Got my shipment in today!! Have to try some out...busy though and I have to find my ego...

I started at 24mg and kept to my regular smoking schedule (no more than once an hour, not indoors, not in the car, etc) as I was unsure how I was going to react. I was committed to getting to 0mg so after a while I started cutting down around 2mg ever two weeks or so. Then I started vaping constantly, indoors, in the car, at work inside (stealth). I thought it was lack of nicotine but now I'm pretty convinced as I felt better, I was simply doing what I wanted to do all along, "smoke" all the time. Since I was feeling better and better each day, why not? Anyway, got to zero and the urge kind of went away after a few weeks. Don't even "have to" while drinking (though I like to). I think my ego is somewhere around the house, haven't seen it for a few days. And I'm the guy who would roll the dice at the airport just before boarding by going back through security to get one more smoke in. So I think normal, your decision and I always recommend trying to cut down, you might be surprised. Of course, if you find yourself just staring at the knife in the kitchen while your better half yells at you, bring the level back up a little!! ;-)

Yeah - thread was cracking me up as I was responding. I saw the shipping notice at the top of the page, little banner in the middle right of the top (great directions, eh?). Do a search on the supplier, seems legit for a Chinese site, you never know though...I saw one person complaining on another forum (yes there are one or two others out there, but none as good as this one).

Good suggestions here. I would go 510 with a PCC that recharges the battery when not in use. Someone recently posted a pic of a better looking case than most. I recommend the 510 because just in case you decide hand to mouth is still satisfied with an ego type battery, all the fitting will work the same, attys, even USB chargers. Sorry, I took this comment to mean you were set on quitting smoking. My point to folks is to not swing for the fence when they first try this and quit altogether as there is a learning curve with ecigs. No one can state for sure if they are healthier than smoking but, my opinion is of course they are!! GLTY.

I must have about 20 different Menthols but they are 0mg. I have to think from a flavor perspective that can help to some extent. I also have a bunch of traditionals as well (menthol and straight) with nicotine. So PM me if you are interested in sampling. The menthols are all about trying to find something for my better half that seems like a newport. I'm good with my VT Mentha, VT Dulcis and Johnson Creek Arctic Menthol combo. I understand the search is a tough one. People think its the e-cig, it's the juice that's a killer to find. Also have a bunch of coffee flavors, etc. We don't use them (failed experiments, so you are welcome to try).

The advice you have is great. But if I may add, do not worry about having to get a pack of cigs if something doesn't work right for you out of the box. Please don't just set a "quit" date like people do with a diet. This is not a diet. I tell folks get rid of one smoke, good, more better, all is the goal. With a diet, you can actually undo weeks of dieting with a single weekend (heck, I've done it in a day!!!). Having a cig here and there is not a big deal, but always keep the goal in mind. I tried everything over 30+ years to quit and this was effortless. But it's not for some people, so don't give it all up if you need one, instead figure it out and please let us help. Also, I love drips tip, never got it to work right though, I still removed it to drip. But I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to this.

I use paypal all the time with them, live in Jersey. Last thing I ordered was on a Saturday 8/7, delivered on Wednesday 8/11. They were never as good as the guys here (VT, wordup, CreateVapor, etc). Maybe something's a little different over the last several months? I've always recommended them WHEN THEY HAVE A SALE, no other times as they are just too pricey. but when they go 30% off, they're awesome (competitive).

Cool - I like my mix of VT Mentha, a little VT Dulcis and JohnsonCreek Arctic Menthol. Better half is still looking for a good newport light substitute. Found some promising mixes with My Freedom Smokes, ProVape and really "close" with Alien Express from VapeSafe. She's trying them one by one and I'm holding off ordering a lot. Did that once before after she declared she liked Vapor4Life Newport. Ordered a TON only to have her declare "I don't like this anymore" before it even arrived. So I have TONS of that and many other varieties at 0mg.

Depends why you vape. I was mostly satisfying a hand to mouth addiction. No doubt borne from the physical, but for me, it was really about the brain thinking it was getting satisfying nicotine just going through the motions. Once I got to zero, habit kind of died out. Went out this morning without anything for a few hours, haven't vaped yet today. A little over a year ago I forced myself to wait an hour between smokes. I highly recommend trying to cut down on nicotine to everyone, if you get freaky, bring it back up.

Nice find - definitely post back. I still can't believe all that's available is that junk that's been out there for at least a year.

I tried once on a low res 901 atty. Not recommended as its so recessed. I started by just trying to remove the wick and like any plumbing project I've done, it "expanded" to bridge removal. I was successful but didn't notice a big difference other than the atty/juice was hotter (not to my liking).

Vaporstec are 2.4 to 2.5 or so, medium levels of resistance for a carto, standard for an atty. I should test my ENS ones, thought the first batch were 1.8s for sure...nhaler with the 2.0s (I think).
