed up "not as THC but as Cannabis." When you test for something, you generally need some kind of marker. In the case of Cannabis, they use THC, unless things have drastically changed over the years. In any case, your employer is primarily looking to ensure you are not high on the job and able to perform your duties safely.
The only exception to this may be if you are using CBD liquid rather than normal e liquid (this is speculation as it's not something we use or sell).
This link will give you a bit more background on CBD products: https://www.thegrowthop.com/cannabis-culture/cbd-consumption-cause-me-to-fail-a-drug-test
If you are failing your drug test, you're going to need to look into what else is in your diet or perhaps even your surroundings. False positives, while they do happen are unlikely. If you have a good employer and this job is important to you, sit down with your boss. Explain the situation and your concerns. Request that a hair test is done over a urine test. If you really are drug free, as stated, this will allow you to be re-tested while putting the concerns of longevity to rest with your employer as hair tests can go back 6 months or more. You may even wish to bring your e liquid depending on your career. If they're a good company, I'd imagine it's much cheaper for them to investigate and properly asses the situation rather than end up slapped with a wrongful termination lawsuit.

Mark reacted to Tam in Who's using a Pod system?
You rang?
First, congrats on your five year mark. I remember when you first came on to this forum... you've been missed lately.
I've been trying the pods lately. Like you, I'm tired of lugging around a fist sized brick although I do still use them at home.
The first pod I've tried is Vapor Talk's Amethyst with the nic salt pods. I'm in love with the size, it's perfect for stealth vaping and so easy and light to carry around. The mixed berry flavor is amazing (the kit comes with four pods - menthol, tobacco, mango and mixed berries). That said, it's small -- something like a 250 mAh? and the pods are small so they don't last long. I could live with that - to a point, but the major downside to it is that many of the pods leak ( @Christopher said they can be refilled but Vapor Talk doesn't sell the liquid by itself, you have to buy the pods). When it leaks enough to get into the battery part, the battery stops working. Chris is aware and said they're working on it but for now, the leaking pods being so expensive ($12.99 for a 4-pack), it's not my favorite although it easily could be if they fix the leak and sell liquid by itself.
Bought the SV MiPod, it's a little square thing with a refillable 1 ml pod. You can refill 5 - 7 times before the coil goes out. Of course, if you're using sweeter, darker juices... you know the drill. While it's cute, I'm very disappointed in the little button (five clicks on/off), it never turns off and the vapor is hot. I've burned my lips a couple times already despite changing out the pods -- of course I bought extras! This one is a no for me.
The GhoSTick is another pen style refillable pod system. The pod holds 1.5 mls of liquid, 2.0 ohm coil, 350 mAh battery and comes with the charge cord and two empty pods. All the pods take a minimum 50/50 juice. Any more VG and the coil burns up faster, too much PG and the pods leak, which is what I think is the problem with the Amethyst pods, it's too high in PG. Anyway, this is the winner so far for me. It's got refillable pods, it's a little longer than I'd like, the Amethyst's length is perfect but you give up battery life for shortness. I've been using this one a lot lately and have bought some of my favorite juices in 50/50 at 12 mg regular nic (higher nic so I don't vape it as much).
I have a SMOK Infinix on its way with some extra empty pods, they should be here tomorrow. It's very similar to the Amethyst so we'll have to see how that one works.
If I were to recommend one of the ones I've tried, so far I'd say try the GhoSTick and mix some juice to 50/50 and give it a whirl.

Hell I'm only 42 and forgot about it until someone told me it was happening. I went outside and said "Yup looks darker than it should be." Went in and went back to work. My wife says i need to be more personable to others.....

Actually I took the lens out of the helmet, and taped it over the lens of a camera, so I will be viewing it through the camera which will offer a little more protection.
At this point I don't think I can find a protective lens for the camera, My electronic helmet has a # 12 lens, but don't know if it will trigger during a eclipse.
The camera I'm using is a wireless web cam that I thought I would never use when I won it in a contest. All I need now is a remote control tripod which isn't going to happen.

Mark reacted to Christopher in The Templar AIO by Vapor Talk - First Impression
Excellent review! (I'll be gather up any reviews that pop up on the forum and sending them along to the team) We spent quite a bit of time on this device as AIO's are becoming popular. It's especially important as TPD sets in place over in Europe.
I agree, the LED fiasco needs to be fixed. Luckily, this should easily be addressed. During testing we were able to adjust the device via the USB port. The software is not user friendly but I'll bring up the possibility of a potential firmware update.

I just got mine today (yes, USPS did deliver on a Sunday). As most who know me know I'm old school and still vape a VV ego with ce3's but I'm really digging this tank/coil setup. I'm not a "cloud chaser" but I like the vapor I can produce with this. Plus 1 on this mod @Christopher.

Mark reacted to Christopher in Vapor Talk Store Open Again :)
Hi Folks,
The VT Store is open and back to business as usual again. The support system is a bit backed up but shouldn't take long to get caught up with everything. We have new stock arriving throughout next week which should replenish some missing items in the store.
Thanks!

I think I saw an order come for you. I'll have to make it extra special tomorrow. I have little, if any drawing skills. Perhaps a really nice smiley face
