Amazing as it seems, many folks actually seem to say if it wasn't for the crappy mall ecigs, they may never have gotten involved. Luckily I have the same story, but it was because my brother had one and let me try it and I thought this could work. I went googling and finally found this site. Awesome, my brother took the hit and I got the bene!!

I got my batteries in from woot, and I want to gloat some more I got a bag of crap tonight as well in the wootoff (that's a good thing). These things are nice, have to play a while, I'm sure none of the tips I have will work but will check their site to get some to power my netbook, laptop, other things. You get two tips a year free (of course free is a relative term when you pay $12 in shipping). I'm actually going to let it charge the 8 hours for giggles.

We are also hearing reports of the possibly causing issues with batteries (killing them). Having said that I'm a big proponent of LRs.

I have four low res 901s coming so I will try to do it the correct way with one of them. I couldn't even get the mesh off but I was using really "limp" tweezers.

I blow it out and turn it over several times a day when I'm vaping, never have an issue but I don't vape all that often.

Ouch - I hate when people make me remember, I believe nhaler and bombdropsvapor have LR cartos. Medium res 901s cartos at vapor4life (premium blanks) and medium res 510s cartos at vaportsetc (tru-vapor). They have MR 901s cartos as well (KR808D tru-vapor I think).

Try ben's method of cleaning I believe posted in the how to video section (or some such place).

I say a small device, regulated and variable, doesn't have to last all day, pop a few CR123s in the pocket if one needs to. Thew current crop are too big.

Had not thought of that, stealth vaping drawback. Did you get regular resistance, I didn't think they were that bad, just too cool (temp). Go down to medium or low and it's a racquet.

Nice - if the meter is right though, look at what was saved!! Even if you spent that and more, health benefits? I'm slowing down as well as I think I have what we need all lined. So its just a matter of restocking here and there (or hoarding as some have accused me of).

I would take a little bit of care on vaping as much as you want. In the beginning, until I started cutting down on the nic, I tried to follow my old habits. The reason was I didn't want to start getting too much nic. In retrospect there can be some "health adjustments" to vaping, sore throats, dizziness, headaches, etc. So I wouldn't push it too far in the beginning. After a few weeks in I was vaping like a fiend but I was also down from 24 to 18 on my way to 0 so I didn't worry about it as I was past the swollen glands and other weird things some folks have. I think if you follow you're regular pattern of smoking it will also get you a better handle on nicotine needs.

So do I really have to remove the wick before the bridge? Or will that kind of take care of itself when I remove the bridge. I'm thinking of doing that know as I have 4 more LR 901s on the way. And in case something horrible happens, I have about 20 LR 510s for backups. Too late - I've invented another lazy method. I just wiggled out the bridge first, then picked/twisted out the mesh after the fact. No site of a wick except for one piece I think. Not sure I like this though. Little hot, perhaps too hot for me. Thank goodness createvapor already started the shipping process for my new 901 LRs. But I'll give this a little longer before bailing.

I think roober donated one to jolly for mad scientist work. I didn't realize they had 5 packs of ego batteries.
