I think LR cartos will be great on a 3.7V device, hopefully will see soon. Regular cartos not so much unless HV device. I supposedly have a 4.2V device that I believe is in the post office waiting for pickup...Ego knockoff. Curious about that with regular cartos. but best combo ever so far is dripping into an LR atty on the ego.

I might try those, are they supposed to be lower res? I do low res on the ego/tornado. Think I want the cartos on HV but have a sample of low res cartos coming from bombdropsvapor.

You have the issue of high strength as well. Could get a sample from wordup, they have many menthols and ruyan 4 (I assume this is ry4?). Other than that lame suggestion (an I'm menthol) I'm lost. I use VT Mentha, only 24.

Not judging - whatever works is good, point is to get someone else to pass it on so it still works. My father taught me some things a while back, tried to pass on to my kids, not sure it worked. My daughter thinks I am foolish for helping people out with their computers, thought I was crazy for helping a random stranger get their car out of the mud (I ended up covered in it). I explained again how it works, there's time, might get it, might not. I think my son gets it. I have plenty of faults so its kind of a penance for me and therefore selfish. But do whatever works, for whatever reason.

Sorry to hear its a little bit of a struggle to get back on track but is cool. I think we all agree everyone is different. I vape for fun now, no interest in analogues even if I don't have my gear. I'm golfing this week, couple guys with me know I was a fiend and they smoke. Funny it took one three days to ask if it was okay to smoke in the cart with me. No issues there. My group basically drinks and try to get some golf in there as well. I'm still not even vaping while drinking during the day. Weird but I think my addicted part of the brain went on strike when I went to 0. Again though, everyone is different but I do recommend people try to get to 0 but if they find it uncomfortable/stressful, then get back to a comfortable level. I figure then they don't have the "simple" addiction I had. I've said it before, its almost embarrassing how easy this went and how much I struggled with other methods/NRTs so I encourage people to try as well. Anyway, I guess my point is I seem to be in the minority though I've seen two other people point out their desire dropping off. Good luck to you getting back on the horse.

IMHO - if you post it, you are looking for thanks, just not from the person you helped. So it still counts as a PIF, and if that's what will keep you performing random acts of kindness than that's cool too.

I believe that is nero's number one vape...I loved it for the short time I tried it (went to 0mg).

I use $9.99 tube readers from an online store, sometimes on sale for $7.99. As I destroy the glasses, I get extra tubes out of the deal.

FWIW - I like an easy draw, some of the LR sttys I got are tight so I might actually get a few extra cones and mod them a little.

I usually have folks try the traditional tobacco and dulcis from VT. I tell them they will never get something that is like what they used to smoke, after all, the main ingredient was smoke. Some folks just go off the reservation, chocolate, grape soda, etc. I tell folks if you want to quit, and you need it to seem like your still smoking, just pretend you bummed another brand, we've all been there and put up with it. Deal.

I think I mentioned this before, even if this cost twice as much as smoking its worth it. Having said that, there will be a point in time where the money saved will far surpass what you are spending...but I encourage folks, if they have the means to experiment and find those couple of combos they really like, i.e. the on the go vape, the at home vape, the at work vape...

I always recommend the five 5ml sample pack from wordupecig for $21. Best way to go IMO to get an idea, PG, VG, combo strengths from 0mg/ml on up. There are so many "tobacco" like flavors...no idea if they come close though. They actually have Merit, Carleton, etc.

Really...what? The weird reading? .40 Volts. At first I had the leads reversed and got -3.5Volts which makes sense, but the battery was pretty well charged. The draw is significantly "easier" when the cone is not on. I have that in quotes because some folks "do not like"!!

The USB charger kind of stinks off a USB device. When you can, get a wall unit USB adapter. Has anyone measured what the "normal" voltage of an ego battery is? That is once it's not fully charged and in use, what is it running at? I'm assuming it drops off the 3.7 and lands somewhere less than that. Only asking because I ordered the 4.2V Maxx and I'm wondering how much more that will really be than the ego (if not the same). I see a thread discussing it may only be a little more than an ego.
