I would assume you're referring to 100mg nic and not 100%. Nicotine can be bought at 990mg/99% pure but is more often found at lesser amounts for personal use. Just smelling 100% nic would render most people unconscious. That being said, unless we are talking about safety, we want to keep the talk of any nicotine levels over 36mg to the diy section of the forum.

Well, Here is the finished product. Hopefully it will be to his satisfaction.

I finish them with a high gloss, waterproof, food safe finish. Never had a problem.
