i decided to keep Yoshi for my posts and put up a "tattoo of the month" for my profile pic hope the paint pen idea works for you!! another is to keep the caps that come with your carts and label them.

I use a non-toxic paint pen to mark them with something that let's me know what they are. (B=banana, GS=Grape Soda, etc.) I usually put it on the side that your lips really don't touch, near the atomizer. I know you can see it, but i don't mind. Now juice that leaks out the cart will wear it off but it helps and it can always be re-applied or cover it with a small piece of clear tape to protect it!! Hope this helps!! You can also get paint pens in a fine tip so it is not so noticeable. I use metallice gold!! It matched the threads on my 510 hehehe!!

i will agree with jmhester....i have not gained any weight since vaping but actually lost 10 pounds!! you have a lot more energy and no lungs filled with crud anymore. now i am not saying that weight lose will happen to everyone but it did for me and making your own juice is not hard to do. the supplies are inexpensive as stated in an earlier post and you can make anything your mind (or your taste buds) can think of!! just watch LorAnn's Cinammon Oil!! great for when you have a cold but you can not get it out of your atty!! it is rather tasty though!!

i think the reason i am doing so well with this is the vapor. i loved blowing clouds of smoke when i smoke analogs. so vapor production is a big thing thing with me. now if i can just figure out how to blow smoke rings!!

Beer with Mentha is my fave!! At home i just keep water next to me. But don't drink grape soda and vape Grape Soda. Not too good Makes the Grape Soda tastes sour....have no clue why. But i goes great with a cocktail!!

I guess I will put my 2 cents in since i have about 20 different kinds of juice in my arsenal... My favorites... VT Grape Soda - nice and sweet (but not too sweet) with a carbonated feel to it!! I can vape this all day. Good throat hit and a tangy almost fizzy exhale. I guard this bottle with my life!! (Although I do need to get more soon!!) LiquidXpress Caramel Macchiato - this one surprised me A LOT!! Nice and mellow with a great evenness between the coffee and the caramel tastes. Throat hit is good but not too strong. I really like caramel but the RYs give me a headache so this one is a perfect choice for me!! This one is always within reach!!! VT Mentha - This is not for everyone. It gives a great throat hit and is nice and strong!! Since I was a menthol smoker I was looking for something exactly like this one!! A lot of other menthol juices are too sweet and taste minty and not menthol. This one hits it right on the head to me!! Dekang Clove - I have not been vaping on this one lately. Might have to tonight!! I really like this one. Spicy and sweet with a wicked throat hit. Goes great with an adult beverage!! (But not beer!! I only vape menthol when I drink beer for some reason!) Runners up.... Dekang Green Tea - flowery and sweet. Tastes like Lipton Iced Tea in the bottle after a bit. Not much of a throat hit but it is there. Nice one to have around at work and vape on casually. LiquidXpress The "23" - This is a great quirky flavor. Does have a reminder of Dr. Pepper but also has a bit of a licorice taste to me. This was my first VG based and I was not disappointed. Great vapor production and throat hit. AwesomVapor Banana - This was my very first juice! I do not have much of it left but it will always be one of my favorite vapes. Nice and smooth, OK throat hit and a very nice taste. I have since changed to Dekang Banana (because I can get it in 36mg) but I prefer AwesomeVapor banana. Ones I am not fond of.... Cherry - tastes like a coughdrop...yuck!! Strawberry - taste nothing like strawberry but i use this one to mix with other juices. Kiwi - same as strawberry. Any "Tobacco" juice - sorry to all of you who love these but personally none of these have ever been good to me. OK...so there you go The official Ofortuna juice review!! This same thing happened to me my first couple days. I would cough almost everytime. But I figured out why for 2 reasons. #1: I was trying to vape like I smoked and inhaled directly into my lungs which was irrating probably because of the water vapor in my lungs. Then I learned to inhale into my mouth and then inhale into my lungs....not in 1 step, but 2 steps. That helped A LOT!!! #2: Nicotine level did not really affect me, but tobacco flavored juices did make me cough more!! Keeping something smooth around helps like everyone has said. I used banana Even though it was 36mg, it helped a lot and took care of my sweet tooth!!! Happy Vaping!!
