Some times you just need to give a little time for someone to work out a solution too. I took mine apart (older model that the buttons are messed up on) and will say that you could fix it temporally while you wait for a replacement. It is about the thickness of cereal box cardboard. I would just use an old cereal box and cut one out that would fit. Then put a small hole in the center (about 1/4") for it to make contact. Or go to the hardware store and find a small flat plastic washer that will fit. This will keep it from making contact with the metal casing inside. I took it out and yes if you were to put a flat top battery in it, there is a high chance of it making contact with the casing.

Around 25-30ml depending. It is hard to judge since I vape up to 6 different flavors though out the week.

I increased the hole size on my KPT minis to get better draw and flavor. I did not do this with my Davide minis, but do notice the flavor did increase with the air flow change on the KPT. The KPT minis to me were like sucking on a plugged straw. Not sure what size I opened it to as I used a dental tool and did it by hand. The base is a soft metal.

Air flow... Do you notice a difference in the airflow (draw) between tanks? The more air flow you get it will increase the flavor to a certain degree. Carter makes a good point too with the saturation of the wick.

It is worth a shot, better than having juice get down in the battery. If you have any questions while you do it don't hesitate to PM me.

There is one solution, but you need to start with a new coil. Are you using the single head coils? If yes, take a new coil out and remove the chimney there is a flavor wick on top of the coil and will come off very easily, Remove it, but be careful not to damage the coil. A pair of tweezers works well. Then get some organic cotton balls ($4.99 at Walgreens) and replace the favor wick with a cotton one and then put the chimney back on. This will help stop the juice from flowing past the coil and out the bottom. I have had this issue with high PG juice and that solved it. If you use an old coil the flavor wick is fused to the coil with gunk and it will not come off very easy, you will damage the coil. You only need a small amount of cotton: Roll it between your fingers untill it is about the same size as the notch in the coil head: Lay it on top of the coil and replace the chimney: Then trim the ends: Doing this will help stop the leaking through the center pin. Make sure you allow time for the wick to absorb juice before you vape or the coil will burn the wick. If you like you can add a couple drops of juice on the wick before you put the chimney back on.

I use a pair of hemos to give it an extra snug fit.

When mine leak there I more times than not find the coil is not tightened down in the base.

Wizard Labs doesn't have Milk, They have Milk Chocolate, Malted Milk, but not Milk. TFA doesn't have it and neither does Flavor West, Lorrans or Capella.

Just need high VG Juice 100-80%vg/0-30%pg. The higher the VG content, the bigger the cloud. Also having the right build will help as well. Oh yes and Welcome to V|T.

I have said a lot, dry burning an OEM coil is pointless. Like Earthing said drain your tank because it now has the unburnt particles that have flavored the juice. Having said that, The burnt taste is not from the wick it is from not getting all the gunk off the coil. The OEM KPT wicks are Silica and will not burn. Silica has a very high temp resistance at 1000°C. If you dry burn with a Silica wick, it will turn white again when done correctly. The other problem with dry burning OEM coils is getting hot legs. This will melt the rubber insulator and cause a really bad burnt rubber taste. That taste will also carry over even if you change coils.

Your coil and the amount you vape has more to do with how fast the tank drains than if it is high PG or VG. A dual coil will use juice faster than a single coil. A single coil at 1.2 ohms will use more juice than one at 2 ohms. Combine any of these with chain vaping and your tank will empty faster.

I always add extra flavor to max VG blends. My signature bends have really good flavor at 100% VG, it all depends on the maker and how they compensate for the Higher VG and its inability to carry flavor well.

I use FTA exclusively except for the Birthday cake. That uses Flavor West so that is the first one on my list to be tested. TFA seems to be on top of it and that is good that they are taking the steps to test their product. I was not happy to see Flavor Wests sweep it under the rug attitude from Bebops earlier post.

On your Throat Hit it is PG that gives the throat hit. The VG is what gives less TH and more vapor. Yes drink lots of water as PG and VG absorb moisture and will make your throat and mouth dry. I would ask the B&M where you bought it what ratio it is if it is not on the bottle. If they are not willing to tell you that is a sign that they may not know what they are doing or not a place that likes to be upfront in what they are selling. Coffee is the holy grail of vaping, LOL We know it is out there somewhere, but a good one seems to be out of reach. That is one flavor that when I get it to my standard of taste, I will be announcing it to the world.

I'm also a huge fan of Coffee and it is still one I'm trying to perfect to my standards. There are quite a few people wanting it. Seems it is always to weak to strong or just tastes burnt. I'll get there though.
