  1. If so, another good reason to step down from nicotine to no nic. If there is a ban, all I have to do is stock up even more before that happens, then figure out how to mix VG and get menthol or other flavorings. I guess people can get those giant bottles of nic sold at various places, not sure what the shelf life is though.
  2. Menthol hater? If not, they give what I call a simulated TH, even at 0 mg. Most VaporTalk Mentha very strong, even at 0, nice...
  3. If you have the 18 still around, get some 6, mix them up evenly and you should have 12mg, also will let you do 6 straight as well. If the 6 seems good and you still have 18 left, see if you can get some zero to mix with the 18, that will bring you to 9, lower if you use more of the lower strength. You can also get some VG juice (links are all over the place to see where to buy) and cut it down but flavor will be cut as well. Bottom line is are you sure the headaches are from vaping too much higher nicotine? I started at 24mg, but I stuck to my old smoking regimen, going outside, take about 5 minutes, try to go an hour between, etc. I was afraid of how much nicotine I was getting. Once I started bringing the level down I vaped like a fiend. Also, I see people using different strengths throughout the day. High in the morning and a couple times during the day, lower for the constant vaping, etc. Feeds both addictions. I've seen two theories, start high and bring it down, start low and bring it up. Both have problems, I believe the issue with starting low is not feeding the nicotine monster ends up coming at you sideways, in other words it's subtle. Long story short I don't believe smoking is a direct result of your body calling for nicotine. Your brain has related good feelings with nicotine, and so when stressed (perhaps because of nicotine withdrawal) it relates the hand to mouth and vapor with getting calmer and calls for you to do it. One of the reasons vaping is almost a stress free substitute.
  4. Yup - I just wanted to put it out there that my first post wasn't meant to suggest nicotine is bad or people should get off it. I wanted to get off it as I have a major artery that's in jeopardy of blowing (dissection). It was pretty much after the fact and discussions with speakeasy I realized it probably wasn't that big a deal I'm zero now and can probably get a nice rate on my life insurance just in case my gut doesn't blow right away!!
  5. Ya - good old carbon monoxide I believe, brain deprived of oxygen. Ahhh, the good ole day!!
  6. Posted in the trade/sell section...
  7. Nice - no worries on having an analogue. Too many folks look at it as a failure and get discouraged. I figure one less analogue is good, anything after that is gravy. Goal is none, but I firmly believe it shouldn't be stressful trying to get there. One part of the story struck home. I went out on a Friday night in the beginning without analogues I felt so comfortable vaping right from the start. My wife asked for a cig because she smokes when she drinks. She was shocked and a little upset I left them home, but was okay vaping along with me. Point is, do the going out without analogues, worse comes to worse, in the event of a total failure, you can buy a pack. But I think the brain is less likely to tell you to have one, if they aren't there and a good substitute is. For me I smoked the remaining couple of cigs I had the next day (because I paid for them) and never bought another pack again. If they were in the house, I'd probably smoke one, so my point is when (and if) you are ready, it helps if they aren't there.
  8. I forgot to add, ala Jerry Seinfeld, nicotine, not that there's anything wrong with that... Just saying I made a choice to get rid of nicotine and it was easy. As many know from our discussion with speak that got resurrected briefly, I do believe there's not that much bad about nicotine all by itself. But we don't really know for sure.
  9. I can't think of anything that is easier to get off of smoking and nicotine than vaping. Cutting own the nicotine over a period of a couple months is simplicity in itself. IMO - much of the draw of smoking/vaping ae mental queues, not even an addiction but a learned response. My example was when we chain smoke or smoke to relax (reduce a stressful situation) there is no way the brain is calling for more nicotine or is in withdrawal, that has to be all response.
  10. Cool beans, just wanted to make sure. My 10440 charger walked away, using my JantyStick to charge. I think I'll be getting some more batts as well. I'm waiting on two chargers from dealextreme...
  11. Are the batts protected? I think they should be because there's no cut off on the spade. I think I have that right.
  12. Anyone want a bag of 10 blue foam things, PM me with an address. I don't want. Ordered 12 bags (stupid stupid stupid). I am hooked on my lazy PTB mod, can refill without removing the filler!!!!!!! I'll post a sep subject if no one bites. No worries on mailing cost, I can spring of the 50 cents or so, I just don't like waste!! One lucky person will get 9 bags instead of 10 (I used one) ;-) They are from StrictlyJuice...
  13. Or try again for $10? http://dealnews.com/Logitech-S-120-Speaker-System-for-10-free-shipping/352075.html
  14. Well - we know RR doesn't have a show because of her brain power...
  15. Yeah - lets go with that. Oh, now I see a cooler!!
  16. There was a cooler in the pic? ;-)
  17. Unfortunately it appears to be the best solution...sorry tek
  18. Do yourself a favor and pick up a couple of cheap USB chargers when you get a chance. Also a wall unit that has a USB connection. They're sold everywhere and are so useful. Everyone forgets about the charger when they get backups. And if you need a smoke go for it, the beauty of vaping is it's pretty much pain and angst free...once you're back to vaping, it'll all be good again.
  19. yeah weird. I think the assumption is only the connection to the computer is acting like and amp, else only low noise that the IPOD drowns out. Love Logitech speakers, all I use. Kind of surprised. There were indications foil (not a foil hat) could help. I would go nuts if that happened to me.
  20. NP - as I said, just trying to pay forward all the help I've gotten here...wishing you and yours all the best.
  21. If you're home and dripping is working, go for it. I love the PTB (pyramid tea bag) because it hold more, uses more of the juice in the cart, and most importantly for me, is easy and clean to refill. Drip drip drip, 10 drops or so and its full again (if there's a hole in the middle when the bag was rolled.
