Not a problem I deal with Chinese vendors and some very helpful some are not. It is like that even here in the states with large companies that get thousands of orders a day. It is controlled chaos for the most part. LOL Then you have the worker that has to take calls on orders that has no clue what goes on in shipping and it can be frustrating for them too.

It is probably still at Gearbest waiting fulfillment. Unfortunately they don't start the 2 day shipping countdown until it gets scanned at DHL. I know it sucks when you really want it or need it. I would expect that it will ship any day. Best time to check DHL tracking is around Midnight our time. If it don't show movement by Friday or before, then I would bug them again. DHL can't do anything till they get it.

They work 24 7 it just means DHL has not scanned it yet. Did you just get the notice today that is shipped? If so give it 24hours and you will see movement. They print those tickets days in advance so it is ready to slap on the package. I have not had a DHL (Once they scan it) take longer than 4 -5 days to get it. It will be delivered by USPS in most cases once it moves it will be quick.

If you ever order from China use DHL if you have the option and you will have it in a week. The Postal Packet will take up to 4 weeks or longer. I always look at the address in the "Contact Us" to see where they are located just so I know.

They will more than likely try and sell you a new Mod. Like Tam said, all you really need are coils that have the proper OHMs for what you have now.

It sounds like your coil is to low of an OHM rating for the device. The Cool Fire is only rated for a coil down to 1.2 OHMs. What OHM coil are you using? I think you meant VG not PG But I do agree that you need to up the flavoring when buying a high VG juice. It is more easily done when making your own. I don't like adding water to juice because it really cuts the vapor production. I would not use lemon juice from a store. it contains preservatives that are toxic when vaporized.

That will happen when you cut any e-liquid with anything that is unflavored/not flavored the same as what you are cutting.

water and alcohol are thinner that PG. I would do the 30/70 cut. If you use Vodka do 2ml Vodka and 2ml water.

To get a 40/60 you would need 8.5ml of Water and/or alcohol. and it would drop the nic to 4.5 mg For the 30/70 cut adding 4ml it would drop the nic to 5mg

If you do not have any PG on hand you can use Distilled water, Bottled water (Don't use Tap Water), or PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol), or Everclear. You could use Vodka with water. If you use 4ml of any of these it would be a viscosity of a 30/70 mix. You can use a combo of water and PGA as well just do a 50/50 mix 2ml wate and 2ml of Alcohol.

Do you have any PG on hand? Also what are wanting for an end result... 30pg/70vg? What is the nic level?

One that I do all the time, When in a new restaurant or public place like a bar always ask if vaping is allowed and don't blow big clouds if allowed to vape. Don't vape while filling your car with Gas. It may not cause an issue, but remember it is a hot coil and any spark could cause a fire.

I have had a couple different Genie style tanks and did not like them. they do leak when on their side. and are a PITA to build. Once you get it built just right it works ok for quite a while. Most of the ones had had plastic tanks as well. and that became a minus for me. Air flow was also an issue. I found a rebuilt KPT head in a KPT 3 was a better performer.

Hemp had it's time a year, year and half ago. most people that were using it stopped and went back to cotton. It was about the same time the Japanese Cotton started getting popular. That is why you don't hear about much anymore. Between the prep time and the flavor change you get with it most people gave up on it. I have like 8 2 gal bags full of the stuff. I sell a little from time to time, but don't see to many reorders for it. For a while it was impossible to get... now not so much.

We are not about being a holes on this board, we may be crazy, but we always try and help before making judgements. If Hemp Wick keeps you vaping then it's all good.
