Guys are a little tougher, have to jam it into a pants pocket when the weather's nice. I find I can wander around with both mine and my honey's like that.

I hate leaking so I usually find a place 2-3 times a day to get a napkin out and drain the atty, drip tip, and clean whatever is in the battery (for you PT). I also really try to make sure I don't leave any in there if I'm stopping. And that's tough to do, drip, vape until its gone, drip vape until its gone, then stop for ten minutes and you'll find a bunch of fluid was still there and can be vaped some more, just hadn't made it to the bridge. That's what I think is leaking.

As far as I can tell there are none left...

There were a couple of discussions on it, conjecture is they might be dropping the line. Last I looked only one color left. definitely a good price though.

Definitely no low res on a regular 510. Not sure about the 2.4 ohm I just got. Maybe I just gave up on them too quick because there was no TH at all (no nic).
-
Normally I would say no, I use them religiously but I do 0 nic. Still, should not burn. Reason I asked how long was to see if you're still pretty green and you are. Get into it, get used to it, get bored by it, then start up the the crazy stuff like LR attys, that's my advice. If you are not smoking or reduced smoking with regular attys, stick with that for now.
-
Apologies for jacking the thread, but I just got the "Medium Resistance" attys from Vapors Etc. Will review at some point in time next week but pretty nice. Good vapor, okay TH. Apologies again but kind of on topic, or at least running along side.
-
Really shouldn't be burning. Usually I do three drops, get about 7-10 hits, maybe more. If I let it sit, get another 5-7. You are at a pretty low level of nic. Do you have another LR atty you can try?
-
You just went to an ego with an LR atty? That'll definitely produce way more heat. You might get used to it or drop the nic if you can. Stupid question, how long you been vaping and what did you smoke before. Also, the LR atty will burn through juice a little quicker. Dripping takes a little practice, I gave up for months before going back.

In my opinion, I never found the vapor production acceptable from cartos. Thread on VG, read through it, more and more carry it. http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/forum/topic/6612-nicotine-and-throat-hits/page__view__findpost__p__59368

Thanx - should have pointed that out. Good for beginners I always thought. I think Chris had it posted for a while.h

Got this from CreateVapor (nEeRo9k) http://www.createvapor.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=42 Seemed nice and big, straight walled, with the 901 LR attys (plus adapter) it runs cooler.

I'm not sure anyone knows what did it but I doubt it was the heat. I've never had an issue, love my LRs.

Bear in mind, we have one report of two low res attys killing two tornado batteries...I've never had a problem, yest so many others have.

Charging The Ego/tornado With A Regualr 510 Charger
FTJoe replied to FTJoe's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
Yeah - the standard is the same as the quick except there is less amps on the standard. That's why I figured it'd just be a trickle charge and take longer for the ego/tornado. I'm not going to sweat it. If I was not a suspicious person I'd say janty is just trying to be safe, if I was, they want you to buy the charger. -
Charging The Ego/tornado With A Regualr 510 Charger
FTJoe replied to FTJoe's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
Well I asked TW this: I have the main adapter that allows me to charge the Tornado in the regular 510 chargers. I notice that the tornado fits fine in the regular 510 USB adapter without the main adapter. Do I still need to use this adapter even in the lower powered 510 USB adapter such as this where there is no issue with the tornado fitting? http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/products/special-offers/titan-usb-charger-product.html And the response was this: Hello, Thank you for inquiring with us. If the Tornado battery is fitting into the USB charger with no problem then you don't need the adapter. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to give us a call. -
Are they mega 510s? I also find it odd so many would not work well (basically all of them?). Assuming a 510, this is a workhorse of a battery. I agree with ddave, go vent in review mosh pit for the first one, and maybe a little less emotional in the review suppliers section for the one you still have a shot at getting a refund.

Wow - lots of mods out there that use "regular" batteries. If its really "just in case" make sure its a solid unit. I only have one and not that impressed. Many will chime in though I can say people think the world of the SB. In fact, I'd crack open another thread if I were you asking for opinions on mods that use regular batteries. Many will be 5V which I hear is great for cartomizers. But I believe there are 3.7s out there as well.
-
Okay - when you do let us know and we will try to confuse you even further!! ;-) If you haven't tried the Low Res attys, they are very nice on the tornado/ego. I think you will find most believe the 510/mega 510 is a step down from the tornado. Is there something in particular you are looking for that your tornado doesn't provide?
